• Jackie (8/5): Absolutely fabulous. The fact that we had glorious weather helped. A beautiful walk along the beach from Benllech to Red - Brian was so helpful, answered all our questions quickly and was so accommodating. The property was so cosy and had everything we needed. I particularly liked the welcome package (wine and biscuits), the toiletries and so much information about Benllech. Unfortunately the bed was too hard for us and was ‘squeaky,’ so we didn’t have the best of sleep. However, that is a personal preference and didn’t spoil our holiday.
• Philip (9/5): Charming, cosy apartment in an excellent location. - A very cosy and comfortable little apartment. The location is fanctastic and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The host is easy to contact and provides you with all of the info you would need for your stay. Perfect for a couple or small family. The fridge in the aprtment doesn't have a freezer compartment - it does say in the info book the host can try and find space in their freezer if you need it but it would be nice to have one in the apartment itself. The bed is also VERY squeaky at even the slightest movement.
• Pete (10/5): Superb, very handy for the beach – private, easy to access, and the hosts were very helpful. - The flat is superbly located, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and very handy for the local shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs. It was immaculately clean and very cosy. The welcome snacks and wine were a lovely touch. There could be a cafetiere for making (ground) coffee, but otherwise eveything was great.

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect bolt hole - The location was excellent and the apartment was so well maintained Loved everything about it couldn’t fault it ! If I were to say just one minor thing it would be to put a little blind /curtain on back door so it feels less exposed when you get up in the night

Great place for a family holiday Out of season food options in village are pretty limited and kitchens close early. The food in the Benllech pub was poor - avoid. Better to take your own food.

• Russell (8/5): Lovely overall and very cosy in a fabulous location for the beach. - The accommodation is in a fabulous location for Benllech Beach. It was easy to find and did have parking right next to accommodation. The flat was cosy and well equipped. Everything was clean and well organised. I liked having a dresser to get ready at (a lot dont have this). The shower was good and I liked being able to control the heating ourselves. The WiFi was great and it was a dog friendly property. The accomodation is within the owners own house. The description does state this. I just felt a little uncomfortable on the outside of the property. For example I tried not to look in any downstairs windows etc. Our 10 year old Grandson was looking forward to trying the boxing punchbag which we could see on the photos. However, we tried one door which we thought might be the garage and it was locked. We couldnt access the washer either which we think may have been located in the garage. I have no doubt though that we would have been shown had we asked. I just didn't like to bother the owners. I think the only other downside, was the accomodation was cold and smelt musty on arrival. It perhaps needs airing and heating a little more. Do be aware that the owners charge a £40 deposit for dogs which we didn't find out until after booking. This was refunded though the day after our stay.

• Claire (10/5): Fab local beautiful property - The apartment was beautifully finished with lots of extra attention to detail. For instance, there was a karaoke machine kids books and a welcome pack. The place was a 5 minute walk from the beach, very clean and the host was so welcoming. Highly recommend. Lots to do in the local area, but really you never need to drive anywhere. All you need is close by.

Easy private parking, quiet location yet walking distance to everything. Sea view 👌🏼 well kitted out and lovely gift basket left for us that was much appreciated ❤️ Everything was great just struggled with the soft mattress but that’s only a personal preference.

• Mary (10/5): Peaceful and modern self contained unit. - Lovely modern clean self contained flat, with everything needed for a short break close to the Anglesey coastal path for walkers.
• Neil (10/5): Lovely stay - Fantastic location, 5 mins walk from the beach, 5 mins from the shops / takeaways / pub. The beach in abenllech is beautiful. Facilities in thr property were great, everything we needed and more, we were left a little welcome pack of crisps / biscuits / orange juice which is a lovely touch. The property itself is bigger than it looks in the photos, we are a family of 4, there was enough space for us to eat together at the breakfast bar and to watch tv. Brian was on hand to greet and say good bye too, nice guy. The location is quite hilly, the walk back from the beach might be difficult if you or any of your party had mobility issues. I'm not marking it down for this mind!!

• Rachel (9/5): Fabulous apartment right on the beach - The apartment is great with everything that you need and location is perfect. Right by the beach and shops/restaurants, its spacious and very clean and the basket of treats was such a lovely touch, very much appreciated! The main bed really is uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing, this is the one and only complaint and has been mentioned in other reviews a lot. We took it in turns to sleep on the bottom bunk in the kids bedroom because it was so bad.

• Paul (8/5): Hidden gem - Location, 2 minute walk from the beach, spotlessly clean, lovely touch of a basket of soft drinks, crisps and snacks. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was there. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but it's hard to please everyone's taste in comfort.

• Neil (9/5): Lovely, peaceful stay in a nicely appointed apartment close to the beach in a tranquil cul de sac. - Really nice flat - very specious for the two of us plus hound and very nicely done out. It's on a long cul de sac which seems very peaceful and genteel, just a very short walk down the hill away from the beach or a short walk up to the main road for shops, cafes and pubs. If a quiet, relatively small resort is for you it couldn't be better. Of course the British weather sometimes could be!

V comfy beds, great shower and spotlessly clean. Parking was a real bonus. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The owners were very friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend.
• Susan (9/5): Great stay at Benllech - Near the beach and shops and in a good location to enjoy coastal walks. A clean, comfortable and modern apartment with outside seating and easy parking I had to sleep in a smaller bunk bed room which is obviously for children so as an adult the mattress was far too soft for me personally but great for kids. The other person was in the large main double bedroom so had a much more comfortable sleep. I did know the layout before booking but thought the positives of the accommodation far outweighed the negative and accommodation at that point was hard to find for the dates planned. I am rating the "bed" questions on the double bedroom
