Cannot recommend this place enough, would definitely come back again! - Bundeena Waterfront Pavilion is a beautiful five-bedroom house in an incredible location with an absolute oceanfront. We, a group of ten people (five couples) had a memorable October long weekend at this place. It is literally located on a rocky edge of the beach. Having the ocean view from the house is remarkable; we enjoyed just sitting there with a cuppa while watching the movements of the ocean. It is even better to wake up and have the sound and 180-degree view of the ocean being the first thing you hear and see. House is on the doorstep of the beautiful Royal National Park, and located within walking distance to village and coastal walks. We started both our days there with early morning coastal walks. RSL is just 600m away and we walked there to have lunch. Sanjay is a great host, communicated well and accommodated all our needs promptly, positively and effectively. We were a little cautious about the amount of steps inside and outside the house, not a big issue though. The bedroom 5, which is located downstairs, was the least favourite part of the house.

• Di (10/5): Exceptional - Great property with stunning views, perfect for a large family getaway, a short walk to swimming beach. well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas, beds etc. we liked everything but have two suggestions - The bedroom under the house (bedroom five), would benefit from some additional damp proofing and/or ventilation as it was pretty musty (the rest of the house was great though ). second, a few more medium height pillows would be great (the house had lots of very firm large pillows which we didn’t love)
