• Serena (9/5): Weekend perfetto tra mare e paese - Posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi in città e in riva al mare. La camera è confortevole e il bagno grande con doccia comodissima. Nicholas è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato anche degli ottimi consigli sui ristoranti del posto. Cuscini più comodi e bottiglietta d'acqua inclusa nel prezzo della camera avreebero portato al 10

• maria rita (9/5): - La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Stanza e bagno nuovi e curati anche nei dettagli. Posizione centralissima. In realtà sono piccolezze davvero non significative. Comunque avrei voluto un bollitore in camera invece della macchina x il caffè. Signore delle pulizie super gentili ma anche rumorose parlando tra di loro.

• Alessia (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Terracina - Soggiorno perfetto! Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro e dal mare. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Consigliatissimo!

• Hedvig (7/5): Great location, nice host, ok room - The location is great with easy access to the beach, parking and the charming town. The host was terrific, very service minded and kind. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished. Works for one night, but not a longer stay. The lighting in the room is awful - sharp and very bright. The shutters really can't be opened during the summer, as it's on the ground floor and the sun hits the room. Breakfast is a coffee (no other beverages) and a small pastry at a nearby café. For the price, I expected both better and more.
• Daniela (7/5): Seconda volta a Terracina ma a giugno siamo state più fortunate con l’alloggio! - La struttura era pulita e accogliente con tutto ciò che serviva per un piacevole soggiorno. Malgrado avessimo avvisato che saremmo arrivati per le 10.00/10.30 e ci avessero assicurato che avremmo potuto lasciare i bagagli nella struttura, quando all’arrivo abbiamo chiamato, il responsabile è caduto dalle nuvole, affermando che avevamo sbagliato giorno e che non c’era nessuna prenotazione. Alla nostra affermazione di avere la conferma della prenotazione e la chat con cui avevamo avvisato dell’ora d’arrivo, si ricordava della prenotazione e ci chiedeva di poterci ricontattare verso le 12.00 perché doveva far pulire la stanza. Alle 12.00 chiamava per offrirci la stanza alle 13.00. Alle 15.00 facevamo il check-in e chiedevamo di poter lasciare la stanza l’indomani alle 12.00 visto il ritardo nella consegna, ma ci rispondeva di no e che dovevamo lasciarla l’indomani alle 10.30! Poco disponibile e sgarbato!

• Veronika (7/5): Good - The personnel was nice, easy to arrange things via the phone. The accommodation is very close to the nice long beach and centre of the city. The room is quite small for 2 people, and very uncomfortable bed - couldn't sleep the entire night and my back hurt.

• Victor (5/5): Overpriced room with a good location. - Location, clean and modern interior. Claustrophobic room, no day light, small bathroom. White bright light from the lamps and over prized. You want to leave the room as you enter it. Breakfast terrible, one coffe and one plane croissant.

• Anna (10/5): Great accommodation for two in a resort area - The apartment is located in a good building. Close to the beach and the historic center. There are many restaurants nearby. The room itself was very clean and cozy, the soundproofing was fine. Effective communication with the owner. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks a lot!
