Close to a lot of different places and a wide variety of grocery shopping nearby. We had to request extra cleaning to be done which they did do for us the next morning to get rid of obvious dirt. However the apartment could so with a full deep clean.

- Mercedes (6/5): Lugar aceptable para no mas de dos personas. - La ubicación es inmejorable, justo entre las estaciones de Namba y Daikokucho. Tranquilo y con oferta de negocios y servicios de cercanía. El lugar tranquilo para descansar bien. Un lindo parque a metros. Excelente baño, casi una regla en Japón. Lo alquilamos para tres personas, es imposible estar cómodos. Hay que desplegar un futón en la cocina cada noche, el mismo impide el paso al baño de quienes están en la habitación. La habitación tiene una cama matrimonial que entra justo, solo queda un muy pequeño pasillo para entrar, quien duerme contra la pared para salir debe pasar caminado sobre su compañero de cama. Algo de suciedad en los marcos de las ventanas, detrás de la TV y bajo la cama.

- Zoltan (9/5): Central Osaka, good location, nice apartment - The location, entry system, price, general cleanliness, information brochures, bathroom size were all good. Facilities like washing machine, WiFi etc were all there. Kitchen equipment was good quality. The bed was comfortable. We found hair (of probably the cleaning lady) in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen floor. A piece of the ceiling fell off in the balcony so that needs some maintenance.

- Luzie (9/5): Super Lage, lohnt sich sehr für den Preis - Perfekte Lage, gut ausgestattet, Seven Eleven und großer Supermarkt sehr nah, Waschmaschine und geräumige Dusche vorhanden. Zu dritt ist es etwas eng, weil man den Futon in die Küche legen muss. Dann ist auch im zusammengefalteten Zustand nicht mehr wirklich Platz für den Tisch und Stühle.

- Mikołaj (7/5): Tanio, fajnie, ale nieposprzątane. - Świetna cena za stosunkowo dobrą jakość. Jeśli nie chcesz przepłacać i głównie zwiedzasz, to z pewnością mogę polecić. Jak na Japonię, jest to też dość duży metraż. Bardzo dużo kurzu i kilka śmieci pod łóżkiem. Za pralką wyjątkowo obrzydliwy, duży kłębek włosów.

The flat was very cold, the only heating system seemed to be an overheat heater/ air conditioning unit in the bedroom. This was fine for the bedroom but the rest of the flat was like a fridge. Also, the volume up & left directional button on the tv remote wasn’t working which was a bit annoying while trying to login to Netflix & watch tv.

Очень не хватает крючков и полочек, в том числе в ванной, некуда деть вещи. Слив в душе был забит грязью. 20 минут ходьбы до любой ближайшей остановки, хоть автобуса, хоть поезда. Владельцы отеля - спамеры, шлют автоматические сообщения с первого дня бронирования (за месяц до заседания) и уже неделю после выселения.

- Rachele (8/5): - L'appartamento è molto grazioso e in una zona abbastanza centrale, a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Dotonbori e a 15 da una stazione della metro. Pulito e con tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere qualche giorno in città. Perfetto per viaggi di coppia. Abbiamo fatto un po' di fatica a capire come accedere (non era chiaro che avremmo trovato le chiavi direttamente sulla porta dell'appartamento). Le luci erano davvero troppe e poco confortevoli: Non erano presenti abat-jour o luci più calde per rilassarsi la sera (abbiamo dovuto svitare alcune lampadine). Internet era molto lento.

- Felipe Zorzo (9/5): Confortável, central e de fácil acesso - Acesso fácil. Região central, muito perto de dotonburi. Fica próximo a 2 estações de metrô, com 10 minutos de caminhada e tem uma seven-eleven a menos de um quarteirão. O quarto estava limpo, mas o ar condicionado tinha marcas de mofo. Como o japão é um país muito úmido e os últimos dias estavam frios, acabamos não usando e imagino que isso se reflita nos problemas da máquina, mas ficamos com o pé atrás de usar no modo de aquecimento por conta disso.

- Vallet (7/5): Espacioso, con lavadora. Cómodo. - Espacio de la habitación. Comodidad de la cama. Que la entrada sea a las 16h sin opción de dejar la maleta, cuando la habitación está libre. Para cuando avisaron que podía dejarse con coste adicional ¥4000, ya eran las dos de la tarde. Podrían permitir dejar el equipaje para no perder un día o añadir lockers. La limpieza era justa.

- Cruz (10/5): - This apartment truly made our visit to Japan memorable. Coming home to a comfortable space after a long day of exploring made us feel like locals. We highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Osaka who wants to be right in the middle of the action while still finding those authentic local vibes. "The only 'problem' was that there were too many incredible food options right outside our door. I think I gained a few pounds because it was impossible to walk to the station without being lured into a hidden ramen shop or a takoyaki stand.

Excelente relacióncalidad precio cómoda y con un espacio aceptable más espacio que una habitación de hotel 10/10 No había pantuflas y el piso se siente frío
- Elena (5/5): - Nichts Wir hatten 2 Apartments gebucht. Trotz, dass die Heizung auf voller Stufe durchgehend lief, waren beide Apartments sehr kalt. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Kaum Geschirr da. Toilettenpapier gab es auch nicht. Sodass wir noch selbst welches kaufen mussten. Außerdem waren beide Apartments nicht sauber. Alles war sehr staubig und der Boden wurde nicht ordentlich gewischt. WiFi gab es leider auch nicht.

- れおん (4/5): - スタッフの対応が良かったメッセージ早くて助かった 11日泊まるのにトイレットペーパー2個で、もちろん足りなくて買いに行かないといけなくなりました。ホコリアレルギーですが、結構いろんなところにホコリがあって見えないところに埃が溜まっていた。エアコンは掃除してないんだろうなってくらいいっぱい溜まっていた。アレルギー薬を飲んでたからましだったけど鼻水と喘息が出た。ベットで無くしたやつを探してたらベットの下に使用済みの妊娠検査薬があった。気持ち悪いので触ってません。結構残念なところが多くて2回目はないかなって感じです。

Also, we much appreciated receiving clear instructions on how to find the place, that was very helpful. For a couple only it would have been great, but for three adults the stay wasn't too comfortable, it was a mattress on the floor taking all the kitchen place. The person sleeping wasn't comfortable.

Genel anlamda beğendim. Ayrıca otel sahibi tüm mesajlarınıza anında dönüş yapıyor, ayrıca teşekkürler kendisine Temizlik takıntım yok ancak yapılan temizliğin yeterli olmadığını düşünüyorum. - Soh (8/5): Cozy and comfortable stay, within walking distance of Namba Station - Had a great stay at this apartment. Place was accurate as per description. Decently sized, great for couples or twos but might be slightly squeezy for 3. Despite that, everything within the room was great, all of the amenities were working well, allowing us to enjoy our stay and rest at night during our trip. The beds were comfortable, futon was not as thick as a mattress hence sleeping on the floor with it was a bit hard but understandable and expected. Kitchenette was fitted with many items, including a fridge, stove, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls and utensils, which we used frequently almost every night to cook. We had no issues cooking there. The heating in the room worked well, during our time there during the winter. Wifi was fast, however we could not seem to find the information and password for the wifi within the room and had to check with the host via the chat. The toilet was very clean in general, toiletries and necessities for showering such as soap, shampoo and conditioner, bath towels and face towels were also provided. There was also a bath tub and there was no issues with the hot water. The toilet itself had a heated toilet seat and bidet which was a nice touch of the room. Location of the place was great. There was a dominos located at the end of the street, 7-11 convenience store and supermarket were within a 2 and 10 minute walk respectively. Namba Station and shopping area was around 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. Overall, very cozy room which allowed us to rest and stay comfortably. Highly recommended. There was no reception at the place hence, there is no baggage storage. We also ran into some problems getting into our room as we were a bit confused by the check in documents sent by the host, therefore we spent some time outside of the apartment figuring it out. - Laurens (6/5): It was okay - Close the the subway, could get around quite quickly. Convenience Store around the corner, and nice restaurants near by. Self Check in felt like an escaperoom. No nightstand only a small table to put anything down, not really a good place to hang anything. It was not dirty but also not very clean.

De plus les instructions pour ouvrir la porte d' entrée sont incompletes . Nous avons profité de la sortie d' un locataire pour entrer mais sans no d' appartement , impossible d'entrer . Une chance que le concierge nous a aidé car sans le Wifi je ne pouvais pas communiquer avec Booking ! Après une longue heure de problèmes , on a fini par pouvoir entrer . En plus , pas de password pour le Wifi , que j' ai trouvé sur le le router du wifi ! Entrée vraiment stressante ! Dommage car l' appartement est super.

- MIRNA (8/5): - Excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos de Dotombori y con varias estaciones de metro cerca. El personal que te atiende muy apático, tuvimos problemas con la entrada y se tardaban demasiado en contestar, solicitamos un teléfono de WhatsApp para poder enviar fotos o videos de lo que estaba pasando y nos dijeron que todo por correo, se tardaron demasiado en contestar, un residente del edificio nos ayudó con la entrada, si no fuera por eso no lo hubiéramos logrado.
