• Maria (10/5): - Ich war mit der grossen Gruppe in diesem Hotel, und wirklich alle Teilnehmer waren begeistert. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hat geduldig unsere vielen Fragen beantwortet und war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und geräumig und bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Nach unserer Wanderung konnten wir in der Sauna entspannen, und am Abend wurden wir mit einem hervorragenden, sehr leckeren Abendessen verwöhnt. Danach gab es sogar noch Live-Musik und Tanz – ein wirklich unvergesslicher Ausklang des Tages. Eigentlich waren wir zum Wandern hier, aber so ein Abend nach einer Tour in den Bergen war einfach perfekt. Auch die Lage ist ideal: nur etwa zwei Minuten von den Bergbahnen entfernt und mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein perfekter Ort, um ein abwechslungsreiches und intensives Wochenende in den Bergen zu verbringen.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Sauberes, grosses Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegen, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal - Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber und grosszügig, auch wenn es nicht ganz modern eingerichtet ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das Personal: So gut gelaunte, äusserst freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende haben wir noch nie erlebt. Dieser herzliche Service hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich aussergewöhnlich gemacht. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas veraltet, doch das Bett war sehr bequem und passte vom Stil her perfekt ins Gesamtbild – wir hätten uns tatsächlich nichts anderes gewünscht. Im Badezimmer wäre eine Modernisierung jedoch sinnvoll, ebenso wie ein Upgrade der alten Schlüssel auf moderne Zimmerkarten für mehr Komfort. Etwas ungewohnt war auch, dass der Skiraum nur von aussen zugänglich ist.

• Roland (10/5): - Der empfang am 21.8.25 Donnerstag nachmittag war Herzlich u sehr freundlich.. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet u im allgemein sehr bequem u sehr ruhig gelegen... Also da ich mir solch Ferien kaum leisten kann, waren nur 3 Tage, werde ich mir das snächstes Jahr wieder leisten. Der Preis ist auch sehr angemessen.. Das essen ist auch sehr gut. Also ich werde das Hotel weiter entfehlen!

(10/5): Great value for money - the best 3-star hotel I have stayed in for years! - Our group of friends just finished a 5-day New Year’s Eve holiday at Hotel Alpenhof, and we are still talking about how incredible the experience was. To put it simply: this is the best 3-star hotel I have stayed in for years. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded every expectation. The staff members were remarkably attentive, warm, and professional; they have a rare talent for making you feel completely at home while maintaining impeccable standards. We stayed on a half-board basis, and every meal was a highlight. The food was consistently excellent—thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. For the wine lovers in our group, the wine selection was a pleasant surprise, offering great variety and quality that perfectly complemented our dinners. A few things that stood out: Impeccable cleanliness: The hotel was spotless. It was clear that nothing was left to chance; the attention to detail in the rooms and common areas was evident throughout our stay. Atmosphere: Despite being a busy holiday period, the ambience was relaxing and welcoming. Value: The quality of service and dining felt like it belonged in a much higher category. At the end of our five days, I wished we could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a place where you are treated with utmost attention and every detail is handled with care, I cannot recommend Hotel Alpenhof enough. -

Alle sind absolut dienstleistungsorientiert und leisten vollen Einsatz um Gästewünsche zu erfüllen. Es gibt gar nichts zu bemängeln. Es war alles prima.

• Bernard (10/5): Personnel si gentil et prestation parfaite ! - L’hôtel est situé dans un superbe village en altitude. La vue est superbe. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et très propres avec une vue sur la montagne. Il y a des places de parking gratuites. Mais surtout… tout le personnel sans exception est d’une gentillesse incroyable et aux petits soins ! Et le restaurant sert des plats délicieux ! J’ai adoré. Merci à toute l’équipe. Rien !

• Karolina (10/5): Calam, relaxing, amazing 🤩 - The rooms at Hotel Alpenhof perfectly blend classic charm with modern comfort. While the hotel has an old-style design, everything is impeccably maintained and feels fresh. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the romantic ambiance, with soft lighting and a stunning mountain view that made the stay even more special. The beds were comfortable, but they were two separate beds pushed together. It would be even better if the double rooms had a proper one-piece mattress for extra comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all amenities were well-thought-out. Whether for a romantic getaway or a ski trip, the rooms offer great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again

• Aileen (9/5): An excellent place to stay with everything on the doorstep. - Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a standard double room which was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely view. The balcony was nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of it. A wider range of cooked options would have been nice. The restaurant was lovely, nice varied menu with good straightforward options, child friendly. Everythibg was great apart from the Public toilets on the ground floor were rather odd as were not segregated for male and female, within one room there were 3 cubicles all open to top and bottom of walls, 2 for men and 1 for women. This gave no privacy and felt exceptionally uncomfortable as a woman. If I had gone in and there was a man already using them I would have not wanted to use them, and equally if I was using one and a man had come in I would have felt uncomfortable and exposed and fearful.

Bed is comfortable for me (165cm) but it is too small for my 187cm Colleague. Great value for Money and it is so close to the ski lift. The church bell that ring every hour until 11pm especially when you have to open the window. But I am also a quiet sleeper so it disturbed my sleep.
• Global5000 (9/5): 2nd time, enjoyable as the 1st - It was my 2nd stay there, and I came because the 1st time was great. Patrick from reception is so friendly, helpful and assisting! We had a great dinner in the hotel's restaurant and the breakfast is also very good. The room was big with great mountain view. Since there's no Aircon, we slept with an open window, Every hour through the night the church bell across the street woke us up, and at 7AM - a full orchestrated melody... I know it's not the hotel's fault, but something has to be done with this. The TV is at the size of a computer monitor...
