Communication with the owner was excellent .. very attentive to details and to our needs. Even Toni was super helpful and pleasant :)

• Popa (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is modern the location is very good and it was really clean when we arrived. We had some minor issues with a heater but the owner helped us immediately and fixed it. Well maybe some more pots and pans of different sizes but this is not really an issue. We had everything we wanted.

Comfortable beds, clean new bathrooms (there are two), fully equipped kitchen. Pet friendly- we wre with a large labrador and it was no issue what so ever! Highly recommend, will be back next summer. • Mihaela (10/5): Would gladly come back here - The apartment is new, very clean, close to the beach and to the touristic center of Balchik. Basically, we have got everything we wanted in the apartment (comfortable beds, clean bedsheets and towels, clean bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, air conditioned). The 2 bathrooms are a real advantage, so everybody can quickly prepare for a walk in the city center. Just across the street there is a restaurant with great food at nice prices for those too hungry to walk more. I also appreciated the vicinity of two paid parkings. A special thank you goes to the host - very communicative and attentive to our needs, always ready to help and answer to our question, proactive and flexible attitude. We felt really welcomed here and we would recommend the apartment to everyone interested to stay in Balchik. -

• Laura (10/5): Really lovely stay in balchik - Krasimir was amazing at giving tips, being flexible and welcoming us to Balchik and the apartment. He helped us organise a large taxi to and from the airport as well as to and from a wedding nearby. The apartment had everything we needed: iron, hairdryer, washing machine and towels! It was a lovely, clean and modern apartment. There was even a view of the sea from the balcony! Nothing!

The apartment is well equipped and clean and we had everything we needed. The fact that they are receiving animals is a big plus. At least one of the TV's could have been a smart tv, so we could connect to youtube or other apps

• Cristina (10/5): Very nice, clean and modern apartment - The apartment is very clean and modern, just like in the pictures. Close to the beach and restaurants. The host is very nice.

Communication with the owner was very good, we communicated a lot on Whatsapp, he was very kind and attentive and made sure we didn't miss anything we need. And the apartment manager, who personally takes care of the apartment, cleaning, changing sheets, etc. he is also very kind and discreet. We had a very pleasant stay in Balcic, with beautiful weather, and the fact that we stayed in this apartment made our vacation perfect. Too bad it was a bit short (only 8 nights). We will definitely return to this location. Thank you, Krasimir and Tony. You are the best!
