- Kate (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable beds and sofa, good shower, and spacious bedrooms. Quiet and secure location. Very good comms/support from owners. Not that much living space - there were only two of us, so it was fine, but having a fourth ground floor bedroom instead of a separate living room limits it overall. Could also do with getting better small appliances (e.g. kettle small/old), and having the boiler right next to the sofa/TV was a little grating when it was making noise.

The house itself is well-appointed with modern facilities that cater to every need. The kitchen is fully equipped, with up-to-date appliances and all the necessary utensils. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were very good size, and the bathroom was spotless.
The house is equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, which was fast and consistent during my stay.
The outside space is equally well-maintained, with a tidy garden that offers a lovely spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The parking facilities were convenient, with ample space for multiple vehicles, which is a significant advantage for a larger group or family.
The location was great for our trip, it was a quiet neighbourhood and the house provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to local amenities. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer.
Overall, this house is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay in Banbury. The cleanliness and range of facilities make it feel like a home away from home, and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
- Collette (7/5): A good value property in a convenient location. - The sleeping arrangements were excellent and the location was very convenient. It was newly decorated and clean. The shower room was well appointed. A number of windows were impossible to close! Although newly decorated it was a 'cowboy' job with mismatched doors that either stuck or had gaps all round and random handles. It wasn't a problem in the summer for a brief stay but I wouldn't want to be there in the winter.
