• Mohammad Muddassir (9/5): Absolutely value for money. My family truly enjoyed the spacious room with a beautiful view. - The room is very spacious. The view is beautiful. It is centrally located. The staff are very warm. It’s best for families, safe and privacy is not an issue. The room cleaning can happen on a daily basis. Heater facility can make the stay more comfortable.

• Vaishu (9/5): Our stay was great - We booked 2 apartments for 4 days and the apartments were functional and aesthetic.. hot water geyser in the bathrooms was a big plus! Nights in March are pretty cold so would recommend travellers to consider packing socks and a light sweater when you travel in March. The property is well maintained and the reception manager Mr Charles and assistants Mr Murugan and Mr Saleem were very courteous and helpful.. Mr Charles even went out of his way to help get medicine for my son when he came down with a fever towards the end of our trip. One flat is adequate space for 2 adults and 1 child. The kitchenette features a kettle and they also provide Bisleri water with your room. Plates and spoons can be availed on request. This hotel is also easily accessed on Zomato and swiggy so no worries ordering lunch or dinner (make sure you do before 9.30 pm!) You also have options to order breakfast from the hotel itself for a reasonable rate of 80 rs per person. Special thanks also to our guide Mr Padmaraj who drove us around and showed us all the spots around Ooty and Coonoor. Overall a great stay. The property sits on an incline so it can be a bit taxing to walk to the nearby shops since you end up panting for breath by the time you get back... But that can't be helped. Nothing negative really.

• Company (5/5): they can improve the clealiness and arrangements. will not perefer for next time - They dont have a restuarent in there, but they arrange the food and service at room with good food and rate. cleanliness of the bedsheet and bath towels where bad, we have booked apartment with 2 rooms, only 1 bathroom had the geyser, other bathroom is server hot water in morning and evening only, they have not informed us this before. Parking is also very difficult

• Zita (5/5): Comfy room with rude manager - The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was good. The staff was exceptionally rude, not helpful at all. It was difficult to find the property because the location on the map that Booking sent me was not the real one. It was about 3 kms away from it.
• Rajole (7/5): It was satisfying stay as we only wanted the room for sleeping for a night. - Rooms are specious, attached geysers are plus as some hotels provide hot water in specified times only. Beds are small for couple with kid, Heaters can be installed, 1 towel per adult should be provided.
• Varsha (10/5): Good Stay - Our stay at Pinehill was very good, we got a single suite, the room and the living room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, we got a good breakfast and tea at the hotel, the taste was good. The location is excellent, worth the money. overall i liked my stay. Everything looks great, the parking is good but they have to work on the entrance as its a bit of a climb. Otherwise i felt rest everything was good.

The location is very good, the rooms are very big and clean, the property has ample parking, overall our stay was very good. Nothing to mention.

The room service name Murugan available whenever you required him. It is nice budgeted property and safe also. The property does not have a food options. And near by not a great food options.

• Shanu (2/5): Very poor - I liked the location and the balcony. Most of the things. First of all, I booked a Deluxe Apartment 2 Bedroom with a hall but I got 2 different rooms at different floors. The room and washroom was dirty and they didn't change the bedsheets even after telling thrice. They didn't provide anything in the room except soap. No water, nothing. They don't have an inhouse restaurant or food facility. The staff are impolite and at times rude. You can just spend a night here if you are not getting any other hotel.

• Deepankar (5/5): If you do not get accommodation in any other hotel you may consider Pinehill Suites. - Breakfast was not provided to us. The size of the room was pretty good for a family. Basic facilities was missing from the room. Tea maker, refrigerator, AC etc. Very limited parking space and it was challenging to park the car as well. The cot was of very small size and linen was very old. While booking I was told that i will get 2 bed rooms with 2 bathrooms. I was provided with 1 bedroom, 1 living room & 1 bathroom. I felt the price charged by Booking.com for the quality of the hotel & its facilities was pretty high.

The locations is awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is sufficient parking space available. The rooms are clean and good. I liked everything about this property. It would be better if they can serve some snacks during the evening hours.
• Sj (7/5): Good - Friendly staff There was no bathroom slipper provided. It is cold there. We had to buy one from town. It is a low cost facility. It can be afforded I am sure. Also, the approach to car park is extremely easy for a normal driver. It is too steep and there is sharp turn while going up. Either you have to park the car on the highway itself or risk it takung up in the night. Plus bed sheets were not clean. Though they provided new ones when asked for, but that shouldn't be the case

• Vivek (1/5): Pathetic stay, extremely untidy hotel - The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Its very close to Ootty town center. What could have been better? - everything. This is a pathetic hotel. We booked two suites, one with 1 BH and other with 2 BH. Lets start with parking/entrance. You need special driving skills to park your car and help from others to take it out. Its a steep entrance with no gates. Entrance to the hotel is funny. It cannot be called as a hotel, rather some old apartment. Rooms are extremely untidy. Its evident that they have never done any housekeeping after this building is built. Walls are dirty, forget about the cup boards (pls dont open it for God's sake). Bathroom is big, but the cup boards are so bad that you will throw up if you look at it. For the 2BH, we were 5 and they gave only two towels. After talking for some time, they finally gave 5. It was too stinky too. And they dont give fresh ones on each day. We will have to use that for our entire stay. There are no tissue rolls and they never give one. The only good thing is that the water heater inside bathrooms worked properly. To sum up, paying Rs 29K for two suites for two days was tooooo much for this bad hotel. I will never refer this hotel to anyone.

• Swaminathan (5/5): Passable - Charles seems to nice with guests.We booked suite apartment room (2 bed rooms with attached bathroom each) + 1 living hall - all inside an apartment. Room size was good We stayed only one night for which it was ok overall. They will supply tea or coffee if we inform service staff well ahead. Even food also, they will cook if you inform them. But we dint try food. Others staffs were not co-operative with guest. Electric kettle was leaking. We informed service staffs. They were lethargic. Later we called charles and then we got electric kettle. Bathroom seems to be clean but very much smelling due to wet wooden closets inside bathroom. So they gave room spray. No security. If we need to park we need to drive via slope and it's little risky as it doesn't have any side wall or security to check when we drive via slope. One room bed was small compared to other room.

• Dakavarapu (7/5): Overall Good Stay. I recommend. - Spacious rooms. Right location. Staff is excellent. Maintenance of Toilet & over all cleanliness. only 3 staff has to take care of all rooms & guest needs. No lift. No restaurant.
