• Tristan (10/5): - The staff was absolutely outstanding. The manager Ahmet definitely needs a raise! I'm not sure when the man sleeps but he was there whenever we needed and was very quick to help us if we needed anything. The cleaning crew also was very friendly and everything was always clean and in its place. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to be honest, it's more on a quiet side of the street and it was just so peaceful. Ahmet was 100% the biggest reason our stay was so great. He was kind, quick to assist, and just working very hard to keep everything going in a perfect manner. Thank y'all for making our stay so great!

• benedetta (8/5): Super! - la struttura è nuova e le camere sono molto curate. I ragazzi alla reception, Ahmet e mahmoud, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno accolto, aiutato e consigliato. L’hotel è molto vicino alla moschea Blu, e uscendo dalle “mura” sul Bosforo ci è stato possibile avvistare dei delfini ogni volta che ci siamo “affacciate”. L’unica piccola pecca è che la camera era molto piccola, ma ben organizzata. Il letto ha dei cassettoni dove ci e stato possibile lasciare le valigie aperte (valigie piccole) quindi per noi non e stato un problema. Se si hanno valigie da più di 10kg potrebbe essere abbastanza stretto

The staff were all wonderful - friendly, professional and always extremely helpful. The rooms are small but well designed and spotlessly clean.

Het is een Turks ontbijt met bediening - voor sommige gasten dan weer een nadeel - De opbergruimte in de kamer is minimaal omdat kamer nogal klein is. De meerprijs voor kamer met balkon maar kamer heeft geen balkon. Kamers op derde verdieping dicht bij klein terras voor gasten met zicht op Bosporus zijn qua ligging misschien nog wel het best en zijn goedkoper.

Пешком ходили до Гранд базара и пристани Эминёне. Рядом много кафе-ресторанов. Цены +- одинаковые. Сам отель небольшой, всего 8 номеров. У нас был номер на 3-ем этаже, отдельный выход на балкон (предназначен для всех гостей отеля) но мы всегда вечерами одни сидели с видом на Босфор. Уборка каждый день. Номерной фонд свежий. Администраторы дружелюбные, с их помощью заказывали такси до аэропорта обратно. В отеле есть завтраки, но мы не заказывали. Рядом много кафе-ресторанов. Рекомендую 100%!!! Не пожалеете!!! Все было супер!!!

Улочка тихая, только утром дети на переменку рядом в школе выбегают и шумят, но это уже после 9 утра. В минуте ходьбы красивая набережная. На соседних улочках много кафе и магазинов. Молодые ребята на ресепшн очень приветливые и внимательные, помогают со всеми вопросами. Нет такого. Только кровать не кинг-сайз, а просто двуспальная))

Превзошёл все ожидания.!В пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей ( голубая мечеть, ай софия и т.д.), но при это тихо, также не слышно зазывание на молитву с минаретов мечетей. Жила в номере 701 с видом во двор, сам номер небольшой (9 кв.) но уютный, красивый, аккуратный и свежий, чистое бельё, в номере вода чайные принадлежности, убирались каждый день. Отдельное спасибо за завтраки от Зарины ( кстати знает русский язык). Не шведский стол, но можно выбрать помимо яичницы или омлета кашу и др.блюда, тоже всё чистенько и аккуратно. Также хочу выразить благодарность администраторам отеля особенно Ахмеду за терпение, внимательное отношение, а также помощь при бронировании отеля в Каппадокии. При выселении презент от отеля вручили.Видно что хозяин не экономит на проживающих.В общем рекомендую данный отель!

• Catherine (7/5): Хотелось бы больше кровать, так как мы с мужем ростом 175см, но у нас свисали ноги с кровати. Также я бы предложила заме - Здравствуйте! Очень понравилась ежедневная уборка. Это было очень приятно. Хороший персонал. Близко к трамваю. Близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям, которые обычно посещают в первую поездку в Стамбул. Во-первых, было шумно, так как гостевой дом расположен прямо возле начальной школы, вместо звонка у них песенка, мы просыпались утром из-за неё. Настолько она громкая. Также под окнами часто кто-то разговаривал. Во-вторых, вокруг много кафе, но все очень дорогие, тоже самое касается и магазинов. Это очень дорогой район. Буквально несколько остановок на трамвае и уже совсем другие цены. А ещё дальше - вообще в 3-5 раз дешевле.

Room size must be bigger because its difficult to manage your stuff specially if 2 people are going there.

The rooms are very small, and many of the advertised facilities are either missing or very limited. The middle-aged receptionist was not very helpful and seemed mostly busy talking on the phone, making it difficult to get proper assistance. Overall, the rooms and services do not match the value of the budget charged and are not satisfactory.

• Hussain (6/5): Honestly I was going to leave a good review up until the last interaction I had with the mini bar scam. - I like that the property was clean and that the staff was very nice to me from the moment I came to the moment I left the hotel. The main reason for the lower score was the fact that the owner is a short-term thinker and is frankly an amateur in business. People warned me about scams before visiting Istanbul but this one was on a whole another level. They have a little mini-bar inside the room that you would think was included in your stay however the sticker that includes the prices is so small it purposely can easily be ignored. Anyways, I had 4 cans of soft drinks (Coke Zero), small bag of nuts and a bar of chocolate for 110 euros or $126. Yes, you read that correctly, what you can buy for 8$, they charged $126. This is an example of an amateur business man who thinks in the short term and who’s willing to risk his business reputation for a $126. The other thing which I never made a big deal about is that I didn’t get a good room it was so small and cramped I didn’t have enough space to pray but that’s beside the point

Notre chambre était prête mais si nous voulions y avoir accès il y avait un frais de 30 euros pour un early check-in. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi demander un tel frais alors que la chambre est prête, nous avons beaucoup voyagé et n’avons jamais vu une telle politique. Très ordinaire, ça démontre que la direction préfère le profit et non la satisfaction de ses clients. Le problème vient de la direction et non des très aimables employés de l’accueil. Aussi nous choisis la chambre lit queen mais nous avons eu un minuscule lit double.

Świetny pomysł zwiększający przyjemność z pobytu to możliwość zamówienia kawki czy herbatki w cenie, to bardzo miłe. Świetna lokalizacja, 5min spacerem od Błękitne Meczetu i Aya Sofia. Mimo bliskości sxislego centrum jest cicho. Polecam Wszystko było w porządku, mógłby sie znaleźć w pokoiku jakis mały stolik wlasnie na kawkę, aczkolwiek w pokoju niewiele miejsca. Niemniej jednak wiadomo od początku ze pokój mały, ale na kilka dni wystarczający
• Faiza (10/5): A well-run and beautiful hotel! - Mitspark is meticulously and lovingly operated. We felt the care from staff that made our trip complete. The decor is modern and well-done. Cute and quaint. Though the location is great, spaces clean and beautifully decorated, the staff were the best part. The manager made himself available to attend to us. Front desk staff was helpful and was greatly concerned when we had a transportation problem. I was very impressed when the night desk staff, was just as pleasant and attentive at 4am as he was at 9pm! Although I came with a companion, I think the staff’s concern would make it an ideal place for solo travelers. They make you feel as if you have someone looking out for you…like family. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. I hated to leave…more days would have been nice. :-)

• Philip (10/5): We were treated as VIP guests in a smart boutique hotel. - Mitspark is a lovely, newly refurbished boutique hotel with only 9 rooms. It is in Sultanahmet, within walking distance of the coastline and historical sites. The hotel manager, Mert, and staff are fantastic. They cannot do enough for you. Mert helped to explain how best to get to places, booking taxis, booking an amazing river cruise and even offered to take me to the hospital, which was not ultimately needed. We were treated like VIPs and they made our week-long visit even better to amazing Istanbul. The breakfast was very good - a good start to the day. The ultimate in personal treatment of guests. There was nothing more we wanted. The hotel, staff, food and service were excellent. Mert was available for most things, most of the day including serving breakfast. We will stay at Mitspark Hotel again, should we return to Istanbul.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable : charmant, attentif et toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner est très riche et varié, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est parfait, à deux pas de **Sainte-Sophie** et de la **Mosquée Bleue**, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement les principaux sites à pied. Une adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir pour profiter pleinement d’un séjour au cœur de la ville !

They kindly provided Turkish tea on the house. They provided a clothes steamer on demand and answered all questions/queries. The price wasn't transparent, I paid slightly higher than what was originally shown on my booking. I felt the room was too small for the price I paid.

The hotel is small, very clean, and has lovely, comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. • Gianpiero (9/5): Great host and staff - Piccolo hotel nuovo, pulito e in ottima posizione, ma la vera differenza la fa il proprietario estremamente gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Anche per la colazione ha cercato di soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Il bagno ha una bella doccia, ma specchio e lavandino sono molto piccoli
• Ioanna (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff truly made the difference: everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with tea and sweets, which was such a lovely touch. Our flight was very early in the morning and we couldn’t make it to breakfast, but the staff went out of their way to prepare sandwiches and snacks for us, which we really appreciated. The rooms are a bit small, but they are very well organized, so everything fits comfortably. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Rien

• Calum (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at Mitspark hotel. Located right in the old city walking distance to all the sights and attractions there. Its just what I needed for 3 nights! Mahout, Mert and Ahmet provided incredible hospitality and went beyond to make sure my needs and requests were taken care of. They made it a memorable stay! I recommend this hotel!

• Nikolett (10/5): - Segítőkész, kedves személyzet. Előbb érkeztünk a szállásra mint ahogy a szobát át tudtuk volna venni és nagyon rugalmasak voltak egyből ahogy oda ertünk megkaptuk a szobát. Minden látnivaló séta távolságban van a hoteltől. Minden nap jöttek takarítani, törölközőt cserélni. Picit rövid volt az ágy. Magas férfiaknak kicsit kényelmetlen.
