• Erika (10/5): Bármikor megszállnék itt újra! - Remek szálláshely Alicante központi részén. A lakás tökéletesen megfelelt minden elvárásnak. Számomra a legfontosabb a higiénia volt, ugyanis kisgyerekkel utaztunk. Tökéletesen tiszta volt, jól felszerelt, kényelmes ágyakkal. Az épületben lift van, így a babakocsival és a csomagokkal is könnyedén boldogultunk. Tényleg remek az elhelyezkedése és a házigazda is nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az épület mellett van egy parkoló is (La Lonja). Fizetős, de nagyon praktikus. Egyszóval ajánlom bárkinek!! Mivel központi zóna, így a városi zaj eléggé hallatszik. Aki nincs szokva vele, annak zavaró lehet.
• Valentin (9/5): Nice apartment - The apartment is clean, large, with natural light( I liked the view also), well equipped with everything you need, in a good area, about 15-20 minutes from the beach. The owner is kind and I would recommend this location. What may be disturbing for some people is that it is located on the 4th floor (there is an elevator anyway) and being located on a busy street, there is quite a lot of noise even with the window closed.

La anfitriona, Fe, fue encantadora desde el primer momento: todo fueron facilidades y, además, no nos puso hora de salida el domingo, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. A nuestra llegada nos encontramos la mesa decorada con motivos navideños, un detalle precioso, y también nos dejó cápsulas de café y magdalenas. El apartamento es muy cómodo y acogedor, con dos baños, habitaciones muy bien equipadas, aire acondicionado, un sofá comodísimo y un ambiente muy confortable. Estuvimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Дуже простора комфортна квартира з великою кількістю необхідного посуду, ідеальна для довгого перебування великої сім'ї чи компанії друзів. Квартира знаходиться на 4 поверсі, є ліфт. Поруч знаходиться Меркадона та ринок ~5 хв пішки, до пляжу 12-15 хв, також неподалік різні кафе та ресторани. В кожній кімнаті є кондиціонери. На кухні були сіль, перець, олія. Була також пляжна парасолька. Все сподобалось.

• Mária (10/5): Проживання було справді чудовим! - Проживання було справді чудовим! Апартаменти були чисті, сучасно облаштовані та повністю обладнані — ми відчували себе як удома. Локація дуже зручна, все було легко доступне. Окремо хочу подякувати за гнучкість при заїзді — дуже цінуємо, що нас люб’язно зареєстрували після 19:00. Також дякуємо, що дозволили залишитися ще на кілька годин у зв’язку з нашим пізнім вильотом. Такий підхід дуже нас порадував і зробив наше перебування ще комфортнішим. Безумовно рекомендуємо ці апартаменти всім і із задоволенням повернемося сюди при наступній поїздці! Все сподобалося.

Apartamentul este modern mobilat, utilat cu tot ce ai putea avea nevoie, , masina de spalat rufe si vase, aer conditionat in toate camerele, 2 bai care ajuta nespus de mult cand sunt 4-5 oaspeti. Nu lipseste nimic. Din contra, esti asteptat cu apa, unt, cafea, ceai, briose, vin si diverse …. Aproape de centru, de magazine, restaurante, plaje. Nimic

It's tastefully decorated with amazing little touches. Fe was very considerate in giving us an early check in as our flight was early morning. • Marius (10/5): Confort în Alicante - Un apartament cu toate dotările necesare, care oferă confortul dorit. Aer condiționat pe mai multe zone (fiecare dormitor, living), care permite să setezi temperatura dorită în fiecare încăpere. Apartamentul este ideal pentru o familie cu 2-3 copii sau pentru două familii, din care una cu copil. Structura apartamentului asigură intimitatea necesară, dormitoarele și băile fiind de o parte și de alta a livingului și bucătăriei. Excelent tot. Să nu uit: Mercadona (cu prețuri foarte, foarte bune) este la 3 minute de mers pe jos, iar Mercado Central este la 5 minute. Perfect. Uneori se mai defectează liftul și etajul 4 poate părea cam prea sus pentru urcat pe scări, dar după ce guști toate bunătățile bucătăriei locale este chiar bine și sănătos să mai arzi din calorii. 😛

The host Fe was great - very nice, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended.
• Nicholas (10/5): Absolutely Loved This Apartment!!! - The apartment was fantastic. It was very modern, clean, comfortable and was well equipped with everything you need for a lengthy stay. The location is also great, there is a big supermarket (Marcadona) a couple of mins walk away, where you'll find everything you need, and you can also find some bars and cafes in the local area without have to venture far. Then literally a 5min walk away is Mercado Central in the middle of town, with one of the main tram stations near by and then maybe another 5min walk down to the waterfront promenade and beach with even more bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything is close by, even getting to the train station was simple - I can't stress how handy the location was! On a couple of occasions I found the street quite noisy during the night, with what sounded like refuse collections. But I think that would be the case all over town, not just this area.

The location is about 10 minute walk to sea front and lots to do nearby. Easy check in and were able to drop off luggage as we had arrived early. • Pavel (10/5): Perfect. One of the best apartments that we stayed. - The flat is very comfortable and beautiful. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big livingroom with dining area and kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There is an elevator in the building. The owner was very nice and kind. She was waiting for us when we cheked-in. There were some refreshments in the fridge, which is always a good thing. Also let us leave our bags in the flat for a few hours when we cheked out. The location of the apartment is very good, near Mercat Central (less than 5 minutes). Also its not far from other landmarks. The city beach is also ~15 minutes walking from the flat. The area seemed safe during night time as well. We are happy that we stayed there. Thanks
• Luna (10/5): A delightful stay easily worth booking - Excellent location and services. I took a chance on this apartment that is fairly new to Booking.com and didn’t not regret it at all. Easily one of the best apartments I’ve stayed at in Alicante. The apartment was well furnished with high quality decor and amenities. Zero noise pollution from neighbours or the street despite the apartment being right above a Main Street. Three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (the second being connected to one of the bedrooms) and a lovely kitchen stocked with some drinks, coffee pods and mini cupcakes. The host is superb and easy to contact if you have any questions. A lift is available and the apartment is in a great location that easy to navigate to and from. Would easily book again. Genuinely no complaints. The apartment door key is a little tricky at first but easy to use once you get the hang of it.
