• Sathish (3/5): Poor - Nothing Property roof was not concrete ... It's a sheets roof , a lot of wind noise at night time . Couldn't sleep at all. Also due to sheets roof too much cold and wet floor. Also bed sheets were dirty . Geyser problem for hot water.

Despite being just 3.5km from the city centre , it lacks transportation facilities to and fro and also no decent restaurants around 1.2km radius .

• Alexander (1/5): Service does not match the price we pay - 1.I had booked two rooms. One was not clean, which i got it done after I noticed dirt on the headboard of the bed. The other room had a musty odour. When i complained about it the staff laughed it off saying it's the room freshners smell. I didn't make an issue out of it. 2.It's summer and there is no AC or fan in the room. I asked for fans and the staff provided only one pedestal fan for two rooms. 3. Although they said 24 hours hot water, I noticed that the heater in the room I stayed in could barely change the cold water in Munnar. It's not even close to being called lukewarm. While I complaint to the staff, he had the audacity to ask me if i needed water "hotter" than that. For a moment he made me look like an idiot and i thought i can't expect the water there to get any hotter than that. I checked the room in which my mom was and found that their geyser was functioning fine and you can't touch the hot water. I did point the difference to the staff and he did nothing about it. 4. Toilet door handles were broken. Not a single hook, not exaggerating, not a single hook or hanger to hang clothes in the bathroom. 5. Next thing is not there fault. The approach road is very narrow. About 2-3Kms from the Munnar Centre. To make it worse there was an autostand near the hotel, so a lot of autorickshaws using that narrow road. They try to bully you and don't care if you don't have place to move, they just need their way. I drove my seltos and it was a bit tricky.
