• Susanne (8/5): Comfy stay at Johannas - The host was very helpful. The beds were comfy. There was a lovely deck where we could sit and eat breakfast. We were able to use the kitchen. It was an easy drive to Gothenburg. Local eateries were good. It was nice and clean. Very homey. Good value. Nice breakfast. Very cute ponies and dog. The ad for the property was misleading. I think Google translate was used and so there were misunderstandings and the photos misled us as well. We thought we'd have a kitchen because there was a kitchen in the photos. It said we'd have a washing machine. I suppose there was one somewhere, we didn't need one, but there was a whole list of facilities that were perhaps available, but weren't in our apartment. It said the pool was year round, so I thought I could swim in it, but it was the same temperature as the air - about 18+. Too cold but will likely be great when it gets warmer in the air. We didn't know our breakfast was included, because it said "breakfast available", which meant you could get breakfast but would have to pay. It should have said "breakfast included". I had to use earplugs as I'm a late riser, we were right beside the kitchen, and there could be noise from there. As well, guests on the second floor could disturb with footsteps etc. There should be garbage cans in every room not just in the bathroom. My bedroom had nowhere to put clothes except on the spare bed.
• 李国忠 (8/5): Very good - The surrounding environment is good. The wifi didn't work all day, tried turning it off and on and it still didn't work.
• Hans (7/5): Large house apartment according to expectations - The apartment was in the bottom floor of a house. Very spacious and more rooms and space than we could use. People were living on the second floor and there were signs of inhabitants also on the rented part with some locked cabinets, belongings here and there and food in the fridge. Useful kitchen. TV and internet as advertised. The winter weather was dark and rainy so we couldn't explore the surroundings but this is a very nice area close to the sea. We were supposed to clean the apartment but there was a lack of cleaning equipment. The vacuum cleaner bag was full and we found no spares. It worked OK anyway. The garbage bin outside was more than full. The house is in beginning need of maintenance. Nothing serious at all but some deteriorating paint, a dripping faucet, electrical cables falling down etc. Only minor imperfections. Would not hesitate to rent again.
