• Nadezhda (9/5): Все было супер - Расположение удачное, близко от всех достопримечательностей. Хозяйка очень коомуникабельная и отзывчивая. В подарок было вкусное вино. Все в квартире нужное было и даже более чем. Белье чистое, в квартире все идеально. Наш отдых был комфортным
• Olha (10/5): Чудовий варіант навіть для довготривалого відпочинку - Усе сподобалось: розташування, ціна, зручності. Тут майже, як вдома, усе є і навіть більше. Зручно, що можна і речі попрати і попрасувати. Від господарки презент вина, що виявилось досить смачним. Комунікація швидка та зручна. Сусідів не чути, район старий, але тихий. У квартирі дуже тепло, але батареї регулюються і кондиціонер працює справно. Навпроти чудова кондитерська, рекомендую! Будівля, підʼїзд та драбина старі, але не лякайтесь, тут дуже зручно, немає сумнівних особистостей ввечері чи вночі.

• Gulnara_Y (10/5): Прекрасная квартира от - Нам понравилось все: уютно, чисто, в квартире есть все для удобства проживания (мыломойка, посуда, метрокарта, сахар, кофе, масло....еще много нужных мелочей). Не во всех сдаваемых аппаратаментах такое есть. В квартире Было очень тепло. На террасе был стол со стульями, вечером отдыхали там. Майя прекрасная хозяйка, тепло встретила, была на связи, все подсказывала. Местоположение дома отличное, район старый город, находится в шаговой доступности от всех достопримечательностей города, 7-10 минут ходьбы: Freedom square, Мост Мира, серные бани, кукольный театр Резо Габриадзе, ТЦ Galleria Tbilisi). Сам дом старый, но чистый подъезд без запаха. Напротив очень вкусная кондитерская. Квартира рядом со знаменитой улицей Котэ Абхази (ранее Леселидзе), где чередуются винные магазины и сувенирные лавки и очень много кафе и просто аутентичных мест. Очень рекомендую и в первую очередь за местоположение и самой хозяйки, Майя . Теперь будем останавливается только у Майи)))) Все понравилось
• Neville (9/5): A comfortable apartment in a fantastic and quiet location - Maya was a very kind and welcoming host and met us at the flat when we arrived. Communication before arrival was easy through WhatsApp, and although we realized when we arrived that she does not speak English, we were able to communicate easily using translators. She even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was a very thoughtful touch. The apartment is in an excellent location, surrounded by cafés, bars, restaurants, and shopping malls and within walking distance of everything in Old Tbilisi. Despite being so close to everything, the street itself is very quiet, which was great since I'm a light sleeper. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, heating, and a full kitchen. The building itself seemed pretty old and the front entrance door is broken and always open, so technically anyone could walk into the building. However, the apartment itself felt secure and the surrounding area felt safe enough. The towels, while clean, had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. It was not a major issue for us and I didn't say anything to Maya about it, but guests who are sensitive to smells may want to ask for fresh towels or bring their own.
• Марина (10/5): - Все понравилось. Особенно месторасположение- все достопримечательности основные в шаговой доступности. В квартире очень тепло. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Хотя квартирка очень маленькая, но нас все устроило. Спасибо, Майя за удобства. Нам все понравилось, спасибо!!!

• Iurii 65 (10/5): - Нам понравилось абсолютно всё. Начну с местоположения апартаментов. Всё в пешей доступности. Магазины,маркеты, кафе, рестораны, всё рядом. Квартира чистая, есть всё для проживания, приготовления пищи. Вся бытовая техника в рабочем состоянии. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная, ждала нас по приезду. В качестве приятного сюрприза, нас ждала бутылка вкусного грузинского вина. Обязательно приедем ещё, и только к ней.

• LI (10/5): 高性价比，地理位置超棒的老房子 - 这是一个民宿，所以拥有酒店不具备的便利性，有厨房可以简单做饭，有微波炉可以热饭，有洗衣机晾衣架等等，非常适合旅行了几天之后来这里把衣服清洗一下。这也是我们选民宿的重要原因，因为衣服带不了太多。房间地理位置非常好，离第比利斯老街、木偶钟楼、自由广场、和平桥都很近，附近走几分钟就有公交车站，自由广场边上有地铁站，老街口还有一家上元中餐厅，在格鲁吉亚没得吃的时候可以吃吃中餐。房东姐姐非常热情。 老城的楼太老了，房间内装修还行也干净，但是进门之前的走廊到楼梯，简直是太破了。卧室窗户外面隔着小巷就是邻居家，能清楚听到邻居的对话，只能关上窗户。

• Chutika (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is located in a very central location, making it possible to explore attractions in old town on foot. The room is equipped with everything you need. The host is also very communicative and kind.
• Mohsen (9/5): Superb - The host is such a nice and supportive person who cares so much about her guests! And the location is best choice to stay in the middle of the city center and you can go everywhere by walk. Moreover, you can have everything you need for a short stay there at an acceptable cost! :) I send my warm hello to Mariam, the owner of the apartment from home! I appreciate your carings! She is so helpful and kind also her nice friend who helps her to organise there! The location is old town, so you are entering an old area with old buildings, so don't expect to see something else in the entrance and through the building, but inside is totally renovated in such a good condition and my only recommendation for there is using a more stable and harder mattress, I liked everything else and you have whatever you need there! :)

The room is very clean an - The owner is very friendly and very accommodating.. she always fix the room. Change bed sheets if you want.. equipment are complete and all available as mention on the booking.com I really like staying on her apartment. This is my 2nd time to stay in the same apartment. And we stay like long time. She really check with us if we need something.
• Hany (10/5): Wonderful home feeling stay - Amazing well equipped apartment, we have found everything available for 7 night stay, microwave, gas stove, large fridge and washing machine, also all detergents were available, cutleries, pots. Anything you need for the stay, we were a family of 4 and the sleeping space was more than enough with a lot of bed covers and pillows, the heating system was perfect too, Internet connection was always stable, bathroom was modern and well designed, most importantly is the central premium location and the friendly host Mary ( Maia ), always cheerful and responsive. Everything was perfect
