• Abduselam (10/5): Very very nice place - I was messed up because I just showed up at late night for check in but the reception was so nice he helped me out! But never came at late night. He helped me to stay the next day with the payment I made for that night. Nothing , only if they can allow late check ins
• Renata (6/5): I would return if last resort ! - Clean, comfortable bed , centrally situated did allow me to put bike inside . No top sheet in bed . Limited access to small kitchen only between 10am and 7 pm and also used by owner /manager . Owner/manger had an unpleasant confrontation with a traveller in the communal area - very unpleasant and unprofessional . No charging plugs in sleeping area only communal area . Rooftop there but no seating and a jumble of stuff .

• Salma (1/5): - Rien du tout C est tellement médiocre, faites attention à ces voleurs Premièrement on nous a laissé attendre devant la porte pendant 1h,puis nous avons montré notre confirmation de réservation de chambre double qu ils n ont pas pris en considération et voulaient nous donner des chambres séparées moi et mon mari alors qu ils ont notre acte de mariage. Le gérant est tellement impoli il nous a demandé de payer 80 euros de plus comme taxes de séjour alors que nous les avons déjà payé via booking et lui montré la confirmation. Après 1h de débat il nous a donné finalement une chambre qui était occupée par un des personnel qui a laissé sa brossé à dents dans la salle de bain ainsi que ses affaires de douche et qui a rentré après pour les récupérer. Cerises sur gâteau, on nous a promis un petit déjeuner qui était inclus à la base dans l offre choisit mais lelendemain la personne s est cachée exprès pour ne pas le préparer. Ce n ai pas le service habituel de booking et je ne conseille personne d aller chez ces voleurs

• Katarzyna (10/5): So grateful - I popped in @hostelcapitale yesterday with a slight hint of disappointment on my face, because I had planned to buy a few last souvenirs. Due to Ramadan, unfortunately almost all the shops were closed. At the entrance, I met Monique from Canada, with whom I had already exchanged a few words before. Hassan (the manager of the place) brewed us some delicious Moroccan tea with a touch of marjoram, and we started talking. It turned out to be one of the deeper conversations about existence that I’ve had recently. The conversation ended with a long walk for the three of us through the empty Medina and more discussions along the way. The hostel is beautiful, in a great location. Very clean and fresh. All was great.

• Victoria (7/5): Corta estancia ok - Ubicación, limpieza y la amabilidad de Hassan, la persona encargada del hostal. Cama cómoda. La falta de luces individuales por persona provocaba que mucha gente encendiese las luces generales a horas intempestivas. Demasiado ruido, no se respetan ni se hacen respetar unos horarios decentes para el ruido o el encendido de luces. Solo lo recomendaría para una estancia muy corta o/y para gente más bien joven. El desayuno es muy pobre y más sabiendo las opciones de las que dispone Marruecos.Mejor tomarlo fuera. No merece la pena tenerlo incluido.

Met a lot of nice people and it felt very safe so it was a good first hostel experience for me. I wish the bathrooms were cleaner it was often dirty. And the property was pretty cold it was hard for me to sleep.

L'hôte a été particulièrement accueillant et attentionné tout au long de mon séjour, toujours disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour paisible et chaleureux à Rabat.

• Fadoua (1/5): Terrible, scary owner. Don't go there ! - Location Please dont go to this place !!! When we arrived at the hostel we found the place and sheets not very clean, but were willing to just accept this and didnt mention it. But when I saw the bed I was really shocked, we saw so many ants walking on it. Also on the couch were so many ants and we even found the nest behind the cushion around the stopcontact. I told the host that there are many ants on the bed. And the reaction of the host was so aggressive and intimidating. He asked me where the ants were (even though it was clear for me.he already knew about this problem) so I showed him. He got so angry for me mentioning the ants problem. And asked me if there were no ants in the country I live I and that it's natural. I responded of course there are and it's natural, but I hoped he understood that you expect a bed and accommodation without ants crawling over you while you sleep. He had absolutely no sympathy or empathy. I asked him if we could please sleep in another room as long as there are no ants. He showed me.another room that was empty. And let me check for ants which I did. This room was ants free gladly. And he pointed out the beds we were allowed to use. He also told me 2 beds were for if there would be other guests which I accepted. The other "solution" he gave us was to return our money and we could leave right away. I told him where should we go in the middle of the night in a strang city.We went out already very unhappy because the bad and hostile attitude of the owner. I never experienced such a thing in all the places I've been to. Gladly we could forget the situation a little bit when we went out for a walk. I hoped the owner also would've cooled down a little bit. But when we got back and I greeted the owner. He didn't even greet back. And immediately on a very hostile manner ordered us!! to go into the ants room again. And that he cleaned it.
• Julie (10/5): If you're trying to surf, stay here! Surfed for the first time and loved it - I had the whole dang place to myself! So quiet and peaceful. Beautiful hostel. Hassan was very kind, as well. Close to the beach, also!! Mattress was just okay but soft blankets and pillow.

Located just few meters from an entrance in the Medina, blocks away from the beach and the Palace of the Oudayas, was perfect!

• Iduoad (10/5): The best in Rabat - Maybe the only hostel in Rabat, I arrived very late and the host waited for me. I worked the morning after from the hostel. There a bird who kept singing for the whole morning. The place is calm and charming. The room I stayed at was clean and organized. The host was nice and professional although we didn't have the chance to talk that my much. One last thing is the location, it is perfect! Close to all the places you should visit in and outside the Medina. Overall a pleasing experience. I arrived late, and I spent the morning after working. Also there were few people in the hostel so I didn't make new friends. Also the room was a litlle bit small...
