• Sophie (1/5): I can’t recommend it. Extremely overpriced, only doable for a night. - Location in the center, size of the apartment. It was dirty, run-down, the host didn’t give any instructions and didn’t respond. The WiFi was super stable, the smell was bad. Power outages and water boiler seemed dangerous.

• Wanda (8/5): Good location, clean and comfortable - Excellent location, within walking distance of all the city centre sights, bars and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and well designed with adequate storage space, good lighting and a garden view. We stayed in the winter and the AC unit provided very good heating. And our hosts were really helpful.

• Boris (7/5): Nice. Central location. Quiet - Very quiet apartment. central location. Can walk to most places in Central zagreb. Nice Cool room during hot summer days. It was available for the whole period we were in zagreb. A few small items needed attention, but for the price, the apartment was good value for money. There are nicer apartments around but they were more expensive.
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Two steps away from the city center and several restaurants and supermarket, very quiet, the owner is top- friendly, little but has everything that is needed for a 2 person stay, price more than ok. Strongly advised!!
• Korina (10/5): Location location location - Location is really excellent, a lot of important center points are walkable from the apartment. The building is quite peaceful. It was clean and cosy.

• Vlado (3/5): Poor - mold in kitchen around countertop baseboard and cook top. excessive mold in shover and walls. if it would be inspected by health department it would be " SHUT OFF " first 4 days out of 14 day stay without shower because only 1 heather worked and is a foot from ceiling and could ONLY heat to + 15 C. they fixed 1 of 2 nonworking heather but could only heath to 18 - 19 C. I bought the small electric 40 euros heater and it was okay. good thing they paid me 40 euros for it. it IS a ground floor BUT you have to CLAIM 31 STEPS to come to it and it has NOT wheelchair access as they claim. location is perfect. nice young people owe it but they are 50 km away from the location and they do NOT know what is going on. i fill SORRY for them, but last time i was in zagreb it was the same. ps. shower doors can ONLY open IN and that is against the building code and IF somebody FAINTS or get sick it CAN NOT exit the shower and could DIE without the outside help. i would NOT use it again. PS, i tried to book the hotel BUT all hotels were sold out for christmas ADVENT parties. " IF you OR owners do not believe me i CAN SUPPLY many PHOTOS but people would get sick just look at them "

• Lauren (8/5): Very good - Easy to get the keys. Good location near the train station and it is an easy walk to the old town. The bed frame is missing a wooden slat to support the mattress at the end. The ventilation in the room wasn't great. The numerous air fresheners to cover the slightly damp smell in the apartment were not allergen friendly, which was not great.
• Eleonora (8/5): Very good - It s just 15 min to city center and pretty close to the bus station that was very handy for me. The apartments is very fresh and cleaned,very pretty,bed is confortable,it s nice to spend some time there to get a rest during the day . You check in by yourself from the safe lock so everything very easy. I was told that I would have found bodygel and shampoo but it wasn't there. The water heater could be a bit noisy for a while before going to bed.
• Gerdenis (7/5): Good - The location, it was in a calm yard, no noise. The staff was responsive and did their best to accommodate our needs. It was not very clean. We found used stockings and a used towel in the wardrobe. Some hair on the bathroom floor. The mattress was rather thin and not comfortable. The air circulation was not so good in the bathroom, the bathroom floor didn’t dry after talking a shower. The TV didn’t work.

• Reg (6/5): We only had two nights Zagreb is worth a visit - Very good location The sink and kitchen cupboards were overrun with ants. Mainly due to someone leaving an open bag of sugar in one I think. There was heavy mould all around the edges of the shower. The general cleanliness of the place was lacking which made us feel uncomfortable. We even went out and bought our own cleaning products to kill the ants.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy apartment, warm and home-like. Located in the city center, you can get everywhere by foot or tram. Self check-in which makes your arrival very smooth at any time. I literally tried to come to the apartment earlier every day to spend more time there. Unfortunately there was some mold smell in the room. Also the kettle needs to be cleaned or changed asap.
