All the main areas in the room and bathroom were clean but the rooms need good dusting all over. The hotel was in a good and vibrant location but a bit far from the main attractions.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole place feels like a hidden gem. I also loved the room’s design and style. We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Aufpassen sollte man, wenn man Richtung Sukhumvit Soi 11 geht, dort gibts viele Betrugsmaschen wie z.b. Gesundheit und Abnehmen.

• Sarah (10/5): A calm oasis and the charm of a bygone era. - Ariyasomvilla lived up to its reputation as a calm oasis in the midst of bustling Bangkok. We only stayed a couple of nights on our way out, and will stay another on our way back, but the staff were wonderful, the owner full of bonhomie, and the on-site restaurant Na r Aroon is fantastic. Book well ahead - this is a boutique hotel, with just a couple of dozen rooms in an authentic Thai residence, with all the charm of a bygone era. And a gorgeous pool.

• Lemieux (10/5): - Arysomavilla is a charming, rustic, and quaint oasis amid the bustling city — lush gardens, warm wooden accents, and peaceful nooks that made every moment feel restorative. Our room was supremely comfortable with plush bedding and thoughtful touches. The bath products were thoughtfully curated and smelled fantastic, adding a luxurious, homely touch to our stay. The meditation room is a serene highlight; I only wish we’d received more information about the scheduled sessions, as there were two we could have joined. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. When we had to change plans because of the situation in Iran and extend our stay instead of traveling to Dubai, Booking.com and the hotel were incredibly gracious and accommodating, making the transition seamless and stress-free. For anyone seeking a peaceful, characterful retreat with excellent food and attentive service, Arysomavilla is a must—definitely 5+ stars.

• Olivia (10/5): Lovely, comfortable oasis in the middle of busy Bangkok! - My husband and I had a wonderful four-day stay at Ariyasom villa to kick off our Thailand honeymoon. We chose it for its unique feel of a hidden oasis tucked away amidst the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, and that’s exactly what it felt like. We were amazed by how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, as if the trees above really can cut out the noise of the busy city surrounding it. The grounds are lovely and lush, with lots of birds singing. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, with lovely views of the gardens and pool. The pool is super refreshing, and made for a great place to cool off and relax midday. The free breakfasts were yummy, and we especially appreciated the fresh fruit juice and strong, delicious coffee. The hotel’s location is very convenient for public transport, with the SkyTrain a short walk away (Phloen Chit station being closest). The hotel is right on a canal, which has a boat taxi, which is super cheap and fun to take! It isn’t a touristy mode of transport, so it might be helpful to ask the hotel staff for advice. We had a local friend taking us around who introduced us to the boat, but once we got the hang of it, it became our favorite mode of transportation. Finally, the hotel staff and owners are extremely friendly, always making you feel welcome and helping with anything you need. We will absolutely stay at AriyaSom Villa again when we return to Bangkok. Thank you for a fantastic experience! :)

• Renate Ariadne (8/5): True oasis in buzzing Bangkok - This place is so comfortable and tranquil, it’s exactly what you need after a day of exploring Bangkok. The salt water pool, all the trees and plants and the calm, excellent service of the staff made it an oasis in the otherwise buzzing and sometimes overwhelming city. Traveling to the old city and temples takes about 1/1.15 hours but Bangkok is big so you’ll have to expect long commutes either way. And our room was a little bit dark, on the ground floor on the side - I think the hotel has much brighter rooms on their upper floors. Perhaps if we do come back to Bangkok we’ll ask for a room higher in the hotel because if I come back to Bangkok I will be coming back to this hotel.

• Kirsty (10/5): Quaint, tranquil city stay - Quaint tranquil hotel in the middle of the city, wonderful staff, hearty breakfasts. Both our rooms here had wonderful bath tubs and huge comfy beds (and big tv with netflix too)

• Diana (10/5): Wundervolle Unterkunft - absolut zu empfehlen! - Wunderschöne Anlage und toller grüner Garten mitten in der trubeligen Stadt. Tolles Restaurant mit lecker Essen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es war einfach perfekt. Hätte es mir schöner in der Stadt nicht vorstellen können. Nachts ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Absolut empfehlenswert.
