• Aurelie (4/5): - Accès aux transports Gare (pour pompei),port pour visiter les îles (capri...) ​Si l'accès aux transports (train, tram, bus) est facile, le reste du séjour a été un cauchemar. ​Nuisances sonores et manque d'intimité , L'insonorisation est inexistante. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines, sans oublier le vacarme incessant de la rue (voitures) et le passage des avions juste au-dessus. Le quartier est sale, infesté de rats et de cafards lorsque l'on sort le soir. L'appartement dégage de mauvaises odeurs,la salle de bain a des problèmes d'évacuation et l'immeuble est vraiment horrible. Nous n'avons pratiquement jamais vu notre hôte,il n'étais pas présent a notre arrivé nous laissant livrés à nous-mêmes .Il est néanmoins joignable sur WhatsApp . ​
• katia (8/5): Un bon emplacement pour un studio assez sommaire. - L'emplacement était idéal puisque proche de la gare centrale, et proche de lignes de bus qui mènent au centre. Luigi était très disponible et avenant pendant tout le séjour. Possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre avec une moustiquaire. Draps et serviettes proposés dès l'arrivée. Le matelas est ok. Des problèmes de plomberie : la douche ne s'évacuait que lorsque l'on tirait la chasse d'eau, avec un risque d'inonder le sol de la petite salle de bain. Une salle de bain très petite, un lavabo très petit. Dans la pièce, un mobilier sommaire : une penderie en tissu, un portant, une tablette au dessus du frigo et 2 toutes petites tables de nuit, pas de lampe de chevet ( donc la grande lumière allumée..ou pas) . Une bouilloire et 2 grands verres en plastique. Le logement est plutôt bruyant (proche d'un grand boulevard).

• Despina (3/5): Overall, the stay was below expectations and not good value for money. - The location is convenient if you need to take the train (for example to Pompeii or the Amalfi Coast) Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. The room was not worth the price we paid. The location is convenient if you need to take the train, but we did not feel that the area was particularly safe, especially at night. The bed was not a proper bed, but rather a foldable camp bed placed inside a bed frame, which was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean, as we found hair and overall it did not appear to be well maintained. There was also no place to hang our towels. Additionally, the curtains were not adequate, as they did not block the daylight from entering the room. Finally, although communication with the host during our stay was fine, in the days prior to our arrival he did not respond to our messages for several days when we were trying to arrange important details.

• Marco (3/5): Mala - La ubicación y el anfitrión muy amable y atento. El cuarto estaba en malas condiciones, sucio le iría bien una mano de pintura, la ventana no se podía cerrar. La ducha se embozaba, el WC haría falta cambiarlo, el mango de la ducha iba fatal el agua salía por todos lados y no había presión. La verdad que si hubiera sabido en la condición que estaba la habitación no hubiera cogido este establecimiento.

• Ece (10/5): Gute Lage und super netter Host - Ein einfaches Zimmer, mit allem was man braucht. Besonders die Lage ist top. Man ist nah am Zentrum, dem Hauptbahnhof und am Hafen. Was das Zimmer so besonders macht ist der herzliche und super liebe Besitzer, Luigi. Er hat uns immer geholfen, wenn uns etwas gefehlt hat und uns Empfehlungen gemacht, wo wir hin gehen können. Wir können Vespucci Rooms jedem empfehlen, der Neapel kennenlernen will.

• Natalia (10/5): - Do dworca centralnego jest zaledwie nieco ponad 10 min spacerem. Ogólnie wszędzie poruszaliśmy się na piechotę bo po prostu nie było sensu brać taksówki. Luigi był bardzo miły i pomocny. Mieliśmy z nim bardzo dobry kontakt i jeżeli czegoś nie wiedzieliśmy to odpisywał odrazu. Pokój jest trochę mały, ale na naszą dwójkę na kilka dni, z dwoma małymi walizkami było idealnie. Wszystko ok.

• Gabrielle (3/5): Não recomendo. - Localização e atendimento do Luigi. Infelizmente somente a simpatia do proprietário não faz uma boa hospedagem. Apto sujo, empoeirado, banheiro encardido, o secador de toalhas não funciona, várias coisas quebradas, não havia sabonete para mãos, apenas 1 papel higiênico (tive que solicitar mais e esperar por 2h), a janela travou e não abriu mais, hall de entrada extremamente suja e desorganizado, tudo totalmente negligenciado, visando apenas lucro dos turistas. Privacidade esqueça, você escuta o que os hóspedes ao lado falam, quando tossem, quando brigam e até o despertador tocando as 5h da manhã. Não recomendo e com certeza não voltarei.
• Łukasz (10/5): - I had a fantastic experience at Vespucci Apartments. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!). The location is perfect: close to the sea, public transport, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly — they were always available, helpful, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like bottled water, coffee, and local recommendations. It’s a great place whether you’re visiting Naples for work or sightseeing. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the city!

• PinjaN (9/5): Best for solotraveller - The location was the best for me (near the Central station and harbour). There are market downstairs and lots of cafeterias in the corner. The room was perfect for me and even Napolis crazy traffic the nights were silent. Luigi was helpful and friendly. If you need privacy, there's no soundproof. You can hear what people are talking on next door. This didn't bother me, but in case you need privacy...

• Paweł (5/5): - The closeness to the Porta Nolana station makes it a great getaway spot from Naples - our trips to Pompeii and Sorrento were definitely worthwhile. The room looks noticeably worse in reality compared to the website pictures - the bathroom was moldy and a lot of room equipment was worn down. The neighborhood (near the industrial port) also did not seem very safe.

We did ask for some other at check in. Also no table in the room andq no real wardrobe. It was hard to organize. I think the room needs some renovation.

Located in a safe location, close to the Porta Nolana train station and 5-8mins to garibaldi metro station. There is also a tram/bus station. A big supermarket on the building's ground floor. The room is clean , you get a fridge , hair dryer and and electric kettle for tea. If your breakfast is inclueded , you get a capuccino and a croissant, typical italian style. We would definitely come back here. Highly recommended.

• John (8/5): I was happy with my accommodation in Naples. - The owner was very clear in the instructions for self check in. He was anxious to be of assistance if at all possible and wanted to be sure that I was enjoying my stay there. Though relatively small, the bedroom and bathroom were both adequate for my needs. The rooms are on the third floor, but there are elevators. Security was also good.

What I apreciated the most is that Luigi (host) was very friendly and communicative, always ready to help.He even let us check in earlier because we arrived early in the morning. The room could be improved a little. The curtain should be changed at least in the bathroom to have full privacy and it should be added a bath mat to prevent slipping and wet floor.

The building was under construction so that was an unlucky time. Outside in the city was a bit disappointing. Parking in Napoli hurts you both mentally and financially.
• Anurag (8/5): Best option for budget stay. Would not prefer for solo stays. - The location is on a way near to port & central station around 10-15 mins walk. L1 is nearby. There's one supermarket nearby which is good. They let us in before check-in time. Luigi was really supportive. Area nearby didn't felt safe but overall didn't had any bad experience. No breakfast option (Luigi is supportive to ask us about coffee and breakfast, which was nice). Just a little bit away from main attaractions

Ongoing construction was very loud during the day and the traffic noise was too loud to keep the window open during the day. Host was friendly but very unorganised and was very late for our arrival.

• Lorenzo (10/5): Good hub - Location is easy to reach from the train station. Public transports are then around the corner. I do not mind to walk either, therefore the 20 mins to reach the center by foot were ok for me.

We found bugs in the room; 2. ⁠The room was full of mosquitoes; 3. ⁠The bathroom was not properly cleaned and I had to clean it by myself; 4. ⁠The sheets and blanket were dirty; 5. ⁠Someone entered the room on Friday, without our permission to mount a shelf on the wall and left without cleaning the table.

The Vespucci Rooms is near to the Naples Porto Nolana train station. The room is spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean, has everything you need. Luigi (the host) is very friendly and pleasant. He is always happy to help with everything the guests need.

There is a grocery store around the corner and the Bus and the tram is in front the house. Perfekt for us, the last station of the Tram, is at the Port for the Bootstours. 20 min. foot-walking distance to the city center with all relevant places. Never felt unsave in the area.

• Anhelina (10/5): It was nice and soulful. Would definitely coke back. - Luigi is a super helpful host. He gave us some good recommendations about the restaurants to visit, offered to give us his spare tickets for the train. The property is nice and clean, was cleaned twice during the time of our 5-day stay. An icing on the cake was Luigi making us coffee at 6:55am because he knew that we had to leave for our flight just after 7am.

• Veronika (8/5): Very good - The host Luigi is a very welcoming and helpful person. The location of the apartment is perfect (close to the port and big transport nodes). The apartment is reasonably equipped and clean (also includes a fridge). A delicious breakfast is provided for Genius members, which is a nice bonus. The only problem is that there is a fee of 20 EUR for check-ins in later hours. I can understand the fee but it would be fair to be informed about it sooner than one day before the stay.
• Cristovao (10/5): Great location and good facilities - The room is modern and the location is perfect for train/bus stations. Luigi was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

• Maryna (9/5): Superb - Very nice and comfortable location, loyal and helpful host. If I come back to Napoli, I’ll definitely stay there again.
