• Kristina (5/5): Nicht den Preis wert – ungepflegt & hellhörig - Die Lage ist ruhig, ohne Bars oder Restaurants direkt unter den Fenstern, und man erreicht das Stadtzentrum in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuss. Parkplatz vorhanden, genügend Geschirr und Reinigungsutensilien sowie Kaffeekapseln als nette Aufmerksamkeit Leider ist die Unterkunft insgesamt nicht den Preis wert: -die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig: das Entsorgen von Glas in den Containern direkt unter den Fenstern (auch spät in der Nacht) sowie täglich gegen 23 Uhr die Leerung der Container; man hört jeden Schritt aus der Wohnung darüber; auch die Autos in der Tiefgarage sind hörbar. -Sauberkeit und Zustand sind enttäuschend: vergilbte WC-Brillen, schwarze Fugen und gelbe Dichtungen, verrostete Ablage in der Dusche, teils beschädigte und veraltete Möbel, vereister Tiefkühler, schmutzige Tasse auf dem Balkon und nicht bezogene Duvets. -zudem war der Zutritt ins Haus schwierig – ohne Hilfe von Nachbarn wäre kein Zugang möglich gewesen. Insgesamt leider kein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.
• Paula (10/5): Excelente ubicación y relación precio-calidad - Muy bien ubicado, cómodo para llegar a pie al centro y al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo para descansar. Muy cómodo haber tenido espacio de parking y lavarropas! Nos dejaron café, agua fresca y mucha vajilla, muchas gracias! El departamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Las fotos no coinciden tanto con el departamento pero igualmente está muy bien todo. Había olor a encierro cuando llegamos pero se solucionó rápidamente ventilando.

• Víctor (10/5): Excelente - La comodidad, el espacio y las instrucciones que te facilitan de cómo entrar al apartamento. Como mejora, nos hubiera gustado que en el baño de la bañera hubiera una cortina o mampara para no empaparlo todo de agua.

• Katalin (10/5): Best place to stay - We stayed in Florence for 3 days. A family of 5. The flat was the best choice for us. Close enough to the center (20 mins) to see all the wonderful things but far enough to have a place for our car. The district was a good quiet and friendl one. The flat itself was big and confy. The kitchen was full with everything you need. We had a big balcony that was also great. We shurely come back again. No problems at all.

If you don’t mind walking, it’s less than 30min from the center of Florence. The host is quick to respond. We had a little issue with the drain in the shower, and they took care of it the second day. • Valeria (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, on a walking distance to the city center and Nelson Mandela forum. There was a small problem with the electricity and the hosts reacted very fast
• Kalliopi (7/5): Good - Nice apartment and clean, near center. Strange odour when you walked in. Half a window shutter in large bedroom so neighbours can see inside and too much light in the morning. Remote control for air conditioner not working even with new batteries provided by the owner. No trash bins in bathrooms so you need to throw away any makeup removal products etc in the kitchen.

It was very spacious for our family of five. There needs to be instructions for which stairwell/elevator to use to get from the parking garage into the apartment. We went to two wrong ones ended up on another street then finally just went up the parking garage ramp.
