Though would prefer dishwasher rather than clothes washer The chimney cowel reverberated the whole house when moving in wind. External a/c unit very noisy

Indra (8/5): - The villa is absolutely stunning and located in the best possible area, as it was easy for us to get to Rhodes Town. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, although you do need a car. The owner, Michaela, was very helpful she answered any questions we had straight away, organised a taxi for us one day, and was quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. They had the pool cleaner come in twice during our 5-night stay. The villa was very clean and spacious as well. The outside of the villa is gorgeous, with orange trees and a little church nearby it’s so stunning. It has everything you could possibly need. The only issue was that the pool is not heated. In the summer it’s probably fine but we went in April and it would have topped the experience if that was available.
Michel (9/5): Top ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht - Tolles Haus mit sehr gastfreundlichem Vermieter. Check-in und Check-Out verliefen problemlos, auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand. Der Pool ist perfekt. Es stehen zwei Garagen, ein Grill, sechs Badeliegen, eine vollausgestattete Küche und vieles mehr zur Verfügung. Im Garten wächst frisches Obst. Das Personal hält alles gut in Schuss. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.
Stacey (10/5): We had our best holiday at Villa Costazia - The Villa is simply beautiful. It’s luxurious and modern but while also keeping that feeling of being a home. For a week we made it our family home and myself my partner and our three kids absolutely adored the villa and the surrounding gardens. George is a fantastic host, with amazing communications and some superb recommendations. He oversaw some lovely touches, like complementary fruit basket and also some basics in the fridge ready for us because we were arriving late in the evening. George really cares about his villa and it shows. I would not hesitate to go back. If you are thinking of booking, I would recommend a car, you can get about by bus or taxi and the location is very very good for seeing all that the area has to offer. You are almost everywhere within 15 minutes and some amazing restaurants very very close by. Nothing.
