• Kadambari (3/5): Horrible overpriced hotel - The room was terrible! The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on! It was basically two beds joint together instead of a proper double bed. They gave us a room on the 4floor which had no lift and we had a 21 month old with us with whom we were climbing up and down the stairs. The staff wasn’t really warm or welcoming. They didn’t even really talk to us atall. For the price the hotel was a terrible choice! Everything was horrible except the breakfast! The beds are especially bad.

• Isabelle Mel (8/5): Très bien situé et parfait pour un séjour court (pour mon choix de chambre) - La proximité du coeur de Zermatt, le balcon et c'est cozy Le fait de devoir enlever ses souliers à l'extérieur ce qui est normal pour les souliers de ski mais un peu embêtant quand il faut remettre ses souliers en partant de la chambre, surtout si on est plus tout jeune et que de les mettre debout c'est compliqué :-) En même temps il me semble qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc pas pratique pour monter les valises. J'aurai également apprécié de pouvoir faire du thé ou un café dans la chambre.

• Daniela (8/5): Tolle Lage , Preis-Leistung geht so - Tolle Lage, Frühstück war gut ( nichts aussergewöhnliches aber ok) Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Bett extrem tief. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wir haben Freundlichkeit vermisst. Kein guten Morgen, auch beim Frühstück wurde sich ( außer nach der Zimmernr zu fragen ) um nichts bemüht.
• Ursula (8/5): Ideale Lage und unkompliziertes Check-in/out - Nah am Bahnhof und bei einer Gondelbahn. Das Frühstück war gut, auf Anfrage auch glutenfreies Brot erhältlich. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber geräumig.

• Santiago (8/5): Excelente semana de esquí en Zermatt - Ubicación excelente. Cerca de la estación de tren y muy cerca del autobús y remonte.
• Oonagh (9/5): Excellent Hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. - The location and the friendly welcome is the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. The stubli bar has a great atmosphere. Breakfast is very good. The view of the Matterhorn from our room/balcony was a special treat. There is no lift (and I think would be impossible to put one in). The team are happy to help with luggage so this is not a problem as long as you ask for help. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The en-suite bathroom in our room has a shower over the bath which may need to be redesigned as it was difficult to use.

• Ernst-jan (9/5): Fantastisch in hotel, kamer, bedden, ontbijt en locatie. - De kamer 4de verdieping boven in met vol zicht op de Matterhorn, Bedden super, bad en douche heerlijk, ontbijt vers en lekker en zelfs de koffie top. En de locatie is echt perfect. Mooie appres ski buiten voor de deur met normale prijzen voor de drank. Direct tegenover de Sunnega lift en 400 meter verderop de instap van de cornergrat en station Zermatt / centrum. Als je wilt zeuren dan geen lift. Maar traplopen is goed om ff wakker te worden voor het skien.
• Linda (6/5): - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt gerade neben der Rothornbahn. Wer am Morgen gerne schnell auf der Piste ist, schläft hier genau richtig. Wir durften unser Gepäck vor und nach dem Check-In deponieren.

• Jarrett (9/5): Great location and friendly staff. - Very friendly staff upon checking in and anytime you passed reception they always greeted you. The location is fantastic just a short walk from the station and main area of the town. Lovely room and great place to stay. Bedding had quite a few hairs on it and needed a bit of a clean.

• Vilhjalmur (10/5): Clean and tidy family run hotel that makes you feel at home - Great location, good room with excellent view of the Matterhorn. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and really nice sunny terrace at the bar. Not much, some people might dislike that there is no elevator, but it did not bother me. The hotel staff was super helpful and delivered the luggage to the room for those who did want them to.

Os anfitriões são bem prestativos em relação a levar as malas para o quarto pois não há elevador. Os travesseiros são muito ruins. Vale uma melhora nesse item.

• Warner (8/5): We really liked the hotel and the key system. Management was friendly and so easy to check in and out. Fix the heater an - The proximity to the train station, Coop store for food. The ski rental is next door, The ski tickets and underground train to get you up on the mountain to start your day are right across the street. To access the Paradise area, 50 yards up the street, a bus stop that takes you right to the tram. It’s my own fault, our heater was stuck on full hot. I should have notified the management the first minute we opened the door to our room. We had to open windows to be able to tolerate the heat. When I did mention it they came that instant, however someone before us had broken the control. I would suggest they get rid of the corner head board arrangement, it’s very good looking wood and all, but it’s waisted space. That way the bed could be turned straight out from the wall, night stands with lamps on each side of the bed. The room would feel bigger and give you space to open your luggage. The closet was fantastic!

• Raphael (8/5): Hôtel simple et sans prétention d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. - L'emplacement idéal pour les skieurs à quelques mètres du départ des remontées mécaniques du Sunnegga. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre très propre. La musique à l'extérieur pour la terrasse de l'après-ski (de 15h30 à 19h30) est beaucoup trop forte. Il est très difficile de se détendre dans sa chambre quand la musique est aussi forte (surtout au 1er étage).

• Mohamed (8/5): Amazing Stay will repeat it again when in Zermatt - The Hotel location is perfect. 400 m from main train station by walk as well directly facing the funicular up the Matterhorn Mountains and 5 Min to old city center by walk as well (Mostly flat no inclines or up-hill roads), the staff were friendly and helped in luggage carrying to my 4th floor room (no elevator as almost all hotels in Zermatt are old-time buildings), Room was clean and with good facilities, Check in and Check out were very smooth , in General good value for money specially for amazing view on Matterhorn Mountain (as per my room type) The breakfast could have been with more varieties still quality is ok not bad yet very limited options every day as well the billows in the room are only two and very thin and soft not comfort ones

• Andrada (9/5): Heartfelt Hospitality in the Heart of Zermatt - Nestled in a perfect location, with a quiet Alpine charm that made us feel instantly at home. What touched us most, was the genuine warmth of the staff — kind, attentive, and truly caring. I had accidentally left behind a small teddy bear with deep sentimental value, and to my surprise, they went out of their way to send it all the way to Romania by post. It was a beautiful gesture of kindness that spoke volumes about the people behind the place. The only drawback was the construction work just across the street, which brought quite a bit of noise in the mornings — not ideal when you’re hoping to sleep in and enjoy a slow vacation day.

• Christiane (8/5): Bel arrêt de 2 jours lors notre voyage en Suisse. - Situation par rapport à la gare- distance de marche- Proximité des restaurants, des attractions (téléphérique pour le Matterhorn par exemple) Joli village. Chambre confortable mais petite. Vue formidable du village. Petit déjeuner correct. Bon rapport qualité prix dans ce village très dispendieux. Le coût du petit déjeuner pourrait être compris au complet dans le forfait de nuitée. Il y avait un supplément pour un déjeuner comprenant des plats chauds. Mais la qualité était très bien.

• TTSC (8/5): - the hotel is really near the main railway station and just one-step beside the cable station up to the matterhorn. So, if one wanna go for the 5-lakes hiking trail, the hotel is really valuable for stay. Also, the mountain rail station to go for Gornergrat is nearby. And about the room, it's warm and lovely, with the unexpected large size which I believe far more than enough to arrange ski equipments with. And the balcony offering a straight view to the matterhorn, beautiful to shoot the peak at dawn and sunrise. all good, if one thing could be better, that would be the location. The whole building was not very tall and built all flat based, so even with a mountain view balcony, there is another big house in front of the view which covered half of the peak. I believe those resorts on the half-hill may have the better sight. But, it's still great to having cup of drink at night, watching the matterhorn peak and enjoying the peace at the balcony.

• KAORI (3/5): トコジラミで最悪だった - ツェルマットの駅から近い トコジラミがいる。マッターホルンが見える部屋3泊で予約していたが、1泊した朝にベッドにトコジラミ5匹、部屋を変えてもらいシングルルーム1泊、翌日に最初の１泊と別のマッターホルンビューの部屋に泊まったが、そこにもトコジラミが1匹。服にもついてしまい大変だった。最初は親切に対応してもらっていたが、最終日は私がトコジラミを持ち込んだような雰囲気になっていて、とても悲しい気持ちになった。一泊分返金はされたが、帰国後も荷物を捨てなくてはいけなくて結局お金を払って大変な思いをした滞在になった。

• TOSHIHARU (8/5): とてもキレイで快適なホテル - 駅から徒歩10分以内の場所にあります。 部屋はバスタブ付きで冷えた体を温めることができました。スタッフへお願いしたら電気ケトルを貸してくれて2日間とても助かりました。朝食はバイキング形式で美味しかったです。特にヨーグルトが美味しい。ホテルから出るとすぐにマッターホルンが見られます。 エレベーターは無いので4階の部屋まで思い荷物を階段で運んだのが大変でした。
• Daniel (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - My room had a great view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. To get there, all one has to do is cross the street towards the Gornergratbahn and walk along the tracks to the overpsss. Make a left under it, and it's about 3 doors down on the left. It's that simple to get there. What's not to like?
