• Egor (10/5): Уютно, чисто, тихо - Уютно, чисто, окна выходят во внутренний дворик, поэтому тихо. На кухне все есть, включая духовку и кофеварку. В описании отеля указано "Интернет Доступ в интернет отсутствует", на самом деле WiFi есть. Мы очень довольны, отличное соотношение цена/качество.

• Coral (8/5): Muy bien excepto por el resto de inquilinos ruidosos - Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La verdad que no se escucha ruido de la calle. El único problema fue la falta de respeto del resto de personas que se alojaban. Llegaban por la noche haciendo mucho ruido, portazos, se duchaban y se escucha todo, lo que no me permitió descansar. Pero si las personas son cuidadosas está genial.

• mhamdi (1/5): Fatal no repetiría - Aver la habitación como tal no estaba mal pero el personal fatal y encima pagamos un seguro para luego no poder cancelar y encima no nos daban ninguna solución y nos hablaron fatal El personal es muy pero muy impuntual nos dejaron 2 horas esperando fuera en la calle y la chica Quw nos atendió muy mal educada… en fin no repetiría y además supuestamente hay aire acondicionado pero cuando llegas te dicen que tienes que pagar me parece una vergüenza

• nóra (4/5): Awful - The room is 9 square meters, which is quite small. After adding a 2-square-meter wardrobe, there’s only about 30 cm of space between the bed and the wardrobe. It felt really uncomfortable.

• Vincenzo Postiglione (9/5): - Situato a Puerta di Toledo la struttura rimane centralissima vicino a Piazza mayor e a Puerta del Sol camera matrimoniale nella media parti comuni e servizi molto puliti , buono il rapporto qualità prezzo dato anche la vicinanza con il centro di Madrid struttura molto consigliata. Direi che in questa struttura ci siamo rimasti per due notti e che buona parte del tempo siamo stati in giro per Madrid quindi tornavamo solo a tarda sera per dormire e per fare una doccia e la mattina dopo uscivamo molto presto quindi mi sento di dire per noi esperienza molto positiva e magari per una prossima volta a Madrid.

• Chun (9/5): Overall good - Clean & cosy environment. Convenient near the town centre No permission to use the washer & dryer. You can use but pay for €20 which is expensive. Lower to €5 is a more reasonable cost.

• Victor (9/5): Superb - Fancy apartment and furniture. Bed was clean. Small stain on the wall next to the window but overall cleanliness wasn't a concern. Roommates were quiet. Got along with the person doing the key handover; they know enough English to get by. Room layout was a bit cramped, but for the price can't complain. View from the window was a bit lacking but who cares!

• Ana (7/5): Excellent all, except for the lack of WiFi. - I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of an operating room, the silence and the tranquility. I truly disliked the absolute lack of wifi, added to the very poor signal in general, (the data on your own phone, whether roaming or local, did not work either) is the only thing that makes this place frustrating and therefore NOT recommendable.
• Milos (9/5): Superb - Location is good, you can walk.to.the center in 25 min or use the public transport . The room was good ,clean, toilet also kitchen also. Bed - big and comfortable. Good value for the money! There is no vine opener, you should get it , you need to have it . Small thing but sometimes you need it 😊 One day before leaving there was no hot water all day and tomorrow also, and the radiator was cold, so no heating.in that period. Maybe some malfunction, I don't know. We report it .

• Willking7 (7/5): Inconsiderate hosts. Treated like a teenager on a stag party. - Quiet location, room was spacious and clean. No communication in English. Owner was over zealous in telling you everything you should not do. Kept pestering me for arrival time and threatened to charge me 15 euros if I came after 8pm. Had to point out to them that it said after 10pm on the site. My train from Bilbao was cancelled that morning, so had a lot of rearranging to do. Managed to rush and get there for 7.50 and then had to wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes for someone to let me in, with no apology. Went to get a cup of tea when I got in, but no tea or coffe or even a clean cup available. The dishwasher was full of dirty crockery. Heating was on too high had to sleep with the window open as there was no way to control it. No sound proofing on bedroom doors, so can hear everything outside from the other guests.
• Asia (9/5): Superb - The place was nice, good position and even if the bathroom was shared we almost always had it just for ourselves. The only negative thing is probably the smoke smell in the house and in the bedroom. Otherwise it was very good and I suggest it.

• Javier (9/5): Superb - Central location. Very clean and readiness from the host. Still/calmed environment. I did for granted that it has WIFI, but wasn't the case. that was my bad but i think would be a good improvement considering today's standards
