• Meri (5/5): - The location of the apartment is good, close to everything. The apartment is cozy and has been renovated. The bathroom is in good condition. There is storage space for belongings and clothes. The apartment was not clean. There was hair on the floor, in the bathroom, and on the bed. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom carpet was dirty. Additionally, there were a few dirty glasses in the cupboard. Body washing soap and dishwashing liquid were only enough for two days for two guests, and we stayed for six days. There was a huge pile of dirty laundry in the storage room. We booked this apartment for two guests with two beds, and we only got one bed. There were no clean sheets for one of us. We asked for sheets for one of us on the first night, and the host did not take it well. It took three days for the host to bring us new sheets. The new sheets were not clean, so we needed to wash them ourselves. The host tried to charge us 10 euros for opening the sofa bed and bringing new sheets. Some nights, there was a loud noise from upstairs. The hallway of the house was in poor condition, and the stairs were very steep. Communication with the host was difficult from the beginning. The host did not want me to write on Booking chat (asked me multiple times not to write on Booking), but on WhatsApp. Later on, the host deleted some of our conversations on WhatsApp. The host gave us two extra hours to check out and told me that they expect a positive 10-star review from me.

A pochi passi dall’acquario è un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole godersi a pieno la città. Ho soggiornato con un’amica ma consiglio vivamente l’appartamento alle coppie! L’host è davvero gentilissimo e super disponibile. Consiglio vivamente!!🌈🌈 Tutto fantastico niente da ridire!

Le propriétaire explique tout correctement par message les accès pour son appartement, le WiFi et aussi l'accès à un parking proche de son logement Le bruit que l'on peut percevoir dans le logement -extérieur même avec les fenêtres fermées - intérieur avec le voisinage du dessus Le couloir d'accès peut laisser à désirer -quelque peu défraîchi

• Marcelo (10/5): Exceptional - A pleasant surprise right in the historic center of Genoa. The apartment is well renovated and everything works. The kitchen has everything you need for a good stay, including a coffee machine. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The washing machine is perfect. The heater is excellent. The communication with the administrator is easy and accessible. I will definitely be back again

• De (10/5): AMAZING - this apartment is amazing! unfortunately we stayed just one night but i really enjoyed it. it had everything and the owner was so nice and helpful. the bed was so soft and comfortable the apartment is located around 10 minutes walk from the acquarium and there were many supermarkets around it. the aparment was well equipped and clean.
