• Danielle (9/5): - L'appartement est très bien placé, proche des monuments à visiter, des trattorias excellentes des boutiques . Il est très agréable car bien conçu ,bien équipé joli. Mais il est humide et malgré la saison nous avons eu froid Il y a un canapé lit qui aurait dû être préparé pour la nuit or il ne l'était pas obligeant mon fils de 60 ans à improviser un lit avec les draps de bain Le lendemain on nous apporta des draps . Enregistrement pour entrer dans l'appartement compliqué et peu habituel.

• Samantha (8/5): Great communication, thank you! - Great location, cosy apartment which was clean. Easy check in and great contact from the team. There was building work going on during our stay which was noisy and as others have said, there is a damp smell. Overall it didn’t bother us too much and was probably worse because of the weather we had, which can’t be helped by the apartment.

• NIKOLAOS (5/5): A place with potential, but the cleanliness and humidity issues made our stay uncomfortable. - The apartment has potential, and the host was very polite, responsive and helpful with clear communication. There was hot water and the air conditioning worked well for heating. Cleanliness needs serious improvement; the kitchen shade had greasy marks and the cups were dirty, even though there’s a note about charging €30 for leaving dishes unwashed. The whole apartment had a heavy, damp smell, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. The humidity is excessive, probably because it’s on the ground floor, and the sheets didn’t feel very clean either. The “dry mode” on the air conditioning is not enough when it works only during a guest’s stay.

Niedziałające ogrzewanie, wyczuwalna wilgoć i brak wentylacji w łazience. Niewygodny i krótki materac. Hałasujący piecyk tuż przy łóżku. Niedzielący piekarnik i brak tabletek do zmywarki. Nie było również zapalniczki, która jest niezbędna do włączenia palnika w kuchence.

• Angela (8/5): Very nice stay! - it was a lovely location that was quiet and easy to navigate. We tried some of the restaurants and cafes in the area and were very happy, especially with Da Cesare- a wonderful place featuring local cusine. The apartment kitchen seemed well equiped (but we did not cook). We were very happy to have a washing machine there! The property manager was very fast to respond. There was a problem with the drain which led to an unfortunate incident with water on the floor and clean up, but the manager was very helpful with this. There were no blankets at all, only sheets, and it would have been nice to have a blanket at night, and three pillows, when four would have been best.
• THI LAN CHI (9/5): - Le logement est à proximité du centre (15 min à pied) et bien équipé. En face du lit, il y avait un petit dispositif qui émanait de la lumière et le bruit extérieur était audible : cela ne m'a empêché d'apprécier mon séjour mais pour certains, cela peut être dérangeant.
• Batiste (8/5): Super pour un court séjour :) - Emplacement central et facilité d'accès à toutes les attractions du centre de Bologne à pied. Cuisine bien équipée et lit confortable. Situé au rez de chaussée et un peu sombre

• Michel (6/5): Bologne est une très belle ville mais je déconseille de prendre cet appartement - L'emplacement, proche du centre-ville et d'un arrêt de bus La méthode de remise des clés. Il est anormal que l'on doive passer par un appel vidéo pour authentifier la location, alors que la loi prévoit que ce soit par une rencontre effective. J'ai été obligé de batailler (je n'ai ni smartphone, ni camera connectée) pour obtenir une remise en main propre. De plus le logement était petit, très sombre et humide.
• Fioreviola (10/5): beautiful and peaceful - location was perfect. close to the centre and lots of restaurants to choose from. the accommodation was clean and they had everything to make our stay as easy as possible, (dishwasher, washing machine etc).

• N.todorov (8/5): Little apartment in the heart of Bologna. - The host was very responsive and kind. The apartment is around 10 minutes from the center. The location is the main positive because it's relatively quiet and with easy access to the main locations. The studio has everything needed, including washing machine with dryer and dishwasher. The bed is comfy. There are two main problems. The bathroom is very small and the apartment is on the ground floor, which means there is moisture and it can be cold in some days (we were in april). Our stay was 5 nights, but I think this is the maximum we can take in this apartment. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay.

• Richard (5/5): Small things need attention. - The location was good. Gabriel was able to fix the lack of hot water promptly. After 4 days we asked for fresh towels, which also arrived fairly quickly! Instructions were pdf files in Italian, a booklet would have been better, there was a lack of information about about the city, bus routes, etc, there was a long list of pdf files for everything the owner thought we would value, but most of it was irrelevant. The room/studio needs heating at this time of year, we huddled under a quilt to keep warm. Clothes were getting damp off the cold. We felt 3-4 days is enough for this particular location.
• Yoanna (9/5): Bologna with Seta Apartment - Super easy communication with the host and easy check-in. The room was very clean, the kitchen had everything you need, they added little packages olive oil and salt. The bathroom was equipped with everything needed as well. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The only negative thing was that thre was a construction near the place and it was nosy early in the morning.
• Ellie (10/5): Great property, 10 minute walk from centre. - Great little property, ten minute walk from the centre. Facilities were great and check in was easy. There are some reviews complaining about the check in process, but we had no problem at all and everything was perfect. We had an issue with the shower head not working correctly- owner did everything they could to help. It was not a major issue as the shower still worked.
• Rachid (10/5): Well located, complete equipment, heater, good communication - Very nice flat with every possible equipment you need to cook. Heater so the bedroom is warm at night (in october). Very clean. Good communication with the manager, easy process to get the key. Located close to the Piagga Maggiore and at the same time in a very quiet side of Bologna. Close to a Pam market too.

• Katie (5/5): Not Enjoyable - Great location minutes walk from the centre of Bologna and great communication from the host Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our stay in the apartment, it smelt of damp and it contained mould, particularly in the bathroom which impacted my allergies. It wasn't homely or comfortable to stay in. There wasn't anything the host could do but I did feed this back after our stay and they mentioned it could have been down to the heavy rainfall prior to our arrival.
• Annalisa (10/5): We loved our time in Bologna! - Excellent apartment with all you might need. The location is great! The service was lovely. The host sent us info about public transportation and recommended some places where to eat. There was some water issue in the apartment we had originally booked so they upgraded us automatically to another apartment in the same area. We appreciated the customer service.
• Christer (7/5): OK - Nice location in short walking distance to most things of interest in Bologna. The procedures for check-in seemed a bit excessive with even a video call in advance with all guest on the call. Never experienced that before. The place was much smaller than it looked like in the pictures and it was difficult to understand that the bedroom was not a separate room.
