• Kate (1/5): Bad - No staff on site. Location in an unpleasant part of centre of Naples. Room not very clean and there was not even any hand wash or soap. Shower was cold. Didn’t sleep at all as square is used for partying. Awful experience. As above. Location Cleanliness Room not nice

• Jacopo (10/5): Comodo e accogliente - Comodissimo perché è nel centro storico di Napoli, a pochi minuti a piedi da molti luoghi da visitare, tra Spaccanapoli e Corso Umberto I, in una piazzetta piena di vita. Gianmarco, l'host, ci ha anche consigliato alcuni posti caratteristici in cui mangiare. Siamo stati molto bene!

• Lizzie (10/5): Great spot for exploring Naples - Great location for exploring Naples, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean and had everything we needed to stay for a few nights. In a busy square but couldn't hear any noises once inside the apartment and within walking distance of a metro station, train station and lots of good pizzerias!

• Joost (8/5): Enjoyable stay with great location to explore Napoli! - Location was great and we unexpectedly had a spa bath! The square in front was rumours in the evening and bar close by had a loud bass. Soundproofing was rather nice, even earplugs provided, but bass was still clearly audible.

Proche du métro et des ruelles plus touristiques de Naples, emplacement super pour visiter tous les quartiers de la ville et proche aussi du port pour accéder aux ferry à pied en une quinzaine de minutes. Super séjour, merci !
• Annelies (6/5): - Het was heel proper. Locatie goed om Napels te bezoeken maar s'avonds op het pleintje ervoor veel lawaai, zatte jongeren, daklozen,... maar dat hoort bij het stadsleven wellicht. Wel veel oordoppen aanwezig. Goede airco, nodig bij hete temperaturen Zeepjes en shampoo en badhanddoeken voorzien Op de foto's leek het alsof het over 1 appartement ging maar dit blijken allemaal verschillende kamers te zijn, dit was ons niet duidelijk en dus erg teleurstellend toen we toekwamen. Zetelbed niet zo comfortabel Er was wel een vuur maar geen pannen (enkel een kookpot) ook geen keukenhanddoeken Er waren maar 3 stoelen, terwijl we met 4 waren. Lawaai snachts voor de deur moeilijk om te slapen (wel oordoppen ter beschikking)

• Carudel (10/5): Chambre agréable, propre et très bien équipée. Quartier plutôt bruyant et insalubre. - Séjour très agréable. Chambre spacieuse très propre doté d'un grand lit, d'une penderie et d'une table à repasser. La chambre possède aussi un grand salon doté d'une cuisine équipée. Personnel aimable répondant très rapidement au moindre message. La salle de bain était quelque peu exiguë et manquait de place pour y mettre ses affaires, le jet du robinet était très fort et combiné à une vasque trop basse envoyait de l'eau partout à chaque utilisation. De plus l'eau s'évacuait mal de la douche et stagnait pendant un bon moment avant de se vider. Malheureusement, le quartier est très sale et bruyant, nos fenêtres donnaient sur un bar laissant la musique à fond jusqu'à trois heures du matin. Et la place San Gorgio Maggiore est peuplée tous les soirs de jeunes alcoolisés. Cela n'est bien sur pas dû à l'hôtel.

• Aurora (10/5): ottima esperienza, consiglio questo alloggio per un soggiorno comodo nel centro di napoli - siamo stati molto bene,la camera è meravigliosa, spaziosa, fornisce ogni comfort e potersi godere la vasca idromassaggio dopo una calda giornata passata a camminare non ha prezzo. l’arredamento è moderno e curato, la stanza pulita, televisore enorme con connessione internet dove godersi un bel film alla sera. la posizione è davvero comoda per raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di interesse principali, dall’alloggio noi siamo arrivati a piedi ai quartieri spagnoli, piazza plebiscito, via toledo, via dei presepi, porto di napoli, spacca napoli. il proprietario è stato molto disponibile a fornirci info sui parcheggi, ci ha anche proposto di arrivare prima dell’orario di check-in dato che la stanza era già pronta. onestamente prima di arrivare eravamo un po’ preoccupati dalla recensione che parlavamo della zona in cui si trova l’hotel,in particolare della pazzietta in cui è situato,definita da alcuni “solo per chi sa cavarsela”, questo ci aveva un po’ intimorito, in realtà è una piazzetta molto tranquilla, si, c’è un po’ di musica data la presenza di qualche locale, ci sono ragazzi che si divertono e bevono qualcosa, ma è sicuramente molto meglio di tante viuzze sperdute e nascoste dove non passa nessuno e che sicuramente trasmettono molta meno sicurezza, insomma, un ottimo soggiorno sotto ogni aspetto per noi!

• Nathalie (8/5): Nice room, central location. - The room/studio is very spacious and well-equipped, including excellent coffee, a very comfortable bed, and fast WiFi. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all my questions promptly. The location couldn’t be more central—the metro station is just a short walk away, and there are some nice cafés nearby for breakfast. When I arrived, there were still traces left by the previous guests in the bathroom (a toothbrush cover, a dirty glass), and the bin had not been emptied. Even though someone came by to empty the bin the same evening when I told the owner, the glass in the bathroom was not cleaned up. Besides that, I had expected that there would be at least some light cleaning after three nights, but nothing was cleaned at all during my entire stay of almost one week. That is the reason why I think the room is overpriced. As mentioned in previous comments, the location is very noisy in the evenings since young people gather around the bars there, and the beautiful little square was terribly littered on Sunday morning. I did not mind the noise, as I had expected it, but I would not recommend this place for people who do not wish to sleep with earplugs or for families with kids.

• Marie (8/5): Séjour dans un quartier très animé - Chambre confortable, très propre et bien équipée (cafetière, théière,…), avec une jolie vue sur une place verdoyante du centre historique. L’emplacement est optimal pour tout faire à pied. À la nuit tombée, les nuisances sonores sont assez gênantes (heureusement l’hôte met des bouchons d’oreilles à disposition), car des bar musicaux sont juste en dessous.
• Elke (8/5): Gute Unterkunft wenn einem der nächtliche Lärm nicht stört - Es ist sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Problemloser checkin. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten direkt neben der Unterkunft. Es ist sehr laut die ganze Nacht, Da direkt unter dem Zimmer 2 Baren sind, welche bis mindestens 3 Uhr geöffnet haben. Ohrstöpsel sind im Zimmer hinterlegt. Wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist, man erreicht die Unterkunft nur über eine steile Treppe. Das Zimmer hat keinen Balkon.

Posizione in una piazzetta caratteristica nel centro storico di Napoli. Ben collegata ai mezzi e abbastanza vicina a mete di interesse raggiungibili anche a piedi. Forse il prezzo un pò troppo alto per una sistemazione senza colazione.
• Ficarra (8/5): Fantastica struttura…un po’ meno la zona… - Struttura moderna, recente, pulita, tecnologica, perfettamente funzionante. Nulla da dire, semplicemente perfetta. Finestre insonorizzate. Una volta entrato nel portone entri in un nuovo mondo. Il problema è fuori… La zona è al centro delle più importanti attrazioni turistiche…Logisticamente perfetta. La zona. È una zona veramente brutta, per ambiente, frequentazioni e rumore. Come detto, le finestre sono insonorizzate e filtrano molto, ma le persone festeggiano nei locali con musica molto alta anche Gino alle 3 di notte. Come già accennato nella struttura sono attenti a tutto e forniscono tappi per le orecchie…Abbiamo dormito tranquillamente. Davvero però la zona con i bambini non va frequentata.Piu adatti a ragazzi ed adulti, che sanno cavarsela.

The WiFi wasn't working and even though the host said they were on it, they never fixed it. Same thing happened with dirty towels which never got picked up after the host said someone will come to pick them up the next day.

• Roeland (9/5): Great location, comfortable, clean, well appointed - Wonderful central location, large clean room, good amenities, great communication with the owner, comfortable bed. It is super centrally located at a small square, and Napolitano are passionate. So there is always some noise until deep in the night. For me, this only added to the charm!
• Laurent (10/5): Esperienza super - Abbiamo soggiornato durante le vacanze di Pasqua in questa struttura moderna e ristrutturata da poco, posizionata in centro a Napoli in zona università, a pochi passi da Spaccanapoli (quindi centralissima). La stanza era pulita, elegante nel design e negli arredi, rifornita di tutto (anche caffè con cialde di qualità e frigobar, tutto omaggio!) e molto sicura, con porte e ingressi di sicurezza automatizzati. I proprietari poi sono giovani e cordiali, disponibili come pochi (anche con messaggi Whatsapp) e pronti a risolvere ogni problema. Consigliamo di soggiornare qui e ci torneremo sicuramente!

La piazzetta è una delle più vivaci della zona, e nel fine settimana la movida è andata avanti fino a mattina, ma la struttura ha degli ottimi infissi che garantiscono una più che buona insonorizzazione. Posizione centralissima e comoda, vicina alla metro e a molti posti dove mangiare.

Tuvimos suerte con la música del bar de abajo porque era domingo y lunes pero si la pusieron un rato por la tarde y se oía bastante. • Thomas (5/5): Schönes,sauberes Zimmer, leider in unerträglich lauter Umgebung ! - Unerträglicher Lärm in mehreren Nächten bis 3 oder 4 Uhr morgens durch 4 Kneipen, die direkt unter den Zimmern liegen mit lauter Musik. Am Wochenende zusätzlich auf dem Platz Treffen und Lärm durch hunderte Jugendliche. Diese Ruhestörung verdient keine "hervorragende " Bewertung bei Booking !! Abgesehen davon war das Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

The place overlooks a park where youngsters gather and drink on Friday and Saturday evening/night plus there are clubs underneath so it is pretty load until early in the morning but the hosts have kindly left earplugs which make things better.

The location was easy to reach, very central, instructions to reach the property and enter the apartment easy to follow. The place was sparkling clean and exceeded my expectations, it’ s even better in reality. The attention to details made me feel at home . And the jacuzzi thw cherry on the top, I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back.

Unfortunately we didn't check before but Incanto is in area of clubs and bars. Located in a very nice square but they play laud music till late (the landlord was excellent and asked the bar to lower the volume but it was late anyway). So if you are not looking for busy neighborough and you want some quiet it is better to look in other district of Naples. However, Naples is a noisy city itself :-) and probably this is part of its charm but not for everyone.

• Gabriele (7/5): Enjoyable but we won't come back for the reasons explained - Good location in terms of reaching most of the places. The room was good and host reachable. Outside there is a square with clubs that despite country law, were playing high volume music until 3/4am, especially on the weekend not recommended. Nothing to say about the host and what he can offer, however if you are not an heavy sleeper it would be impossible to fall asleep until early morning, which obviously would ruin your next day.

• Doriana (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto incantevole per 4 giorni. Scegliendo l’opzione King, che offre la vasca idromassaggio in camera, dopo lunghissime passeggiate, è stato un vero toccasana. La camera è provvista di tutti i comfort come da foto. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Sicuramente torneremo qui!

• MARZIA (10/5): Incantevole soggiorno - Incanto Napoli è un B&B nel centro storico della città, adiacente ad una piazzetta vivace e caratteristica. La struttura ha arredi nuovissimi con dettagli di design e buon gusto. Gli spazi, ampi e funzionali, sono studiati per garantire privacy e indipendenza all’ospite. L’host ha saputo gestire una variazione alla nostra prenotazione con la cortesia e l’ospitalità che questa città sa ben esprimere nei confronti del turista. Consigliato a chi vuole assaporare la tipicità della vita cittadina: nel quartiere troverete ristoranti, locali e negozi per tutti i gusti. Degno di nota anche il buon rapporto qualità prezzo della struttura Incanto Napoli. Nulla

• Paulina (10/5): Klimatyczne miejsce i NAJmilszy właściciel! - - najmilszy gospodarz na świecie; w stałym kontakcie, niezwykle pomocny, - lokalizacja pozwalała nam dotrzeć wszędzie, gdzie potrzebowaliśmy, pieszo, -bardzo klimatyczny apartament (wysoki chyba na 4 metry), - klimatyzowany, - łatwe zameldowanie, - negocjowalne godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania, Mieliśmy wspaniały czas! Nie będę oszukiwać - w weekendowe noce było głośno (raz był jakiś koncert na pobliskim skwerku), a brama do tej niezwykłej budowli niesamowicie trzeszczała, kiedy ktoś wchodził :D) Centro Storico Neapolu jest też dość zaśmiecone i całe wymalowane graffiti gorszej raczej jakości ;) To wszystko nie zmąciło nam jednak cudownego czasu w tym mieście.
• Paolo (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto, struttura consigliatissima. - La posizione è fantastica, la grandezza della camera è molto al di sopra della media, le condizioni della camera sono nuovissime, ben arredata e con tutti i comfort. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Probabilmente potrebbe non piacere la zona, per il rumore notturno derivante dai tantissimi locali presenti in zona, ma comunque gli infissi rendono insonorizzata la stanza e personalmente soggiornare in un quartiere vivo era la mia prerogativa

• Crystal (8/5): A touch of luxury in grundgy Napoli - The room was fantastic, we stayed for 3 nights and it was a great accommodation. Conveniently located and easy to access, felt safe. Room was clean and comfortable, with a touch of luxury. The location although convenient, felt a little dirty and unsafe once you exited the gate of the Incanto room complex. A lot of graffiti, rubbish and damage to the building entrance area. There was a lot of noise in the area with bars next door. Not too disruptive but worth noting.
• Miyoko (7/5): Nice but noisy place in a vibrant neighborhood - The room was well decorated, spacious, and pleasant. Everything worked, and the kitchenette was adequate for heating up soup, etc., but not really for cooking. The area is very vibrant, but that has both advantages and disadvantages. I am a vegan, and it was just a few minutes walking distance to several vegan eateries, so that was a plus. Also, I loved the energy and color of the neighborhood -- during the day. The problem arose at night as I wanted to sleep. But if you are into partying late, then it shouldn't be a problem. The area is very vibrant, as mentioned earlier. The problem was that the unit is above a very loud piazza and a bar with music. The first two nights were relatively quiet, but then there was live music the remaining nights of my stay until the wee hours of the morning. The only way I could sleep was to keep the bathroom fan running all night to create "white noise." The place was dead silent at 6/7 am when everyone had gone home! So if you like to go to bed by midnight, then know that that is approximately when the music and noise start.
• Thomas (7/5): Il nostro soggiorno in Napoli era peggiore di 12 anni fa. - Ci sono diversi bar vicinissimo per una buona colazione e da bere un aperitivo di sera. Il iaccuzzi era una buona sorpresa, non mi sono accorto durante la prenotazione. Una visita a Sorrente e la cistite di Napoli sotterraneo sono vale la pena. Purtroppo non c’è nè un tavolo o una scrivania nè una sedia. Ho bisogno di lavorare ogni tanto e era scomodo nella località. Ci sono tanti ristoranti e bar intorno ma molto turistici. Il centro storico è il quartiere spagnolo sono diventato parchi di divertimento. Per mangiare bene, ci vuole cambiare il rione. Il rumore di notte non mi ha disturbato ma posso immaginare, che può dare fastidio.

• Brigitte (9/5): Clean, spacious, lovely room with a very comfortable bed at a central location. - We really liked the central location of the room, it was very clean and spacious and the communication via WhatsApp with the staff was very friendly and he/she responded quickly. Very comfortable bed! At Saturday night it was noisy from the bar downstairs but there were earplugs in the room so we still had a good night sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and there were only 3 coffee cups for the nespresso machine for the both of us, it would have been an nice detail if there were 6 so we could drink one coffee every morning.

• Antonietta (10/5): Fantastico - Posizione centralissima, tra “Spaccanapoli” , San Gregorio Armeno, piazza del Gesù e vicino alla metropolitana … stanza favolosa con tutti i comfort e davvero molto pulita! Comodissimo il self Check-in, anche se era tarda serata sono entrata senza alcun problema! Il proprietario disponibile nel consigliarmi dove cenare ! Grazie e a presto
