J’ai appelé le numéro fourni, mais une autre personne m’a répondu en disant qu’elle est responsable d’un hôtel dans la même zone et qu’il n’y a aucune réservation à mon nom, et que l’adresse n’est pas la même que celle indiquée sur Booking. Je me suis rendu sur place et j’ai trouvé un gardien qui m’a informé que ce sont des maisons privées à louer et qu’il n’y a aucun hôtel ou réservation Booking à cet endroit. Je suis resté avec ma famille dans la rue jusqu’à ce que nous trouvions un autre endroit pour passer la nuit. Je vous demande de traiter ce problème rapidement, d’ouvrir une enquête et de procéder au remboursement total de mon paiement. Merci de votre compréhension. Cordialement Fraud
