• Anna (10/5): Really great comfortable stay that feels like a home - The location, while not being city center and thus requiring public transit for all sightseeing, was actually really great for us. The area was more quiet without loud morning or night sounds, the building isn’t far from the station, and the exit to get there conveniently has a 24hr mart. The place is very safe with its security system of two codes, one for the lobby and one for the room. The room design was also fantastic and very comfortable to stay in. I particularly liked the well lit vanity, the comfortable couch, and the water pressure of the shower. It has so many useful things in it appliance wise as well, though we did not use them much. Would definitely stay here again. It will take a little bit of time for the single heater unit to warm whole apartment, but it does heat everywhere.

• Jenica Rizon (10/5): - The place had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It is also located in a quiet neighborhood, so we were able to get our much-needed sleep at night. We ran into a bit of trouble entering the place on our first night, but the owner was very patient in answering all our queries and made sure we could get in safely despite the late-night check-in. Despite the accommodation being a few minutes away from Kikusui Station, we failed to consider the road conditions during the winter. It was covered in thick snow which made dragging our heavy luggage quite a challenge.

The apartment is badly planned - there's a very large IKEA sofa there that takes a lot of space and makes it harder to move. My wife likes it so much. The washing has dryer equipped and very goods. All appliances are brand name ie Panasonic. Need more instructions on how to use dryer. I figure out trial and error until know how to use it.

• Andy (9/5): Very nice apartment for a couple with metro station and supermarket nearby. - It looks very new and very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but accessible by metro to Oodori just 2 stops. There is big 24-hr supermarket at metro station where I buy groceries to cook delicious dinner. The heater seems a bit weak so we feel cold (early November).

• ming hua (7/5): 不介意空間規劃動線的人，住宿是很可以考慮 - 廚房設備算齊全 、有洗衣機、吊衣架很多，有浴缸可以泡澡。住宿點離菊水站不遠，出站就有超市很方便 一個超級大的沙發床佔據空間、非常難坐且很影響行走動線，地上又有突出線路走路要小心，還有，廚房沒有湯碗。此外，建議公寓管理者，入住指示除了文字並搭配圖示會更好一些

Never again. - 近くの駐車場が安かった 駐車場が安いという点以外、良いところは一切ありませんでした。まず、スタッフの対応が異常です。チェックイン前からリマインダーメールが10通以上も届き、チェックアウト当日の早朝にもメールで起こされるという、他では経験したことないほどうざったい運営でした。対面ではないのにここまでプレッシャーを感じるのは初めてです。 部屋は信じられないほど狭く、80cmのシングルベッド2つとソファーでほとんど埋まっており、通路はソファーにぶつかるほどでした。3人で予約したのに寝具は2セットしかなく、80cmのベッドに添い寝を強いられるとは驚きです。エレベーターは誰かが嘔吐した後のような猛烈な悪臭が漂っており、最悪の環境でした。 周辺には飲食店が一切ないため、食事を楽しみたい方には全くおすすめできません。この宿に2万5千円払うなら、他にいくらでも良い選択肢があります。近くの安い駐車場を使うためだけに我慢して泊まる価値は全くないと思います。改善するなら、まずこのうざったい運営システムを根本から見直すべきです。 There was absolutely nothing good about this place except for the cheap nearby parking. First and foremost, the staff's approach is absurd. I received over 10 reminder emails before check-in and was even woken up by a check-out reminder email early on the morning of departure. The operation is unbelievably annoying and pressuring, even without any face-to-face interaction—a first in my experience. The room was unbelievably cramped, almost entirely filled with two 80cm single beds and a sofa, leaving a walkway so narrow you bumped into the sofa. Despite booking for three people, only two sets of bedding were provided, essentially forcing two people to share an 80cm bed. The elevator reeked violently of what smelled like vomit, making the environment utterly disgusting. The area has zero restaurants nearby, so I cannot recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy meals. Paying 25,000 yen for this place is a scam; there are countless better options elsewhere. It is not worth tolerating just to use the cheap parking nearby. If they want to improve, they should start by completely overhauling this irritating operation system.

• Mary Honeyleen (9/5): Wonderful condo hotel a few stops away from Sapporo City Center! - The instructions I got on how to register and get a code was very straightforward and easy. The building is distinctly new compared to the buildings in the neighborhood, which was really quiet. I liked that the nearest train station was a five minute walk and right next to a grocery! Also, loved that there were a couple of convenience stores nearby, plus a wonderful coffee shop across the Family Mart. The actual space was clean, and had everything we needed. A bonus was that the airport bus from New Chitose stopped nearby too (about a 7-10 minute walk). We have no complaints. When our lock got stuck, we were able to message the property owner via Booking.com and they immediately responded and assisted us with clear instructions.
• Yu Hsuan (9/5): - 提供很多的衣架，晾衣桿也有兩個，非常適合喜歡在旅行中洗衣服的人！！！ 冷氣非常涼，睡覺溫度很舒適 位置算便利，距離菊水站走路3-5分鐘而已，重點是其中一個出口有24小時的超大超市！！！ 電視可連接各種平台，非常方便 房間內的L型沙發太大，晒衣桿下方還有一個折疊桌，兩個都很佔空間 枕頭太軟塌（沒有彈性），如果喜歡超軟枕的人很適合 插座都在不方便的地方（冰箱上方與電視最下方）

But safety concerns should be the top priority - Simple steps to check-in It is an electric door for the room, but there is no extra lock apart from the electric lock. Suppose we are the only ones who have our room password. One night, we went back to the room for a few minutes, then a stranger pressed the password from outside and successfully opened our door. We were shocked, and the stranger apologized and left immediately. We couldn't believe that someone knew our room password and entered without our permission. We couldn't stop it since there was no extra lock that could be applied. I was very worried about our safety for the whole night even the host changed the password for us after an hour.
• Victoria (10/5): Comfortable and cosy accomodation. - It had everything we needed (except an iron). Immaculately clean, comfortable and very well designed. A generous fridge. Close to Kikusui Metro Station and supermarket. Good coffee at the Potmum Hotel Cafe in the next parallel street. Also good coffee at the Musica Hall Cafe (opens at 11am). If you are a swimmer, the Sunshine Club across the river (15 minute walk) has a nice 25 metre pool that doesn't ever seem to be very busy. It doesn't open until 11am though. Quiet area and not at all touristy - but the centre of Sapporo is not that far away. If flying out of Sapporo (New Chitose Airport), you can catch the local metro to Shin Sapporo Station and swap onto the JR line there (airport train) . Easier than going back into Sapporo Station.
