• martin_13 (10/5): Super spędzony tydzień w Genui! - Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w apartamencie w Genui! Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, przestronne i doskonale wyposażone – wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było pod ręką. Lokalizacja okazała się idealna – blisko morza, ale w spokojnej okolicy, co pozwalało odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Właściciel zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – od samego początku był niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i gościnny. Szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości i chętnie udzielał lokalnych wskazówek, dzięki którym odkryliśmy kilka prawdziwych perełek poza utartym szlakiem. Widać, że zależy mu na komforcie i zadowoleniu gości. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto planuje pobyt w Genui – na pewno wrócimy przy kolejnej okazji! Brak widoku z apartamentu na morze, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy.

• Grazyna (9/5): - In der Wohnung befindet sich alles, was man braucht: Geräte, Ausstattung, Putzmittel. Es war sauber, gepflegt dazu sehr gemütlich, mit gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Schön... Nachbarn ruhig, man sieht sie kaum. Und... das beste: Wenn man vor der Eingangstür steht, sieht man das Meer... 50 Meter, nur über Straße / lieber Durchgang unter benutzen😄/ und du bist am Strand Fenster - Richtung Innenhof, aber davon haben wir gewusst und voll akzeptiert
• Tutka (10/5): - Super miejsce. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i urządzone w dobrym stylu. Z wyposażenia niczego nie brakuje. Właściciel zadbał o wszystko co jest potrzebne w podróży. Jest uczciwy i chętnie służy pomocą w organizacji pobytu. Pozdrawiam serdecznie i gorąco polecam to miejsce.
• Petrova (10/5): - Апартамента е просторен с всички удобства. Намира се до гара Генуа Пегли, което позволява да посетите и централната част на града. Паркирането на автомобил е трудно в района, но не е невъзможно, ако имате търпение и време да почакате някой да освободи паркомясто.
• simone (9/5): - L’appartamento è davvero molto carino e si trova in una posizione comodissima, proprio di fronte al mare e vicino alle fermate dell’autobus. Gli ambienti sono puliti e curati, il bagno è moderno e molto bello, e l’aria condizionata ci ha permesso di affrontare al meglio le giornate più calde. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Massimo, sempre gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!
• Candy (10/5): Very nicely decorated, well equipped apartment and very welcoming host. - The apartment was outstandingly well equipped and beautifully decorated, with a lot attention to detail. We felt at home and welcome in Massimos place from the moment we arrived. In addition, Massimo was a very welcoming and helpful host that gave us great recommendations of the surroundings of the place. We would definitely come back and can recommend this beautiful place!
• Tatiana (10/5): Soggiorno splendido, mare pulito - Appartamento perfetto, molto pulito con tutto il necessario: bollitore, macchina caffè con cialde già in dotazione, microonde, tostapane, piastre a induzione, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Materassi molto confortevoli sia del letto matrimoniale sia del divano letto. Lenzuola e asciugamani in dotazione puliti e profumati(in bagno si trovano anche bustine con sapone e bagnoschiuma). Asciugacapelli professionale. Manca la vista mare ma il fatto che la struttura dia in un cortile interno permette sonni tranquilli. L’host Massimo persona squisita, disponibile, consiglia visite e ristoranti dove poter passare splendide serate. Arredamento molto curato con accessori unici e di gran gusto. Da consigliare🤩. Ritornerò senz’altro Posizione comodissima, fronte mare, forse l’unica pecca sono i diversi scalini, sia per arrivare al piano (1) sia per accedere all’appartamento (2/3 scalini a scendere). Non lo consiglio a famiglie con bambini piccoli o a persone con difficoltà motorie.

• Malwina (10/5): Amazing place - Everything was just perfect! Starting from great contact with Massimo, the owner, through extremely clean and well equipped apartment till very comfortable beds. Area is very calm and worth to visit. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be very happy to come back there one day :) The best experience I've ever had through Booking.com
