• Aleksei (10/5): - Отличная квартира и очень отзывчивый хозяин. Был в Ташкенте первый раз, прилетел ночью и меня лично встретил хозяин, привёз и заселил. Сама квартира очень чистая, просторная, приятно пахнет и с очень удобным местоположением, всё в шаговой доступности. В самом доме аккуратный подъезд, безопасно и есть вахтер. Остались только приятные впечатления, рекомендую! -
• Sergei (10/5): супер! - хозяин очень отзывчивый человек! встретил возле подъезда, поднялись, ознакомил с объектом размещения! квартира большая и чистая с большой ванной комнатой и всеми удобствами, находится в тихом районе самом центре Ташкента, метро 2 минуты пешком, рядом много мест гастрономии, рядом с домом горячие лепешки и сомса, масса магазинов! путешествовали с супругой, все понравилось на +10, однозначно рекомендую, остановимся еще не один раз! короткое время пребывания.... ))))))

• Galiia (8/5): - В целом всё соответствовало описанию. Коммуникация с хозяином была хорошая. Было довольно чисто. Но как и во многих местах в Ташкенте, где я останавливалась, полы не были помыты качественно: белые носки становились чёрными. На большую радость был увлажнитель. Есть огромный телевизор с ютубом и нетфликс, если кто-то смотрит. Район приятный, дом советской застройки, в пешей доступности 2 хороших парка, правда пандусы для коляски были крутые. Осталась довольна проживанием. Запах сигарет и алкоголь
• Ann (6/5): It worth for lone traveller that need to stay in center. - Location was really great and convenient to move around the city. There is subway right under the building and easy pick-up point for taxis. Furniture and interior still new and quite comfy. Clean and tidy. There was a real lack of amenities as an extra coffee cup (there only 1 cup), utensils for long stay and wifi was really slow. Same time host didnt let us know there will be 5 days water disruption - no hot water in ethe ntire district. Can survive of cos but its really unpleasant as you have to boil water for shower in the pot or shower with ice cold water :(

• Marat (10/5): Staying near the place of your birth with luxury - I have been born in a house near this place, so it was a bit nostalgic for myself and my mother. We went around the neighborhood and checked what has changed in the past 25 years and a lot did. As for the apartment itself, it is located in an 18-story building with two elevators and is located in a quiet area, which is close to a metro station. You can easily commute to other parts of the city by taking a bus or metro. There are a handful of grocery and convenience stores, restaurants and other places within walking distance. There is a concierge lady on-site, who is helpful, if you have any questions, but it might be best to ask the host as he likely knows more and can communicate in English. The apartment comes with a microwave, stove, fridge and all the basic necessities. There are two smart TVs. The apartment is well-decorated and clean. And lastly, the host himself is a wonderful person. He can help you to get to and from the airport. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the city itself. He was very accommodating and kind and he tried to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was unfortunate that the property did not have an extra bed, but it did have a sofa instead. Nothing negative to say concerning the host or the apartment as they were both top-notch.
• Roberto (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment, comfortable and very clean. Everything is new and in perfect shape. The location is very convenient, less than 5 minutes walk to a metro station and close to many of the main attractions. The host is very reliable and friendly, and he was always ready to help. An excellent experience.
