• Subrata (5/5): Bad internet is complete deal breaker - Great location Poor internet connectivity, during most of the stay connection was poor. Electric plug sockets were low quality and getting charger/ laptop connected was also a struggle. Breakfast didn't have basic items like eggs or bananas

• Mishra (3/5): Poor - The location of the hotel was decent. The food and breakfast provided was good. 1. The washroom had a broken chain of the hand shower, leading to leakage. I had to take a bath with the leaked shower. It was a plumbing issue not checked by the hotel staff, while allotting the room to my family. 2. The rooms lacked proper ventilation, with absolutely no view outside the window. 3. The room service did not provide any bathroom essentials like slippers and shampoo, just a body wash.

• Nitin (4/5): while the location is convenient, I found the service lacking - I recently stayed at Treebo Vedanta and had a pretty mixed experience. The location is convenient, especially for anyone visiting Biswa Bangla Mela Prangran since it’s just 2.5 km away. There’s also a local market and a temple nearby, which adds to the ease. We were there for a competition and needed to leave early in the morning, so I asked the reception if they could arrange breakfast a bit earlier for us. They didn’t entertain the request, but I noticed breakfast was actually ready before 7 am the next day, which was confusing. I also requested an iron and ironing board, but no one followed up for over an hour. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately, it doesn't feel as well-maintained on the inside. The room I got was quite small, which I could have overlooked if the maintenance had been better. The bathroom had a choked drain, and even after I reported it, the service person dismissed my complaint, saying there was no issue. Because of this, my son had to shower in standing water, which was really frustrating. Overall, while the location is convenient, I found the service lacking. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless they improve their maintenance and customer service.

Very close to the EM Bypass main road, all types of transport is available from there,lots of resturant and fast food joints close by . Ideal for travellers. Nothing not to like. It was all good.

I told them there was no such chocolate and asked them to check the room before I check out They didn't. After this I told them if can pay Rs 2800 then I can pay a chocolate price too but the thing is that you are charging a false case on me. This is very insulting.

• Atanu (5/5): Not upto the mark - The hotel location was goid and the staff was couteous too and waited to recieve me as my train was late.The room was located in first floor as asked for qith a single large bed. The AC was fine along with the TV and coffee maker and an almirah.the table was ok. The bathroom basin was good and the hit water was also available throughout. The almirah door were broken and was not closing. The room in general was small and got clumsy. The chair had a torn cover. The toiletories was not there except for the liquid soap, the room smell was not good, the food served in breakfast and the ordered food was not upto the mark, the toilet cover was dirty and the toilet sink was dirty too. The bathroom hand shiwer was also not clean so was the overhead shower. Daily the water bottle supply for the room needed a reminder.

Only 2-3 staff members are concerned about guest.rest are not. Most of the staff members are rude and unprofessional. They really don't care about guest.
