• Fatih (5/5): - shawors and toilet Bed Location ( 6/10 ) I was sleeping on a bed by the window on the ground floor. There were no curtains on the window which my side, and at 4 am, two people who had come for another check in but couldn't get in at that hour kept banging on the and knocking window for 30 minutes, waking us up and demanding that I open the door. When I said I couldn't, they threatened me 😅. I'm not blaming the hostel here, but if there had been curtains, maybe they wouldn't have seen us and woken us up. I only stayed for one night to sleep and lost 2-3 hours of sleep. And the lock on my locker was missing; I told the staff during check-in and they replaced it, but the lock they installed was too short. When I came to the room to sleep at night, it took me 10 minutes to lock the locker so as not to disturb the sleeping people…

• Azar (10/5): A comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff and a great location. - I really liked the cleanliness and comfort of the property. The location was very convenient, with easy access to main attractions and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped and quiet, ensuring a good rest.

• Aurelie (5/5): - Proche de la gare de Florence, c'est pratique . Le lit était confortable. Et c'était calme à l'extérieur. Je n'ai pas aimé la fréquentation du lieu, j'étais la seule femme dans tout le dortoir, je ne m'y suis pas sentie à l'aise du tout.

• Grzegorz (7/5): Warto tam nocować, jeśli następnego dnia ma się odjazd z dworca kolejowego lub autobusowego. - W pokoju i całym mieszkaniu czysto, a pościel czysta i kołdra gruba, dzięki czemu się wyspałem. Początkowo otrzymałem górne łóżko, ale na moją prośbę zamieniono mi je na dolne. Bardzo blisko do dworca autobusowego, a do kolejowego niewiele dalej. Tylko jedna łazienka była dostępna, chociaż zaraz obok jest druga za zamkniętymi drzwiami.

• van der Hart (3/5): Not that good - The beds were comfortabel. There was a separate room to sit. The shower was really dirty and there was no curtain at the beds. The lockers didnt close that well. The staff was not that nice. There were no curtains in front of the windows.

• Tynne (5/5): - Lokalita Přijeli jsme společně s partnerem. Vzhledem k tomu, že pokoj byl plný cizích chlapů, bylo mi nepříjemné, že bych měla spát sama, takže si manžel lehl vedle mě. Asi po 15 minutách přišel naštvaný recepční a manžela doslova z mé postele vyhnal. Zdůrazňuju, že z naší strany nedošlo k ničemu, co by patřilo do manželské ložnice (snad jen ta pusa na spaní). V ten moment jsme si přišli jak 2 pubertaci na táboře.

• Jana (8/5): - Dokonalá poloha v rámci Prahy !!! (mala som pocit, že všade, kam potrebujem ísť, mám blízko) - premiestňovala som sa len pešo v rámci mesta, a to bolo super !!! Skutočne výborné bolo to, že každá posteľ mala svoj zatemňovací záves, čo vytváralo jednak pocit súkromia pre mňa (ako by som mala svoju privátnu bunku, do ktorej nikto nevidí) a zároveň to tlmilo osvetlenie, pokiaľ spolubývajúci potrebovali svietiť a ja som potrebovala spať. Pán na recepcii bol mimoriadne milý, úprimne srdečný ... bola to vďaka nemu veľmi príjemná skúsenosť! Určite ubytovanie v Hostel Comfort znovu rada využijem. Jediné, čo mi nevyhovovalo, bol discomfort v kúpeľni: nemala som si kam položiť hygienickú tašku (musela som si ju dávať na podlahu, čo bol fakt nepríjemný pocit). Bolo by skvelé, keby do budúcna prevádzkovateľ mohol nainštalovať poličku na hygienické potreby do kúpeľne (napríklad do priestoru pod stropom, nad dverami alebo nad zrkadlom - tam by polička určite vošla, nikomu by neprekážala a veľmi by to pomohlo nepociťovať "nehygienické pomery" :)

• Sosa Medici (10/5): Happy with the experience - Very good. Staff super friendly! Confortable. Totally great for the price. Nice common spaces. After our check out we left our lugage to take a last look at the city and we had a very good time coming and going. Being close to florenc bus station made all our trip bery confortable Well equiped, just thought it was gonna have an oven to cook but we made only fresh food then.

• Anna (1/5): Nie polecam tylu nerwów, lepiej zapłacić więcej i mieć spokój ducha. - Łóżka faktycznie wyglądają jak te ze zdjęć, więc są chociaż prawdziwe… Ktoś z innych osób śpiących w tym hostelu ukradł mi portfel, a obsługa ukryła nagranie z kamer udając ze akurat była aktualizacja systemu. Straciłem pieniądze i cały dzień na rozmowy z policja. Oprocz tego personel z wyprzedzeniem upewniał mnie ze otrzymamy pokój 8 osobowy, jako że jesteśmy jedną grupą właśnie 8 osobową. Potwierdzałam przy rezerwacji oraz kilka dni przed. Na miejscu okazało się że dostaliśmy pokój 12 osobowy… Ściany bardzo cienkie, słychać co każdy robi w łazience i jest to dziwne. Bardzo niskie ogrzewanie.

• JordiQu (7/5): Còmode i perfecte per dues nits - La ubicació era molt bona. Barri tranquil i a 30min del centre caminant, ben comunicat amb transport públic (tant per anar a la ciutat, com a l'aeroport o altres parts del país). Habitació tranquila i llits còmodes. Bona neteja en general. Semblava que hi hauria fogons, però només tenen microones. Vam passar dues nits i no ens va molestar, però si busqueu poder cuinar no és el lloc. El lavabo estava net però feia una mica de pudor, potser perquè no hi havia prou ventilació.

• Sudip (9/5): - Very clean and friendly staff. The beds were really squeaky. Even for a insignificant body move the beds would squeeze. Nobody said anything. But I was mortified. I tried sleeping like the dracula in a coffin. Straight and immobile.

• de la Rosa (1/5): Pésimo - Nada Estaba sucio, extremadamente sucio, algunas taquillas estaban forzadas, otras rotas, algunas camas no tenían cortinas y dormíamos con extraños. Decidimos irnos después de la primera noche por las condiciones. Olía muy mal, en el baño había ropa interior de gente que se estaba quedando. Nos gustaría recuperar nuestro dinero.

• Malena (5/5): decepción - la localización el guardia de seguridad que había, a la hora de dormir molestaba entrando contantemente en la habitación y dejaba las puertas abiertas, cuando estabas mucho tiempo en el baño te abría la puerta sin permiso (aunque tuviese el pestillo puesto) para decirte que salieses, las camas se mueven mucho al ser literas y la verdad es que los baños no están nada limpios
