• Véronique (9/5): Joli appartement très bien situé dans Funchal. - La vue, l'équipement, les terrasses, la proximité d'un Super marché, aussi lieu de départ pour excursions. Nous avons eu un petit problème d'odeurs, la propriétaire a réagi immédiatement avec intervention personnel. Attention à l'adresse de la location nous avons cherché pendant 1h l'appartement.
• Eileen (4/5): Extremely Disappointed - The view, spacious The smell as soon as we came into the apartment was disgusting and overwhelming. We had to air out the place for over an hour when we came. The cupboards smelt so bad like mold, we didn't even want to eat off the dishes inside. Our coffee maker was broken, and it took a double text for the staff to replace it. They replaced it on our very last day, and the pods didn't even work inside the new one. The soap was empty in the bathrooms, we would've appreciated them to be double checked prior to our arrival. Additionally, the bathrooms stunk like sewage and there was water scum in the shower which makes me think no one even cleaned the shower prior to our arrival. Also, when using the toilet brushes beside the toilet we noticed they were filled with old dirty poop water which is likely a source of some of the smell in the bathrooms. The hot water and pressure fluctuates extremely and you have either super hot or super cold and no in between. We left some sweets in a box on the counter and the next morning it was infested with hundreds of ants.. at least put signage up to warn guests, or deal with the problem. The sugar left in the containers for guest use was hardened and had foreign particles in it which makes me think that it's been sitting there for 100 years. Don't expect to walk anywhere if you're staying here since it's actually located on top of the mountain with no walking places in the vicinity, or unless you want to walk up some hills at a 20 degree incline with no sidewalks. We wanted to do a load of laundry when we came since we had been travelling for quite some time only to notice that the washing machine liquid provided was basically water.. Extremely disappointed to say the least, there are many things that can be improved which would take little to no effort. It's really disheartening to rent places as such, and I really hope that the owner takes this seriously for future guests.

• Karine (5/5): Le logement pourrait être super mais vraiment à revoir au vue des commentaires notés ici - La vue, l’emplacement, la literie, la décoration, lave linge. Odeur affreuse dans les sanitaires. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser une chambre à cause de l’odeur nauséabonde. Nous en avons informé les propriétaires mais même pas une excuse. Vaisselles très limitées : Pas de petites cuillères, ni de verre. Nous en avons informé les propriétaires, qui nous ont fournis 4 petites cuillères et c’est tout.

• Olena (10/5): A stylish spacious accommodation with a stunning sea view - A clean and tidy property with a pleasant interior. The view to the city and the sea is stunning. The apartment has plenty of essentials for cooking. Continente, a large grocery store, is around 10-15 min walk It’s quite far from the city centre, but I like walking so it wasn’t an issue for me

• Ana (6/5): - Gostei de tudo no alojamento . Mas desde que cheguei , tentei contactar a proprietária e nunca obtive resposta do outro lado , tanto enviei mensagem no booking como no Whatsapp. Coloquei várias questões e fui completamente ignorada .
• Tamás (10/5): Kényelmes, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman. - Autóval jól megközelíthető, közel az autópálya minden kiránduláshoz. Közelben egy nagy supermarket. A szállás olyan mint a képeken. Teljesen felszerelt a konyha, a fürdőszoba. Kényelmes ágy, sok párna választási lehetőséggel. Tiszta és illatos volt az apartman a megérkezéskor. A szekrényben sok fogas, jó pakolási lehetőséggel. A hálószobából szép kilátás van a kikötőre. Csak egy dolog nem tetszett, hogy erkélyes vagy teraszos apartmant jelöltem meg a keresőben, de ehhez az apartmanhoz (A1) nem volt terasz, csak ahol az autó parkolni tud.

Un bagno per ogni camera più uno in comune Presenza di lavatrice ed asciugatrice, nessuna lavastoviglie Unica pecca è stata una delle due camere, senza finestre e con la zona bagno non separata da alcuna porta dalla zona letto

• Jan-Erik (8/5): Välutrustat boende med fantastisk utsikt över staden från balkonger och terrasser - Fin utsikt över staden, särskilt nyårsfyrverkeriet. Rymligt boende, välutrustat kök. Unken doft i några av badrummen, läget fint ifråga om utsikten, men inte mycket att göra i kvarteren, typ restauranger, sevärdheter eller barer (bussen till Monte gick dock några hundra meter bort).
• Igors (3/5): Good location, nice view from balcony. Constant sewage smell in the house. Owners didn’t compenseted extra costs for add - Balcony and location. It was clean. Available parking. There was a constant sewage smell in the house. The windows had to be kept open all the time. There were no extra duvets, because the double ones were laid out, but not everyone was a couple. We agreed with the owners that we would buy additional ones and they would reimburse us. They have not transferred the money for 10 days now and are not responding.
• Dorotea Ladika (10/5): 10/10 - The apartment is really modern, spacious and equipped with anything you might need. It is perfect for a longer stay, the location is great and the view is amazing!
• Inacio (9/5): - Boa localização, bom estacionamento, boa internet. Não cheguei a perceber como funciona a TV, o que valeu é que usamos muito pouco. A casa é boa, tirando alguns pormenores que menciono em baixo. Num dos quartos não existe porta da casa de banho para o quarto, muito pouco espaço entre o lavatório e a sanita. Achamos que isso poderia ser melhorado, com um móvel de lavatório mais pequeno e uma porta de vidro para separar o chuveiro, e claro uma porta, nem que seja de fole, para mais privacidade na casa de banho, o mesmo acontece na terceira casa de banho, também pouco espaço entre sanita e móvel do lavatório.
• Dalibor (8/5): - very nice accommodation — we really liked the place overall. The only downside was the bathrooms, which smelled strongly of sewage, especially the one next to the smaller room. It was quite unpleasant. The owner got a feedback, so we believe it will be fixed for the following guests. Generally we recommend this place very much.

• Efrat_P (9/5): דירה טובה בפונשל - דירה נוחה מאד. מאובזרת, חניה נוחה בחוץ וגם בתוך המתחם. מטבח מעולה, סלון נוח והכל מעוצב מאד יפה המיקום היה קצת בעייתי מבחינתנו- לא היתה אפשרות להגיע ברגל לשום מקום בגלל התלילות הרבה של המקום. חצי שעה ברגל לחוף ולמרכז פונשל. במונית עלה כ 10 יורו לכיוון
