• María Dolores (1/5): ASQUEROSO E Nico - Nada Estaba sucio, pelos en las lámparas, olor fuerte a lejía, muebles oxidados, cama que se notan muchísimo los muelles, mientras te duchas se apaga la luz constantemente. Entraron en la habitación sin haber dado permiso. Hemos reclamado y no hay respuesta.

Colchón de muelles. - La luz del baño se enciende y apaga constantemente al tener un sensor. No es una luz fija, por tanto, al ducharte te quedas a oscuras constantemente y tienes que sacar la mano por encima de la mampara para continuar duchándote. - Mismo bote de jabón para las manos, el cuerpo y el pelo.

• Adéla (8/5): - The location is very good, with everything you might need nearby. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There is also a large shared kitchen and a balcony available for guests, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. There is no hairdryer directly in the room, although one is easily accessible in the bathroom next to the kitchen. Cleanliness is not at the highest level, especially in the shared areas. It’s not dirty or unbearable by any means, totally manageable, but there is definitely room for improvement. I also really appreciated having access to a washing machine, but it would be much more convenient if laundry detergent was provided as well.

• Maria Del Mar (1/5): La mayor estafa de porto - Nada Una estafa, resulta que te lo venden como habitaciones bien y en condiciones, y cuando llegas, suelos levantados, humedades en paredes negras, ropa de la cama sucia, almohadas como papel de fumar, en un barrio raro y da respeto. Yo tuve que poner una reclamación a la cual no contestan y perder mi dinero por culpa de esta gente por que esas habitaciones son inhabitables. Yo tengo mi hoja de reclamaciones puesta, espero no seais los siguientes

• Filipa (6/5): - The apartment was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Quite easy to check in and enter the apartment. The bathroom's light was sensor activated, and only lasted about 12 seconds on, which was quite unpleasant when being inside the bathroom, since the sensor was in the centre of the ceiling and everything else was not in range, so doing things like showering or even brushing your teeth makes you wave up at the sensor to reactivate the light

• giulia (7/5): Per il rapporto qualità prezzo, non si può chiedere molto di più - La camera è molto spaziosa e ben arredata, anche la cucina è ben fornita e la posizione è comoda. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo La camera era ordinata e pulita, si potrebbe migliorare il lavaggio delle lenzuola, e il materasso era molto usurato e sporco. I bagni erano molto piccoli.

• RANIA (10/5): - Franchement, le séjour était top ! La chambre était très bien avec une belle vue. Il y avait juste une petite odeur, je pense que la femme de ménage a utilisé un produit qui avait déjà une odeur un peu forte. Les toilettes étaient très propres. Même si la cuisine était partagée, elle était super propre aussi. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, en plein centre, à seulement 5 minutes à pied, avec plein de choses autour et le métro juste à côté.

• Raoul (8/5): Would perfectly happily re-book - The room was easy to access via key codes; two showers were available for the 6 rooms on our floor. The kitchen was perfectly adequately kitted out, with a balcony. We appreciated the regular communication from the owners. There are 2 bus stops close at hand, with a small Auchan store ca. 4 minutes away, likewise 2 cafes at least within 6 minutes. It was all very agreable. Ear defenders might be an idea - noise can drift down from higher rooms.

Upon arrival, I found mold present on virtually every wall. The level of contamination made the room clearly unsafe and posed a serious health hazard. Due to these conditions, staying in the property was not an option. I was forced to leave immediately after inspecting the room. I'm still trying to get my money back

• Anna (8/5): Гарна помешкання на свою ціну - Гарне місце розташування, не далеко від центру. Помешкання відповідає своїй ціні Погана шумоізоляція, в кухні не вистачає дверей. Тому що коли хтось щось готує то це дуже чутно в номерах. Також з душової кабінки протікає вода та не вистачає коврика.

The mold and cold made me sick and congested within one evening, only felt better once I left the room to explore the city so knew it was being caused from staying inside the room. Overall very disappointed and doesn’t appear like the online photos.

La comodidad de las camas, la luz del baño (que tiene sensor de movimiento y te quedas a oscuras mientras estas dentro), el suelo con desperfectos, almacenaje escaso, se sale el agua de la ducha, no hay persianas, no pudimos utilizar la televisión.

• JOANA CARRO (2/5): No volveria - Lo único bueno del alojamiento fue la ubicación. Las fotos no son como esta ahora en realidad, estaría asi en sus inicios. Había humedad en todas las paredes , olía horroroso. La ventana filtraba agua y se hacia charco en la habitación. El suelo estaba levantado de la humedad. La ducha era enana ni te podías mover. Los dos baños de las habitaciones con baño compartido estaban alado y era constante el ruido por las noches, de puertas, cerraduras, cadena , etc . Las paredes se oía todo

• Vanesa (5/5): Regular para abajo - Estaba relativamente cerca de la estación de buses de Campanha (un uber 4 euros) y se puede hacer todo caminando desde ahi. No es en el centro, pero esta bien ubicado. El acceso es por escalera (2 pisos), la habitacion esta mal mantenida: pisos flotantes levantados, humedad en las paredes, condensación por humedad. No está calefaccionada, ni frío ni calor, y en una noche de 6 grados se sintió bastante, tuvimos que pedir un calefactor para la noche siguiente. La ducha es incomoda, y el baño tiene luz automática, si te estas bañando, te quedas a oscuras. Las toallas en mal estado y pocas (una sola por persona).

Bezproblemowy dostęp. Kontakt OK Części wspólne (kuchnia, łazienka) czystość pozostawia trochę wątpliwości. Wyposażenie kuchni słabe.
• Patricia (1/5): LUGAR DEPLORABLE - Absolutamente nada. Absolutamente todo. El baño es minúsculo, todo muy antiguo, dejado y sucio. Se oyen ruidos continuamente. Las puertas no sé si acaban siendo giratorias de los portazos que dan. Las toallas sucias y el baño ya no hablemos de él. Sin jabón para la ducha. Sin mantas en el armario por si tienes frío. Nos encontramos un radiador en el pasillo, el cual cogimos pero no funcionaba. En dos días no vimos personal para pedir toallas nuevas o un cambio de habitación. De las pelusas y cosas que había debajo de la cama mejor no lo comentamos. No volveré a este lugar y no lo recomendaré.
