• Rose (10/5): Amazing oasis - This place is great! I stayed 6 nights and basically had the whole resort to myself. I don’t understand why it’s not more popular (granted it was low season). The pool area with a view of the river is amazing - I didn’t want to go anywhere else - this is the best view in Pai. It’s in a great location on walking street but it’s a quiet oasis during the day. In the evening you can hear some music from the bars but it didn’t bother me and stopped at midnight which is when I usually go to sleep anyway. Just one suggestion for improvement- my room had beautiful stained glass windows but the curtains did not cover them so light spilled in. That window area needs a curtain.

Le bungalow avec vue sur la rivière et les montagnes est vraiment agréable et permet de profiter pleinement du cadre naturel. L’emplacement est idéal, au bout de la walking street, ce qui permet d’être à la fois proche de l’animation et au calme. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, avec une belle ambiance tropicale. La piscine est également très appréciable pour se détendre. L’ensemble dégage une atmosphère paisible et reposante. Nous recommandons pour un séjour au calme à Pai. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé

• Flore (5/5): Mooie accomodatie maar lawaaierig - Heel mooi zwembad, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Het lawaai ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts. Dit was enorm storend, zelfs met oordoppen hoorde je het nog. Overdag is het rustig, maar kom hier niet als je rust zoekt ‘s avonds. Geen aanrader.

• Joshua (10/5): A blissful retreat away from it all - This is by far the best place I've stayed in Thailand. The location is ideal. It's very close to downtown, but I found it to be perfectly quiet most of the time. There was some noise at night from the walking street, but it wasn't that bad at all. I loved being able to walk onto the deck and watch the river. There wasn't really anything I didn't like about this place. I could see a need for a stronger front door, but other than that, my complaints are stupid things like "I couldn't get the right shade on the deck at all hours of the day" lol

De locatie zit zo centraal dat je in de avond wel wat geluiden hoort van de hoofdstraat waar alle restaurants, cafés zitten met bandjes en zangers. Wisten we vantevoren niet. Dus is niet de schuld van de locatie, maar als je rust wilt moet je niet in de hoofdstraat zitten.

Man ist direkt um die Ecke im Getümmel und hat es trotzdem ruhig. Vorausgesetzt man hat den richtigen Bungalow gemietet. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

In the top three of all of our stays. I rarely write reviews but I would highly recommend Rim Pai to fellow travelers and I will certainly stay there again on my next trip to Pai. We got lucky when we stumbled upon it. Safe travels everyone! I seem to always find a little something wrong with the places I stay. Not major things but something. I'm happy to say that every single thing at Rim Pai was wonderful. Thanks for breaking my negativity streak. I stand corrected. See you again someday.

• Julia (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage und idyllisches Ambiente. Schöne Bungalows am Fluss. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die walking street ist direkt an der Unterkunft sodass man genug Restaurants und Bars in absoluter Nähe ist. Durch die Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist es auch teilweise sehr laut nachts. Der Pool ist ab um 2 Uhr nachmittags im Januar im Schatten. Das fand ich bisschen schade. .

• natasha (9/5): - Beautiful little bungalows right at the entry to walking street so perfect for exploring Pai. The beds were pretty comfortable although small for two. The staff were so friendly and helpful, check in and check out was easy and the room cleaning was great. The pool is small but cute and pleasant. The noise from the bars didn't bother us, yes you can hear it but it's not loud. It is a little cold at night, some room heating or thicker blankets is a good idea. I was ok but slept in warm pajamas and my hoodie.

De huisjes zijn mooi afgewerkt en de tuin wordt ontzettend goed onderhouden. Het bed was met een topper comfortabeler dan de meeste bedden in Thailand. Bij het douchen is het een beetje zoeken naar een straal om de shampoo uit te spoelen. Echter heerlijk warm water en een ruime badkamer. In zag in andere recensies iets over muziek van de walkingstreet. De muziek stopt tussen 23.30-00.00. Het was niet overheersend en daarnaast nemen we altijd oordopjes mee dus wij hadden er geen last van terwijl we een van de huisjes dichterbij de straat hadden.

• Paul (10/5): Love RimPai! - Wonderful stay. Perfect location right near all the action but felt like an oasis of calm to escape to. Room was perfect for us and we loved the balcony which was surrounded by greenery which made it feel very private. Very kind and helpful staff as well.
• Katrin (10/5): Eine Anlage mit Wohlfühl-Athmosphäre - Auf unserer Nordthailand-Rundreise war das RimPai Cottage die schönste und gepflegteste Unterkunft. Alles im Zimmer, das direkt am Fluss lag und eine schöne Terrasse hatte, funktionierte und war in einem guten Zustand. Was wir in vielen anderen Unterkünften vermissten - wie z.B. Ablageflächen, Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen usw. - war hier vorhanden. Das Personal war herzlich, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mich zu meinem Geburtstag mit einer schönen Geburtstagsdekoration im Zimmer und einem Stück Geburtstagskuchen (mit Kerze) überrascht. Hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück, das man sich aus der Frühstückskarte aussuchen kann - von süß bis herzhaft ist alles dabei. Toast, Marmelade und Obst gibt es zusätzlich. Es ist ganz besonders schön angerichtet und schmeckt hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt zudem perfekt - ganz am Ende der Walking Street. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war perfekt.
• Friederike (7/5): - Die Lage und das gesamte Gelände waren super schön und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Leider war das Zimmer recht hellhörig, weshalb man abends die Musik der nahegelegenen Bar deutlich hören konnte.

Der Besitzer war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Pai hatte viele Vorteile, allerdings wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sollte man vor 16 Uhr wieder im Quartier sein, sonst quält man sich etwas durch die Walking Street. Alles war perfekt, man sollte sich nur klar sein, dass es auf der Walking Street in der Nacht nicht ganz leise ist und man das im Quartier mitbekommt.

Man ist da in Mitten von Pai, aber in der Anlage und am Fluss ist es sehr ruhig. Ich habe es genossen und sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und herausgeputzt. Es war alles super. Zu bemerken ist aber, wenn man mit dem Roller unterwegs ist, muss man um zu der Unterkunft zu gelangen praktisch durch die ganze Walking Street (Einbahn Strasse) fahren. Am Abend ist diese Strasse sehr gut besucht ;-) Nachtrag: Das Resort liefert für den Weg eine Abkürzung (Umfahrung der Walking Street). Leider habe ich diese Nachricht verpasst, da ich sehr kurzfristig gebucht habe.

• ABrass (9/5): - Top Lage, direkt an der WalkingStreet. Schöne Hütten mit Bad/WC. Direkt am Fluss gelegen, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Wir waren zwei Nächte auf einer Motorrad-Tour dort, hätten aber problemlos auch noch länger bleiben können, da es in Pai und Umgebung sehr viel zu entdecken gibt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
• Khemmachart (9/5): Good - Our room it next to the river, we enjoyed the nice time spent at the balcony, this is the most improtant thing I chose this hotel. The hotel locates in the middle of Pai town, at the end of the walking street, and nextto the river,perfect location. Staff service is very good. Hotel is a bit dated, moderately maintained.
