- Tia-Louise (7/5): Overall good trip but the hospitality and running of the accommodation can be improved - Property is in a good location for us! Was close to friends and easy to get to and from. It was organised well and we were comfortable! There are some issues. The beds didn’t have proper duvets or sheets but rather a hard blanket and the ac blows directly on the bed making it a bit cold. The pool is also over some bedrooms so when the pumps turn on it can be quite loud. There was documents there saying we were supposed to have a welcome package and someone was supposed to check in on us however this didn’t happen. It also wasn’t clear what we would be provided or not so basic essentials like water and toilet paper we needed to go buy as there was none there!
