• Ian (9/5): Great spot to stay for exploring the area. - Well appointed apartment with nice balconies and a view of the sea. Comfortable and clean. Easy access to lots of bars and sea food restaurants. My first stay in Perea as I was heading out to the airport. But will be booking again for sure. Nothing not to like about this apartment.

• Petya (10/5): - Много добра локация. Много удобен апартамент всичко има каквото и да си помислиш като домакиня. Все едно че си у дома. Бих отишла пак. На мен ми беше много уютно. Апартамента беше превъзходен много чисто. Не мога да кажа. Може би нямаше такова нещо което да не ми хареса.

• Bat-Chen (8/5): spacious apartment near the beach - Great location with a sea view, beach and restaurants near by. 7 mins to the airport. The apartment was specious and clean. The owner is on the same building so if anything is needed she can be there and is helpful. We booked for 5 people, arrived at night and the apartment was ready for 4 people. We didn't find any forks or spoons. the owner doesn't speak english.
• Petra (10/5): Apartment mit schönem Meerblick - Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, geräumig und recht neu renoviert, mit großem Balkon mit Meerblick,beide Schlafzimmer auch mit Balkon, 4. Stock mit Aufzug, sehr gut ausgestattet, neues Bad, alles top. Der langgezogene Strand liegt quasi vor der Tür, nebenan am Strand beim Café kann man Liegen und Sonnenschirme bekommen. Maria, die Besitzerin ist sehr sympathisch und bei Fragen gleich zur Stelle. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles hat gepasst

• Gabriel (10/5): - Locația si proprietatea sunt excepționale, aproape de plajă, taverne, in apartament am avut tot ce era necesar. D- na Maria este foarte amabila, interesata de nevoile chiriașilor, gata sa - si ofere ajutorul.
• Nora (10/5): House Thalassa - Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Besitzerin,Maria war sehr gastfreundlich, present und immer da. Danke Maria,für die Gastfreundlichkeit. Es war alles ok. Nichts zu bemängeln.
• varulkar (3/5): לא נקי, לא מומלץ - המיקום של הדירה טוב, מרחק הליכה של דקה מחוף הים. יש חניה מתחת לבניין, מתאים גם לואן 9 מושבים. מרחק 20-25 דקות משדה התעופה. כשנכנסנו לדירה היא היתה ממש מסריחה מסיגריות! למרות שיש בה שלט שכתוב מפורשות שאסור לעשן. הריח לא יצא עד שפינינו את הדירה למחרת. הדירה היתה מלוכלכת, על הרצפה בסלון היה חול , לכלוכים וזכוכיות. גם על הספות היה חול, למרות ששניים מאיתנו היו צריכים לישון עליהן. גם המקרר לא היה נקי. היה כתוב בבוקינג שיש 6 מיטות אבל כשהגענו גילינו ששניים מאיתנו אמורים לישון על הספות. חבל שלא נאמר מראש. כמו כן לא היו מספיק מצעים. לא היו מספיק מגבות ל-6 אנשים. מגבת אחת היתה מלוכלכת. התקשינו למצוא את הכתובת של הבית, הוייז לא מצא את הכתובת. התקשורת עם בעלת הבית היתה נוראית. היא לא יודעת אנגלית בכלל, לא מסבירה ברור. השאירה את המפתחות של הבית ליד החניה עם הסברים לא ברורים. כשכבר הגענו לדירה היינו ממש עצבניים. המעלית בבניין לא בטיחותית, חסרה לה דלת. בקיצור לא מומלץ.

• Christoph (8/5): Schnell aus Thessaloniki in eine Wohnung in Strandnähe und Flughafennähe - ideal für Urlauber - Die Wohnung im obersten Stock bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand. Das Auto lässt sich einfach parkieren, die Anreise per ÖV ist mit einem Umsteigen aus Thessaloniki aus möglich. Für uns war es ideal, weil wir tags darauf an den Flughafen gingen - auch das mit einem Umsteigen möglich. Der Strand bietet ein paar schöne Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin liess uns länger in der Wohnung bleiben, da die nachfolgenden Gäste später eintrafen, vielen Dank!

• Cosmin (9/5): Superb - Great location a few steps from the beach and the sea. Comfortable apartment, terrace with sea view, parking for the car, elevator, washer and dryer, everything needed in the apartment. Two separate ACs in the living room and one of the bedrooms, second bedroom with a fan and a smaller terrace. Maria is a lovely lady, however the communication was very difficult for us. We spoke only Romanian and English, she spoke only Greek and German. Because of this all the communication had to be done for us only in writing, I was writing in English, she was writing in Greek and translating back and forth. We got only one set of keys for the apartment, after asking 2 times for another set of keys and her not replying, I gave up. This made things a bit complicated, but we made it work. Beautiful apartment, had a great time, wouldn't come back because of small issues like this though.
• Eleonor (10/5): Everything was perfect - The apartment is modern ,fully equipped and comfortable . We had even an electric bike and 2 electric scooters. The landlord was very helpful and kind. Excellent location and beautiful view of the beach and sunset. All was perfect
