• Sabine (4/5): - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war super - zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Mir ist etwas herunter gefallen - unter dem Bett wurde sehr lange nicht sauber gemacht...
• Lene Gosvig (6/5): - Selve lejligheden var der ikke noget at klage over. Det ligger centralt. Rent og pænt. Det er i gå afstand til det meste. Desværre er der rigtig meget støj fra cafe, som har lager udenfor, så der er klirren af flasker og larm fra gæsterne til kl 3 om natten. 🥺 Det kan ikke anbefales at have bil med, da det er meget dyrt at parkere. Ikke som der står 9 kr i timen i booking appen.

• Ioannis (5/5): Δεν αξίζει να μείνεις εκει !!! - Για έναν ύπνο τόσο αργά (01:00) που έφτασα εγώ καλά ήταν !!! Ενα στενό δωμάτιο αρκετά σκονισμένο και όχι και τόσο καθαρό,η τουαλέτα χωρίς ντουζ μια λεκάνη κι ένας νιπτήρας,δεν ήταν ζεστό καθόλου,φωτισμός καθόλου στις σκάλες,ήταν σαν αποθήκη και την είχαν κάνει δωμάτιο..σαν κοντέινερ !!! Έλεγε ότι έχει μίνι μπαρ έστω ένα νερό ή μια κόκα κόλα αλλά δεν είχε τίποτα εκτός από μια μπύρα κουτάκι & την ώρα που έφτασα ήταν όλα κλειστά για να πάρω νερό !!!

• Sharon (9/5): - I actually really liked this quirky apartment, which seemed really appropriate for the area. It was in a vibrant part of the city and within walking distance of everything we needed and wanted to do. The owner took time to contact us to check that everything was okay. The shower was interesting! However, the owner apologised for the setup when he contacted us without me mentioning it.
• Paul (8/5): It is what you would expect for the price. Ideal location. Would use again for next visit - Location excellent, Had many items inside apartment for coffee and cleaning. Cutlery well provided Couldn't get the TV to work but didn't contact owner for help as I was out most of time. I'm sure they would have helped
• Annette (7/5): Helt fint sted at overnatte, vi brugte hele dagen væk fra lejligheden - Lige i centrum god afstand til banegården Lå i baggården til en øl café så der var lidt musik og snak om aftenen/natten. Samt en generator i lagerrummet under lejligheden og den startede med jævne mellemrum. Men efter et par dage så kunne man godt sove fra den.

• Oliver (8/5): - Die Lage ist Top mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Einweisung erfolgte telefonisch vor Ort. Der Herr ist mit mir Schritt für Schritt alles durchgegangen (Türcode, Schlüsselsafe, WLAN...) Da waren keine Fragen mehr offen. Die Wohnung ist klein und etwas verwinkelt und die Dusche ist kombiniert mit dem WC sehr klein. Aber Alleinreisende oder Paare dürften hier prima klar kommen. Mich hat nichts gestört.

• Grete (7/5): - Dejlig, velindrettet, velholdt lille hybel. Gode køkkenfaciliteter (dog uden emhætte) og passende med service m.m. Gode dyner/puder og linned. Hyggelig indretning. Hele toilet/baderummet vådt ved badning; ventilator virkede ikke, så hele hyblen var fugtig efter bad. Manglende/dårlig rengøring af gulve/fodlister.

• Golnaz (5/5): Passable - The location is very good, central and close to the university . Less than 20min walk from train station and loads of coffee places and grocery shops around. The host was also trying to provide anything I would ask / make sure everything was ok. It is a very small apartment, tiny tiny toilet with a shower head . An upgrade /refurbishing the place would make a huge difference. You can also hear the neighbor very easily as they were also very loud till 2 am ! I had to make a call to know the door code for key collection and other instructions. That was very tricky as I wasnt sure my phone plan would support such a long call to an international number. I have always received it via Booking.com Inbox in similar situations.
• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - It is in a great location. The host was very helpful. The apartment needs some refurbishment. It is above a cafe/bar so it's a bit noisy at night.

• Radhika (7/5): Comfy apartment near city center with a great host - Great location, Great host who accommodated me for extra hours which really helped me out! Host was very quick & responsive Free coffee/ tea As seen in pictures Comfortable and would recommend. Bathroom is a bit small. Stair access & narrow hall so be prepared for that. There's a cafe at the corner which could be noisy on weekends pretty late, but I had no issues!
• Andreas (1/5): Worst booking experience :-/ - Interesting interieur and central location. But not more. See below. Worst thing I had ever: you can not sleep until 3am because of the bar noise(every night Mo-Sun) directly on the wall of your bed! Host didn't tell you before. Bath sink broken(not mounted on wall). Host knows that but didn't tell you. Room not so clean, specially toilet room. Host knows that but didn't tell you. The shower is above the bath sink and toilett. So all will be wet. Electrical installation meets no safety standard. You will do not get your money back! Host suggest you a discount for the next time (really no joke :-) !) Result: worst experience ever! So be prepared ! I took pictures for proof, but he is not interested!

• Ross (1/5): Worst apartment ever stayed in. Unusable space. Everything old and near broken or not working. - Nothing Apartment virtually uninhabitable. Space very irregular shape as leaves limited usable area. Mirror side walls bedroom trying make look bigger and windows. Bathroom as need to stand over toilet and use shower connected to hand basin. Everything as very old and nothing matches. Kitchen equipment dirty and needed to clean prior to using. One window as faces wall 2 m away from window. No circulation. 2 skylights material placed over. Power cords supply power in area as extremely unsafe.

• Vanessa (9/5): Superb - The location and also the host, he helped to reach the place and know the apartment . The b bedsheets were new and all was very clean. He also left some beers and chocolates for us. It is. Hey convenient the only thing is that has no lift and it is hard to left the luggages. Also de toilet it is a bit weird but I recomend the place. The neighborhood can't be better. Save, clean and close to everything . I did miss a lift and a bit more of light, also tbe entrance of the building needs some improvement but overall it is great..

• Julian (6/5): Good value for the money, but don't expect anything fancy - The location is absolutely excellent. It's a good value when travelling on a budget and if you're not too picky, just needing a place to stay. The place itself isn't fancy but it is very clean on the inside (the outside stairwell and entrance were less so). The owner is friendly and has clearly done his best to provide some level of comfort to his guests, in the way of snacks, beverages, and wifi. There is also a desk/table and a television with a very limited number of channels. The mattress is very comfortable. The accommodations are exceedingly simple. This is definitely not a place I would take a loved one on holiday, it is more a cheap place to stay while working. It bears a rather strong resemblance to inexpensive student accommodation. The entry stairs are located in a perfectly safe, but somewhat derelict alleyway. The street number isn't marked on the outside door, making it difficult to find. The entry codes weren't provided prior to arrival. Fortunately the property owner was responsive, because otherwise I would have had to find alternate accommodations at the last minute. I would have appreciated a microwave and a water cooker. Also it would be much nicer (and less dark) if the roof windows had adjustable venetian blinds on them instead of being completely blacked out.

• Gary (1/5): Just a bad stay. - The only thing good about the stay was - it was only one night. This is a booking I regret. Dirty, poorly maintained, dingy, TV & remote not working. Had to wash everything before use. TAKE EARPLUGS - bar on corner noisy until well after 3am. Couldn’t wait to leave Out by 0700 and went to railway station for a wash as just didn’t want to wash in the bathroom. Glad to get home for a wash.
