Christophe (1/5): Pas eu de petit déjeuner !? Pourquoi? Il y en avait ? - Rien. Nous y avons passé une nuit et le déconseillerons fortement. Pas de Wifi, pas d’électricité (on l’a signalé, ils devaient venir mais ont dû oublier !! Donc pas d’eau chaude évidemment). Je passe les robinetteries en plastique… Et quand vous partez le matin, que vous demandez gentiment si l’on peut vous appeler un taxi, la réponse est tout simplement négative. Mais avec le sourire en vous disant «see you soon ». Non, pas see you soon du tout Désolée, j’ai tout mis dans le commentaire du haut…
Fahmi (1/5): Pire que merdique - Rien Le logement est dans un état inacceptable, non conforme à l'annonce et présente de nombreux manquements graves. Voici les faits: Le robinet de la salle de bain est cassé. Le canapé est sale et couvert de taches. Aucun drap n'a été fourni à notre arrivée. Nous ne les avons reçus qu'à 22h, après de multiples relances. Pour 5 personnes, nous n'avons reçu que 2 couvertures, ce qui est inadmissible pour un séjour facturé 400 €. L'armoire est pleine de poussière, l'hôte nie qu'il y ait un problème. L'aspirateur est cassé et inutilisable. Les couvertures fournies sont tachées d'urine. Les toilettes sont cassées et sales, avec des traces de matières fecales. La salle de bain est bouchée, l'eau s'écoule en dehors de la douche. Aucun papier toilette ni liquide vaisselle n'est fourni. Lorsque j'en ai demandé à la réception, le personnel m'a répondu de manière très agressive, au point que j'ai dû élever le ton pour me faire entendre. À notre arrivée, la climatisation était coupée, et la chambre empestait une odeur nauseabonde, comparable à de la décomposition. Le réfrigérateur n'était pas branché, malgré mon message 2 jours avant pour signaler notre heure d'arrivée. L'accès à la piscine est restreint de 6h à 18h, alors que cela n'est mentionné nulle part sur le site. Pire encore, aucune information ne nous a été donnée par l'hôte ou la réception - c'est un autre client qui nous l'a appris. Et surtout, nous avons subi des coupures totale d'électricité pendant environ une heure, sans aucune information ni solution proposée. Un appart'hôtel est censé disposer d'un générateur de secours, ce qui n'était manifestement pas le cas ici. Lorsque j’ai exprimé mes nombreuses plaintes concernant les problèmes rencontrés, non seulement on a refusé de me rembourser, mais pire encore, on a tenté de m’obliger à rester.

Hari (9/5): Far exceeded our expectations. Clean, convenient and cheap. - This was honestly, one of the nicest places we stayed in Egypt and it was the cheapest by far. Getting the key took longer than it needed to, due to this facility hosting many different rentals and the general culture in which no one is in a hurry.
