- John (10/5): The hosts were very good and amenable. - Everything. We did not have a hire car so the 45min walk to the nearest shopping centre was a bit of a trek.
- Ruaraidh (10/5): Perfect place to relax near Palermo - This place is absolutely incredible. We hired both apartments and stayed for 3 weeks with our 5-month old baby. Giuseppe and his wife were very welcoming and provided a travel cot for our baby. His wife baked us a delicious welcome cake. It is a great setting, surrounded by the mountains of Palermo. The property itself is amazing, great pool idea, fantastic outside kitchen, great games room/gym and the two villas are beautifully furnished also. The location is brilliant, only 15 minute drive from the airport and also only 30 seconds walk from Maxim Bar+Cafe which is an absolute gem (amazing coffee, pastries, pastas, ice cream, cannoli etc, very cheap and the best staff ever). Also a pizzeria 30 seconds away which does great pizza. Apart from that nothing else is in walking distance but it is only a short drive to the supermarket and train station if you want to go into Palermo Everything about the place was brilliant, the only slightly annoying things were not related to the property (e.g. mosquito bites, sometimes fireworks at night from nearby places which can disturb baby sleep) but to be honest they were not a big deal for us
