• רחום (1/5): Bad - Nothing but the location Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bedsheets were dirty and the room was full of dust. The towels were old and worn out, which made the overall experience feel very unhygienic. There was dirt and hair in multiple corners of the room, and it was honestly uncomfortable to sleep there. We expected a much cleaner and better-maintained environment for the price we paid.

• Mary Jean Ramilo (5/5): - Near the station. We cannot use the wifi in the apartment.And the beddings are smell sour .They dont have any phone # in the apartment that we can call to change the bedsheet and to ask for assistance for the wifi
• Celia (8/5): - Location is close to subway. Bathroom has washing machine and the bathroom dryer/ventilation system is excellent for drying clothes. Dirts along bathroom floor edge and corners. We stayed for 5 nights but there are not enough garbage bags in the kitchen to cover the entire trip. There are smells on the towels but they are gone after I washed it.

• Merycris (9/5): 9-10 - Great for families. It's a 10-minute walk to Dotonbouri and just a 2-minute walk to the nearest station and Family Mart. Restaurants are everywhere. This place has a washing machine, which made our stay more convenient.

• Noviyus (7/5): A small apato that has no bidet - Location It's small room for 6 people. Too small and cramp, so it's not comfortable. The toilet has no bidet. Very uncommon in Japan a hotel that has no bidet in the toilet. So it's below the standard even as compared to hostel

• Joanna (1/5): I would not recommend this property. I complained about the smell, the knocking sound from the air-conditioner and the w - Location was walkable to food and shopping. Beds were comfortable. It smelled of mildew and mold as you entered. Pictures of property are outdated. Air-conditioner was old and made a knocking sound all night. Wifi didn't work. Contacted property and they had me trouble shoot this several times. We had no wifi most of our stay.

The apartment has reasonable space for 5 of us There was a bit of drainage smell inside the bathroom, not that bad smell but quite disturbing. The smell gets lessen when shower or bath is being use

• Cherry (5/5): The good thing about this place is the price and location. If you are on a budget and prefer to stay here, bring your ow - Location. It’s near the train station, walking distance to main spots.. it has washer, saves money since you only need to dry your clothes. Responsive management.. I informed the management about the non-working exhaust in the toilet.. They just promised to fix it but did not do anything about it,, toilet is very smelly.. also, i need to clean the drain of the shower myself, otherwise, it would be clogged. If you prefer to stay, make sure to bring your own towels. The towels provided are very old and they do not change towels,, We stayed there for 4 nights and have to use the same towels (which later turned smelly) the entire stay.
• Cc (8/5): Very good - Value for money, comfy bed and good location Having issue in getting the door key to open the door especially we arrived in the midnight and was cold due to raining. Have to email owner to share the photos and videos to solve the problem because this platform does not allow videos and photos sharing. Issue resolved after few back and forth communications with the property owner.
• Cris (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very responsive. The place is so convenient to train stations, food and most especially walk distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping district. Also, just a 1 train to the Koromon Market which you can eat King Crabs and other types of seafood in cheaper price.

Close to everything. - Close to everything 2 min walk to train station exit 7 5 min walk to train platform 5 min walk to Lawson, 7 Eleven, Family Mart, Sukiya, Foodium Supermarket 10-15 min walk to Dotonbori Many foods around the premise, also underground, inside the train station. Coin laundry across the street. So convenient. What more can you ask? Room is quite spacious for 4 (if the sofa bed stays as sofa) If you need the sofa bed as bed, then its quite a challenge to open your suitcase(s). No bidet. Already aware of it, but still a let down. Host should consider installing one. Anyway, it didn't make our stay worse. Still good, all good.
• Farralisa (10/5): We had a very pleasant stay. This place is perfect. - It has everything you need. Its a short walk away from nagarohibashi station and about 9 minutes walk from midoji station. You can walk to dotonbori in about 10 minutes. Next to the property is yamato delivery service centre so we sent our luggages to tokyo super easy. There's a coin laundry close by too. Check in was smooth and easy and if you have any questions the property replies promptly. nothing.

• David (7/5): Fantastic - Incredible location, tidy and cosy Sofa bed, wasn’t a true sofa bed instead uses the cushions to fold out and sleep on which move with the weight of the person making for an uncomfortable night.

Our last day was a disappointment the hot water is not working and they said we can take the public shower and they will refund the payment .I have kids and the purpose of renting a place is for convenience.

• Munisha (5/5): Spacious and good location but poor facilities and dirty. - Good location with a short walk to Dontonbori market. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Drinking water tap did not work (no water). I tried liaising with the host (through messages) to get this fixed but was told they could not find anything wrong with it. It was only when I sent a video demonstrating the issue that they accepted the fault. We only had a day left by then so did not bother asking for it to be fixed again. Similarly the aircon was a bit hit and miss and made a dripping sound but host said they couldn't see any issue with it. We dropped something between the beds and when we went to retrieve it, we realised it was extremely dirty under the beds with dirty tissues. There was no shower curtain in the shower so had to be careful about not flooding the bathroom.

It is more for adults to stay for it is in the center of bar and grills night life area. There is shampoo and conditioner, soap and bath towels available in the apartment. There is a small kitchenette and the bathroom sink is big. The nice blow dryer is available as well. Love the toilet design it has a small hand sink on top of the water tank. What a great idea to save water The front door needs some WD 40. Wish I could find cloth detergent in the apartment, maybe I couldn't read Japanese this is why I couldn't find it.

The apartment location is very convenient for metro and shopping street Dotonbori. The host was very careful to guide us how to collect the room key and what should be done for garbage collection. There were 3 convenient stores around this building (7eleven, FamilyMart ...) and food was awesome for my family Wifi was disconnected sometimes and it was not good enough for a few people (4-5 pax) to access Internet together.

Close to convenience store. Room has all amenities described, hot water and host responds promptly to queries. Room is a bit tight, not much room for luggage storage. Toilet is not automatic wash (like in public toilets)
