• Anselm (9/5): Ruhige, aber zentral gelegene, tolle Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits, aber sehr gut angebunden (zum Markusplatz zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten). Der Busbahnhof sowie die Vaporettohaltestelle liegen fußläufig. Wir hatten Zimmer 2 (Standard Doppelzimmer mit dem roten Bett und der roten Couch). Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das (modernisierte) Bad war zwar etwas klein, aber durchaus ausreichend. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wie in anderen Bewertungen bereits angemerkt, ist der Frühstücksraum sehr klein (Platz für ca. drei Paare). Das war aber kein Problem, da es nur fünf Zimmer gibt und die Gastgeber sich sehr bemühen, das Platzproblem zu managen. Das Frühstück war eher wie bei einem Bed&Breakfast. Es gab kein wirkliches Buffet. Die Gastgeberin servierte das Gewünschte. Der Kaffee war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Wir durften am An- und Abreisetag auch unser Gepäck vor dem Ein- und nach dem Aus-Checken in der Unterkunft lassen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie sehr empfehlen.

• Łukasz (10/5): A very pleasant stay. - It is located in the northern part of Venice, in an area not crowded with tourists, which allows you to relax in peace and quiet after a full day of sightseeing. The nearest shop is located very close by. It is an excellent base for exploring the entire city. The family atmosphere during breakfast made us feel at home.

• Gabriel Castaño Iversen (9/5): Good location with wonderful hosts - The location is in a quiet street with walking distance to all transport services. The hosts are very kind and lovely. The breakfast is made personal from the host and gives a feeling of being home. COOP and SPARE supermarket are not far away. The house is authentic, and there it's a little noisy as you can hear footsteps of others, but that's a part of the experience. Easy self-check inn and out with instructions from the hosts. Not much to say here, other than a little noisy.

• Sławomir (10/5): Razem z żoną spędziliśmy tu trzy noce i jeżeli wrócimy jeszcze do Wenecji to w pierwszej kolejności będziemy szukać tuta - Przede wszystkim obiekt jest bardzo kameralny, pokój jest niewielki ale czysty i dostatecznie wyposażony podobnie jak łazienka. Najmilej wspominamy śniadania w towarzystwie pani Marseli, która wprowadza domową atmosferę i jest bardzo pomocna we wszelkich informacjach o Wenecji. Polecam to miejsce dla par które wolą spokojne miejsce i kameralne warunki.

Familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber trotzdem gemütlich. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, ich würde wieder kommen!

Let us check in our bags early so we could go for lunch and explore Venice. Thank you! Sergio and Marsela, proprietors, made us feel like family. Worked hard with a nice variety of breakfast items each morning. Thank you! We were in room “A” on the first floor, which was on the backside of the property and quiet to sleep. The bed was comfortable. I liked the pillows as they’re not big and I prefer a smaller flatter pillow. The room, bathroom and kitchen area very clean. This is a simple, yet very well taken care of property. If you’re looking for luxury, than this is not the place for you. Access to our bathroom was through the staff laundry room, yet private so no other guest used it. Room is small yet comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse direkt an einem Kanal. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war nett.

• Friedrich (10/5): - Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber zweckmäßig, das Bett bequem, die Bettwäsche tadellos, die Handtücher groß und flauschig. Das Bad war etwas eng, besonders die Dusche, die aber tadellos funktioniert hat. Erstaunlicherweise auch die Abtrennungstür, sie war absolut dicht! Schön, dass es einen Wasserkocher gab, sogar ein paar Teebeutel. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, mit einem gewissen italienischen Charme. Die Lage war für uns günstig, weil in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, nur eine Vaporetto-Station entfernt und dann ein paar hundert Meter zu gehen. Die Gegend auf den ersten Blick etwas abenteuerlich und düster, aber ruhig, derzeit so gut wie keine Touristen. Das Haus von "historischem" Charakter. Uns wurde freundlich geöffnet, obwohl es nach der Fahrt mit dem Night Jet noch relativ früh war; unser Gepäck konnten wir deponieren und "unbelastet" Venedig erkunden. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Die sehr nette Signora ging auf unsere Wünsche mit natürlicher Liebenswürdigkeit ein. Unglaublich, was sie auf engstem Raum alles zu bieten hatte. Die beengten räumlichen Verhältnisse, die man aber leider nicht ändern kann.

• Debora (10/5): Speciale - Soggiornare agli Alloggi Serena è stato come sentirsi a casa, ma con la magia di Venezia fuori dalla porta. L’ambiente è incredibilmente accogliente, familiare e curato in ogni dettaglio; la pulizia è impeccabile e l'estetica della struttura è davvero piacevole. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, sono i proprietari: il padrone di casa ci ha accolti con una simpatia e un calore rari, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. La mattina è stata una vera coccola grazie alla padrona, che serve la colazione con una premura e una cura squisite. La posizione è strategica: centralissima e vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, il che rende gli spostamenti comodissimi, eppure la zona resta estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Raccomandiamo assolutamente Alloggi Serena a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

• Elke (8/5): - Die Lage in einer kleinen Seitengasse ist sehr ruhig und nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt (15-20 Minuten). Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich und Marcella hat sich sehr bemüht, alles gut zu organisieren und alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Zudem wurde das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Den Wasserkocher im Zimmer habe ich sehr geschätzt. Mein Zimmer im EG warr recht klein und dunkel, so dass ich nicht recht wusste, wo ich meine größere Reisetasche (für mehrere Wochen) lassen sollte. Zudem war das Bad sehr beengt. Ab er wenn ich mir die Fotos anschaue, scheinen die anderen Zimmer größer zu sein.

• Martina (9/5): - Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, jedoch war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Da wir mit dem Zug anreisten, war es für uns perfekt, dass wir unser Gepäck schon vor dem Beziehen des Zimmers abgeben durften. Außerdem konnten wir es den ganzen Abreisetag dort lagern und erst am Abend abholen. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein, doch unsere Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht uns unser Frühstück so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
