• Rahul (5/5): - Check-in / check out process was straight forward. Decent car parking available. A lot of insects in the evening that can ruin the stay experience (unless you love bugs all around). Room service overall experience is pretty bad. From access to menu, turn around time, food taste - everything needs an improvement.

• Nisha (7/5): Please take care of the pet food. Though they had fun, their health also matters. - We stayed at there cartage for 2 days. The play area for pets was good.. even the swimming pool was well maintained. Staffs really took care of my pets very well. The grooming place was clean and a good pet collection at the pet store. We had a good dine in facility.. good was tasty. There was a sewage issue.. bathroom was stinking because of that... there was an issue with the geyser which suddenly burst out while using the shower... luckily didn't get hurt... food for the pets were not freshly made... both my pets got diarrhea the very next day...
• Peter (10/5): - I loved the way the place is planned. Each cottage has separate enclosures for the dogs. It's safe, clean and spacious. Whoever curated the music has great taste. I enjoyed the music playing in the cafe throughout the day. Keep it up, guys. There were no activities for us. It would have been great if there were some games or some entertainment facilities for the humans. 😁

• Shrieya (10/5): Amazing property, it’s a must visit - It is a perfect stay for our puppy and the pool was really fantastic. The service was extraordinary . It’s a must visit for all pet parents. The food was a little too pricey and breakfast wasn’t included

• Kovili Gopikrishnan (9/5): Its a great facility and my pet enjoyed through out. Food was delicious. - Break fast dishes are lovely but waiting till 9.00 to 9.15 is not acceptable. I am aware that the staff works late but a set of people can be asked to wind up early and start by 7.00 in the morning. Better planning will help in the long run. I have to stop my medicines till I had my B/F.

• Tina (8/5): - Food quality can be improved considerably. We ordered salami pizza , the salami was barely cooked. We hardly ate dinner that night. Restaurant food at lunch time was good. The burger and dal Kichidi was above average. Cleanliness amd hygiene of the servers need to be looked at. I saw a server picking his teeth with his bare hands while he was on the floor serving food. Honestly it felt very repelling, thankfully we were not serviced by him. Except for the juice. We were hosted on the ground floor cabin Around late night there was sohnd of very loud footsteps , coming from the cabin above, as if someone was running from one corner to another. It was distrusting our sleep. The same happened in the morning. Toiletries can be provided. Like toothpaste, comb, brush . Some branded shampoo and soaps, which are use and throw. Over all a good experience.
• Sana (6/5): Average - it's a good garden for dogs to run and play The dog menu keeps shrinking in options and we had to wait 30 mins for dog meal whereas the food for humans was available in 10 mins. I was also disappointed that we couldn't find boiled chicken for dogs and they mentioned because they are out of chicken for 2 continuous days only for dogs. overall i would recommend people to get their own dog food here

• Devasmita (10/5): Beautiful pet friendly stay - Beautiful and comfortable cottages. Smartly fenced in a way that we could keep our puppies free to roam. Food is exceptional. Also, in the morning we got the entire garden for our two dogs. We faced a bit of flush issue in the toilet but the team resolved it promptly.

• Devina (7/5): Our pup loved the place and we'll recommend it to friends but would love to see a few changes - - Staff was friendly and always smiling, ready to help - Even though our pup doesn't like swimming he loved the pool area and didn't want to leave! So that's a big win - The food was overpriced given the quality and quantity especially for someone staying there. Even the options were limited. Would have stayed back an extra day but the limitation on getting our own food and the limited options at the cafe didn't work for us - our room had mould and the washroom smelt horrible throughout our stay - The front yard was absolutely lovely but the grass could have been trimmed. Also the grass around the rooms. Rats were spotted in the area and given how dangerous rat bites and their droppings are for dogs, it's important to keep them at bay.

• Faraz (8/5): Great pet resort!! You will love the experience. - We loved the Stay at the Therpup Resort.. It's such a wonderful place for pet lovers especially for dog lovers.. The rooms are well built with wood, rooms were clean and well maintained.. beds were comfortable and neat.. Food was served to the rooms on demand very hot.. we loved the Food, its a bit expensive but the quality and taste is really nice.. We loved the pizza and starters.. The host was very good, everyone spoke with smile.. keep up the great work.. There's a forest attached close by as well.. over-all great place to visit for dog lovers.. They have cats/dogs cafe, swimming pool and grooming service as well.. Enjoy!!! Only con is if you get cat you need to stay indoors as the dogs roam freely..

• Pregadhees (10/5): For the viewers of this review, genuinely enjoyed every thing, happy to see my dog enjoy. - Every single thing about the stay was good, my pet loved it as well, giving this review so that I can tell viewers that this resort is very pet friendly, yes the pet (dog) can't get on the bed, which I empathize with the staff, cleaning the linen is difficult, but the heartwarming solution to that is, the staff provide a blanket for the dog to sleep peacefully, I am just hoping it to consistent. But yeah, the place is very homely. The electricity had been an issue, but, come on, it's Bangalore, I am not surprised.

Staff was not supportive .All the hotels all homemade food .they argued too much just to heat the food .their restaurant is not open after 10.30 and noone delivers to room.As a single girl u need to the main entrance to pick up ur delivery .The reception morning guy is very rude for no reason .Food options are limited and if u order from outside they won't bring to the rooms which is around 400 mts from the main entrance .not safe for a girl to go to entrance in night time .

• ARYAN (10/5): 10/10 Stay - Food was good. Ambience was good. Amenities for pets were superb! The service is really fast, and at times even exceeded our expectations. At this price point, I have seen hotels and resorts providing more, like a hair dryer, or a mini fridge. This however, was not the case.

• Bs (10/5): Felt safe and fun! - My dog and I enjoyed our stay at Therpup. I traveled as a solo female, and it felt safe and secure in the property. The food was good and the staff were kind and helpful. My dog loved the open space to run around leash free. Best part is about how swimming is available for both humans and dogs together.

• Ram (10/5): Highly recommended if you have a pet. Cannot recommend this place enough. - If you have a pet, then this is the place to visit. My dogs had a fantastic time. Lots of space for them to run around. The other dogs are usually friendly, the entire community of people that show up there are friendly. I stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic. The pet services like grooming, swimming, etc.. all absolutely the best. Alcohol and food available too. Everything was fantastic. The only issue I felt was with the restaurant. Food was definitely not up to the mark, especially for the prices. The serving staff at the restaurant too were largely untrained. A few were great though. I was given a glass of water with lipstick on it, and it took close to 15 minutes to get it changed. But having said that, this is a very small issue compared to all the amazing facilities they have.

• Sumalika (1/5): Left in a day with no refunds. - They said there wasn't breakfast along with our booking and made us pay additionally. Food quality was only ok, and overpriced. They also add service charges on top of GST & Service tax that's pretty much robbery. Staff is horrible and do not care. It is just a money making upselling place and no care for customer experience.
