- Hannna (2/5): 管理不足 - モダンな雰囲気と部屋が２つあるのが使いやすかった ①脱衣室に大きな黒い糸くずが落ちていて清掃が行き届いていないのを感じた、②自転車が故障していて旅のスケジュールを急遽変更しないといけなくなった、③また自転車の故障を公式LINEで伝えると日々点検していると言われたが日々点検していたら空気の漏れる音やタイヤの潰れで気がつける状態、誠意が見られず残念だった。
