Ci siamo stati in inverno, e aveva appena nevicato parecchio: non comoda da raggiungere in macchina se c’è neve e ghiaccio, ma Nana è una host magnifica e la sua calorosa accoglienza ha sopperito a queste difficoltà.

• Anna (9/5): 3 nights in the garden house in Kutaisi. I love Kutaisi from 1s day. - Great place to stay during warm seasons. The weather in Georgia just turned to the winter that day in the middle of December, it was very warm and long Autumn, but nights became colder... Nana is just amazing warm and welcoming person. I had a night flight, and I was expecting to come about 4am, but Nana said it was OK, they will wait for me and let me in, and that saved my day, I had possibility to sleep and go for my 1st walk in Kutaisi late afternoon. It was already cold at night, about 0C, and inside was very cold too, the unit blowing warm air could not warm the room. But about 10am Nana brought me a breakfast and a heater, and I slept in till noon)) and then had a breakfast. If you are a young couple you will be warm, I needed more warm and quiet heater, and I got it. That is the small garden house, the ceiling you can touch your palm. Everything you need is inside, and if you need more, you can ask, Nana brought everything I asked. The thick pancake for breakfast was delishes, I used pan and butter to make it hot and enjoy it very much (I've got the recipe)) The location is just perfect. One step and you are in the garden, breathing fresh cold air in the morning. And 5 minutes walking and you are in the very center. Thank you very much! Wish you good luck and prosperity! It was cold in the bathroom, so I had to close the window and be brave to take a shower, but hot water make it nice in a couple of minutes. I can't say it was super clean; if you're very sensitive to that, it might not be for you. But it's a garden house, it's on the ground, and it helps take things easy, think more about nice Georgian people you meet in your life and you will have them in your heart now.

Śniadanie przepyszne, gospodarze przemili, a lokalizacja idealna – blisko centrum, ale w spokojnej okolicy. Czułam się jak w domu. Jestem zachwycona i z radością tu wrócę!

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. (Pancake, gekochtes Ei, Brot, Butter, Tomaten, Gurke und ein Würstchen - wer das mag :) ) Mit kleiner Terrasse und Balkon und Wäscheleine vor der Tür. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Conta com um banheiro/sanitário e uma cozinha. Os donos são uma verdadeira simpatia. Pessoas muito gentis e atenciosas. A cada dia preparavam um café da manhã delicioso. Existe um terraço em cima do quarto onde podemos subir a cada tarde, tomar um chá ou café e desfrutar das uvas abundantes peduradas na árvore. Não tenho muito o que dizer, a não ser que o lugar não aceita cartão de crédito como consta no anúncio da Booking com. Tive que sacar dinheiro no ATM para poder pagar a acomodação, portanto, esqueçam o que diz no anúncio, troque seu dinheiro e pague lá em cash. É um lugar que vale a pena se hospedar.

La dueña es muy amable y tuvimos flexibilidad a la hora de llegada (nos hospedamos en dos ocasiones separadas). Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando del centro de Kutaisi El horario del desayuno era un poco tarde para nuestro gusto por lo que tuvimos que prescindir de ello en una de las estancias. Las obras de otro guesthouse que están montando enfrente justo enfrente fue un poco molesto, estuvieron martillando y cortando hasta las 22:00 de la noche.

Size is enough for solo or a couple...Nana wasn't available to meet me when I arrived but she text me that her son will be there to assist me..He's a kind boy,helped me with my luggage and explained the wifi and the room facilities...I booked with breakfast since I have to leave early for my trip Nana prepared my breakfast request on time ...She's a very sweet and lovely person ,can speak English too....Highly recommended ! Nana was the land lady she was like mother to me. She used to make sure everything was fine and comfortable with me. The flat was fencing and had its own gate to look. Private parking. And there was a terrace where we could go up and relax. The town centre was just walking a distance for 5 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the grate market called Green Bazar. If you are cooking yourself, then this market is the best place to go buy anything you like. I recommend that couple or solo travellers can stay here and feel like their own house. Any help the property own will help you just need to ask them. Add their contact in WhatsApp. It got heating plus air conditioning. TV with Netflix and YouTube and other channels. Grate place good property and facilities. The owner considered my check-in early and late check out. Please, if you are visiting Georgia Kutaisi, then stay in this property and feel like it is own. Just from the property 2 minutes walk down there is a nice coffee and some other food they make very good even there is very good wine.

If you like walking, you’ll love the place. For those who don’t, no worries, taxi cabs in kutaisi are so cheap! We were so amazed. I definitely recommend terrace center. I love the trees and fruits everywhere. Thank you nana and to your husband for being so warm! We enjoyed our stay.

• Markus (10/5): A green and cozy retreat inside the city with an amazing host - Nana is a very sweet and caring host. Although we arrived earlier than expected and the apartment was not ready yet, she still let us check in and offered us tea/coffee inside, while she finished the preparations. It is a very cozy little apartment with a nice sitting area outside, perfect for breakfast in the garden. The biggest gem is the rooftop terrace surrounded by grapevines, with view on the Bagrati Cathedral.

• Giorgi (10/5): Exceptional - This is a new, modern, very comfortable apartment in the city center, in the historical district. The apartment has everything a person needs to live comfortably. The hosts, mother and daughter Tamuna and Nana, are very friendly and always ready to help. They can also recommend attractions and guides who are qualified. They have delicious home made wine. I highly recommend this place.
