• Bernhard (10/5): hervorragend - Appartement war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos, sehr sauber, alles bestens, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Fernseher, Geschirrspueler, etwas Kaffee und Tee, etwas Spuelmittel, ausreichend anzahl Toilettenpapier fuer 4 Personen, Balkon nett, Lage 10 min zur U4 Station Duschtuere muesste neu eingestellt werden, damit sie wieder schliesst, aber sonst ist das Bad top und sehr sauber,

• Joachim (10/5): Mehere Kultutage ind Wien vebrcht in einer sher ruhigen Unterkunft mit UBahn Anschluß zur City - Wohnung liegt ruhig und die Betten auch sehr gut. Für Schönbrunn Schloß / Tiergarten ist die Lage ideal. UBahn Station nicht zu weit weg. Pizzeria und Hofer in näherer Nachbarschaft. Gegen die Heizung haben wir gekämpft. Als wir ankamen war es uns zu kühl. Irgendwie haben wie Sie in eine Heizmodus gebracht den wir nicht mehr wegbekommen haben. Dadruch war es uns deutlich zu warm. Dagegen half leider nur lüften. Die bereitgestellten Prospekte waren nicht in Deutch und auch nicht in Englisch verfügbar.

Има няколко спирки и хранителни магазини, локацията е тиха и спокойна. Не успяхме да регулираме температурата в апартамента и имахме леки затруднения с вратата на гаража, но цялостно всичко беше чудесно.

• evangelos (10/5): Would definitely stay again if i visit Vienna and its available - the apartment is fantastic, spotless clean, fully equipped and very important to me,hot water all day long and extremely satisfying pressure on the water! Spacious, very quiet, very comfy beds, central heating, perfect to feel at home while travelling. If you find this empty, book it. p.s I had a car, so it was very easy for me to access all Vienna, and there is plenty of parking space in the surrounding roads for the night. there is a paid parking under the building, you must discuss it with the owner, because it requires cash and pre-arrangement. I didn't need it. This house is still a 10/10. Just keep these few things in mind. these are minor nuances not complaints. I cant stress enough its a 10/10 apartment for me. 1. Cell reception was non existent in the house. Something with the building insulation or location perhaps? If you are expecting important calls, this might be a problem. It has sufficient free wi-fi though. 2. Not enough towels for 5 days, just a tip for the owner to include a couple of extra towels in the closets. 3. The TV could be better, this apartment deserves an upgrade!

• Bohdan (10/5): Дякуємо всій команді, яка працювала над чистотою та зручністю. Вам все вдалося на відмінно. - Величезна, вражаюче красива та продумана квартира. Дві спальні - в одній два роздільних ліжка, в іншій одне величезне ліжко. Плюс велика зала з двома диванами, телевізором, великим обіднім столом на 5-6 осіб. Є весь посуд на 6 персон. Тарілки, бокали під вино, під шампанське, під воду, вилки, ножі, штопор) Є все для приготування їжі. Плита, тостер, дві кавомашини (капсульна і для фільтр кави). Каво-капсул було тільки дві штучки. Але це зовсім не проблема. Все дуже нове і чисте. Є підземна парковка, але за окрему плату. Круто, що туалет і душ розташовані окремо і не потрібно чекати щоб хтось домився, щоб попасти у вбиральню. Ми забронювали квартиру лише за годину до прибуття, нервували з цього приводу, але нам швидко відповіли і ми швидко самостійно заселились. Дякуємо за все. Ми прекрасно виспались, в квартирі тихо. Є вихід з зали у внутрішній дворик, там невеличкий столик і стільчик. Помешкання на першому поверсі, тому зручно заносити речі. Квартира не в центрі, але в 7ми хвилинах ходьби є метро. До центру добиратися дуже зручно. За нагоди обовʼязково повернемося знову. Мінусів по квартирі немає, все дуже сподобалось. Єдині примітки, що раннє заселення та пізній виїзд за додаткову плату і парковка за додаткову плату. Але це стандартно.

• Bilyana (10/5): Чудесен апартаменг - Апартамента беше много чист, с всичко необходимо в него, в близост до транспорт, супер маркети и заведения за хранене. Домакините бяха любезни и отзивчиви и веднага отговаряха на въпросите ни. Отоплението не беше включено и отне един ден за да се затопли апартамента.
• Ran (8/5): - כנראה שבשביל דירה בעיר גדולה הדירה גדולה ויחסית מרווחת. המיקום טוב מאוד, קרוב לארמון וגן חיות וקרוב לתחבורה ציבורית עם גישה לכל מקום בעיר בקלות. השכונה שקטה ונעימה. זה המקום היחידי בוינה שמצאתי עם חנייה במקום (מתחת לבניין) ובתשלום סביר. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש. הדירה קצת צפופה. יש שרותים ומקלחת אחת. המטבח לא מאוד מאובזר מבחינת כלים. היו כלים מלוכלכים כולל במדיח. לא היו בכלל טבליות למדיח. החנייה הייתה מאוד צפופה במיוחד לרכב גדול כמו שהיה לנו.

• Martin (10/5): A fantastic Schönbrunn experience - Nice space rooms. The cleanliness was above average. When traveling with family is very important a fully functional kitchen, separate toilette room and bathroom. There're also a washing machine and a tumble dyer. If you park the car in the garage you have direct access to the walkway in the building which access to the apartment. And Schönnbrunn is "two strides" away. Fantastic!

• Hella (9/5): Schönes Apartment - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man für einen kleinen und großen Urlaub braucht. Wir fanden auch die sehr großen und bequemen Einzelbetten sehr schön! In wenigen Minuten ist man zum Hofer gelaufen um das wichtigste einzukaufen. In ca 7 Minuten ist man bei der U4 die einen in ca 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt bringt. Schönbrunn ist zwei Stationen entfernt. Die Gastgeber reagieren sehr schnell auf Fragen.

Минусы: душевая кабина протекает, так как двери не закрываются плотно. Нет никакой полочки в душевой для мыла, шампуня и т.д. Полотенца тонкие, старые, пахли сигаретами. Не хватает крючка для полотенца в туалете и рядом с раковиной в ванной. В квартире совершенно нет сигнала интернета! У нас была большая проблема, так как я по работе не могу пользоваться хозяйским интернетом. Сигнала нет от слова вообще! Уборка не очень качественная, на полу были волосы, на балкончике стояла пепельница полная окурков. Очень тусклый свет в квартире. Парковка платная и очень неудобная, вместо пульта, ключ, которым нужно открывать ворота парковки, а для выезда дёргать за верёвку, которая свисает с потолка...Также не понятно для чего нужно ключом открывать дверь, когда идёшь из квартиры в гараж?!
• Petr (10/5): Moc pěkné ubytování - Naprosto skvělé ubytování na klidném místě jenom pár minut pěšky od zámku Schönnbrun. Pokoje čisté, prostorné a velice moderní. Jestli bude místo, tak příště chceme ve Vídni bydlet opět zde.

The U bahn station to the center and grocery store are nearby (5 minutes walking distance). Schönbrunn Palace and Tiergarten also near (15 -20 minutes walking distance). The communication by the owners was professional. Not a thing

• Cristian (10/5): Un apartament cu de toate - Apartamentul este mare, curat si dotat cu absolut tot ce trebuie pentru o familie cu copii. Nota 10 plus pentru bucataria echipata cu tot ce este necesar, masina de spalat vase, oale pentru gatit etc Il recomandam cu drag, ne-am simtit excelent. Garajul de sub cladire este de asemenea un mare plus. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost rapida. Ne dorim sa revenim aici.

• Famille31! (9/5): Très belle étape viennoise !!! - Logement très propre, spacieux et calme. Il y a 2 grandes chambres, un grand salon / salle à manger et des toilettes séparés avec un lave main. Il y a également un grand frigo congélateur et beaucoup de produits disponibles. L'appartement est relativement bien équipé. Le sèche-linge est très efficace. L'appartement reste relativement frais malgré la chaleur dans la ville et il y a 3 ventilateurs disponibles si besoin. Le garage est sécurisé et très pratique. L'arrêt de tramway est à moins de 5 minutes de marche donc on regagne le centre ville en 30 minutes. Il y a une bonne pizzeria au pied de l'immeuble. L'hôte a toujours été très réactive lors de nos échanges et a essayé de faire de son mieux pour répondre à nos attentes ! Le principal point négatif pour nous est la lumière qui reste allumée dans le patio / jardin toute la nuit et les stores et les rideaux de la chambre n'occultent pas complètement la lumière. Il faudrait peut-être prévoir un détecteur automatique pour éviter cet éclairage nocturne ou rajouter des rideaux occultants. Puis quelques détails : rajouter un étendoir (l'appartement étant bien assez grand pour le ranger), rajouter une patère près du lavabo et du rince main des toilettes et rajouter un dévidoir dans les toilettes. L'interrupteur des toilettes est à l'envers, la machine à laver ne respecte pas les temps indiqués. Comme nous sommes frileux, nous avons dû mettre les couettes dans les housses de couettes à l'arrivée, peut-être prévoir de demander les préférences avant. Et enfin, les serviettes de toilettes sont rêches et fines, il faudrait les changer.

The host answers really quickly via Booking's messaging system (even though every information you might need is already provided up-front, via messages). The apartments are within walking distance from Schönbrunn (1.7km) and even closer to the U-Bahn (U4) that takes you close to the city center. There's a pizza place within a few meters away and the private (underground) parking, while it needs up-front reservation and payable separately, is cheaper than those provided by most hotels. The place is very, very clean and super spacious and comfortable. Everything you might need is already provided.

The place is modern and tastefully decorated, with two cozy bedrooms and a large, bright living room that includes a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for sharing meals together. This new building is of high quality and leaves nothing to be desired. We especially loved the spacious garden with lush green grass, a small sandbox for children, and a romantic bench inviting you to relax. Everything is brand new and in perfect condition, including the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. The location is unbeatable—right by the Schönbrunn Zoo and the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace Park, ideal for scenic walks. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the city center and the State Opera via the U4 metro line. A great pizzeria right outside the door and various grocery stores nearby make the stay especially convenient. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, and the private garage is a wonderful bonus. Despite the excellent location and connection, the apartment is incredibly quiet, as it faces an inner courtyard. This is the perfect place to explore Vienna while feeling completely at home. We will definitely come back! I have nothing to complain about and will definitely come back.

The modern furnishings are beautiful and create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals – it truly has everything you could possibly need. With two spacious bedrooms and a large living room facing a serene inner garden, there was plenty of space to relax and unwind.
