- Alan (3/5): Don’t bother it’s awful. - Nothing Where do I start? First room was very cramped with an awful view of a backyard out of the window. Shower had used toiletries and boot prints in. Empty toilet roll on the floor and towel rail hanging off. Second room had the smallest shower ever, a wall Light hanging off and a smashed mirror.

- John (10/5): great for a weekend with the grandson - Perfect location for exploring south and central piers, also the pleasure beach was a nice short walk. if travelling to north pier we took the tram which was only a 1 minute walk to st chads road. a few cafes on back street we used for breakfast were all very good. Hosts were helpful and made my grandsons holiday by letting him play pool and giving him some winning tickets from the amusements wetaher on last 2 days but hey, not much you can do about th british summer !!!

- Anonymous (10/5): Would definitely recommend for couples and even families. Friendly and quiet. - On arrival Rod greeted us and showed us to our room. He showed us how to lock and unlock our door and which key was for which door of the hotel. The room was well presented and very clean and comfortable. The wifi was temperamental but that was by no fault of the owners as the weather was horrific and messing with signal. All the information we needed to know was in the room and we also had access to a TV. The owners were approachable and it was clear they had pride in their hotel. We paid £70 for one night and it was definitely a hotel worth spending £70 on. There’s not a lot of on street parking however there is a big car park about a two minute walk away from the hotel which was perfect. Next time we visit Blackpool we will 100% consider staying in this hotel without a doubt.
