The location is also great, right across from the beach and the main area of Pacifico. This place felt very no frills. My room/bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and was a bit run down but it was OK for me given the prices.

- Phoebe Claire (10/5): Highly recommended! - My friends and I stayed for a night because we wanted to go surfing the next day. The place was perfect since it’s right in front of Pacifico. We encountered a few issues with our booking, but the owner was kind enough to accommodate us and even provided two extra bed foams. Overall, we were happy and satisfied with our stay. N/A

- Alexandria (2/5): Loud sex in the rooms beside mine and the owner didn't care to help - There were multiple couples having sex in the rooms beside mine - went on for almost 2 hrs. The walls were made of bamboo only and very thin. I contacted the owner to let him know and request a room change but he was very rude & unhelpful. Told me to deal with it basically. A staff member ended up helping me when I went to sit outside.

- Cernevicius (1/5): Terrible place - would not recommend to anyone! - The only good thing about this property is the locations. But it’s locate quite deep in from the road on the other side to the beach, so if you think you’ll get a nice or at least partial view of the sea - forget about it. The only thing you’ll get os a tone of mosquitos. Towels had stains all over, the cabin is dar and dingy inside and smells of damp. Only cold water! No teas or coffees or anything offered. There are no space to put your things. Mosquito nets have holes in them, hence are useless. The whole property looks very rundown. Beds are super uncomfortable. Last but not leave - there’s lots of mosquitos. You can’t really stay out late on the porch because you’d be bitten to no end. There are definitely better quality properties in Pacifico. It’s definitely not worth the money. We ended up moving out earlier to a much nicer property.

- Leia (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, the beach was a 2minute walk away. The room was very spacious and clean, and the host and all the staff were so lovely and accommodating.
- Jessica (9/5): Value for money basic room in a quiet guesthouse - Friendly staff and great location close to the beach and town area with restaurants. The room was a little basic but comfortable and clean, good AC and value for money. There were no tables or anywhere to hang anything, so nowhere to unpack bags or store things which was a little annoying! The bathroom was also extremely tiny and not able to close the door so water from the shower went everywhere. A basic budget room so to be expected but just something to be mindful of!

Wooden walls and rooms so no privacy and the curtains and sheets looked old with colourful prints. I would prefer just one colour as it gives a cleaner look.

- Jorge (7/5): Step Behind from being correct. - location super good, it was clean and also good price. The two keypoints which I wouldn’t come back is because is too noisy, we were at flat 0 and we heard absolutely everything of flat 1, so it was hard to sleep, also we didn’t have bedclothes which was not so good.
- Natasha (7/5): Charming place to stay in Pacifico - Very nice garden, right across the street to the surfspot. Our room was nice and clean, spacious bathroom, aircon was working well. Also quite strong wifi. A little patio for doing yoga or exercises. We cooked eggs in the little kitchen. Staff very helpful when approached with issues. They cleaned our room after we asked them to. Unfortunately some fruits we had bought for breakfast had been consumed without permission from the fridge, this happened twice. The facilities are good, but pretty rundown for the price you pay one would expect a bit more.

- Nakita (8/5): Good value in fantastic location - Great location, newer build. We stayed in two of their rooms over 3 nights. A very small room with air conditioning and the quad room. We preferred to quad room with more storage and hanging space. We utelized the basic cooking facilities and were able to pay to use the laundry there as well. It’s just across the road from Pacifico and close to eateries which we liked. It would be nice if the property could provide hand soap. They also have light fluffy synthetic blankets for a top sheet but I would have preferred a basic cotton sheet. Same with the towels, cotton preferred. The door needs a better lock solution as you can’t lock from the inside at night. Very fixable minor issues and overall we would stay again.

It was a big part of the reason why my friends and I came back to Pacifico a week later to explore the north again. Amazing location. Lovely and friendly staff.
