• Михаил (9/5): - Это аппарт-отель, на фото разные комнаты. Нам досталась комната на последних фото из описания. Из минусов: стиральная машина общая на первом этаже, жаль, что не в квартире. Дверь на балкон закрывается не плотно, к нам забежал огромный таракан :) Во время сильного дождя окно на кухне протекает. Из плюсов: чистая, просторная квартира. Находится близко от центра. Хороший кондиционер и холодильник. Хороший санузел и плита. Есть маленький балкончик. Читал отзыв, что нет стекол на балкон. В нашей квартире двери были застеклённые. Этаж четвёртый, лифта нет. Место тихое. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда на связи. Заселение дистанционное. Вай фай работал хорошо. Есть трансфер по приемлемой цене.

• Mylene (8/5): A pleasant flat in the heart of Hanoi, good for a long stay if you are ok with some stairs - The apartment is spacious and well equipped the bed is comfortable and the kitchen functional with a lovely desk space if you need to work from there It was a little tricky to find and no lifts which came as a surprise when we arrived with our very big luggage. However is was pleasantly decorated and well located 🙂

• Olga (7/5): Good apartment in a quiet area - Spacious bright apartments. There are cute lamps, plants and a mirror for coziness. I was pleased with the presence of a table for work Dirty floor, old frying pan, audibility of neighbors, cold at night. there were several unpleasant cases. first: I checked in late in the evening contactlessly. the apartment did not indicate the login password for WiFi, and I also did not have a SIM card. this is a blaproblem. I could not write to my family that I flew to Vietnam and everything was fine with me. also I could not see on the map where to buy a SIM card. second case: I was freezing at night in the apartment. the air conditioner did not work. the administrator offered a second blanket. he did not bring the blanket, but sent me to look for this blanket in the attic
• Gupta (5/5): Passable - the apartment is really cute there was water supply problem in bathroom and and the owner didn't really help much we were supposed to take our bus that day. it was a havoc morning for us. also the stairs are too tiny ..we picked up our language in such a way can't even tell.
