• Gerhard (8/5): Viel besser als gedacht - Liegt ideal in Flughafennaehe und zum Bahnhof nach Palermo zu kommen nur 150m. Der Strand von Chisini ist auch toll und nicht weit entfernt. Ein Leihwagen ist aber Grundvoraussetzung - ohne Auto geht's nicht Pluspunkt is auch der Pool und der private Parkplatz Adele ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und im daneben und dazu gehörigen Lokal Stop und Go kann man deutlich viel besser essen - und die Ober sind nett - wenn man glaubt es ist nur Raststätte Wir fahren 4 Nächte und haetten schon gedacht das die Zimmer gereinigt werden

• Kai (10/5): - Zimmer war sehr gut,alles neu und super sauber.Frühstück war ok,Lage war gut mit Mietwagen oder per Zug,da Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Pool und Garten sehr schön mit zwei lieben Hunden. Pizzeria direkt nebenan. Kleiner Restaurant Tipp: Mit Zug nach Carini Torre, vom Bahnhof aus nach links ca.500m zum Einkaufszentrum und dort zum Japanischen Restaurant Osaki all you can eat.... fantastisch!!! Frühstück könnte mit mehr Liebe zubereitet sein,war aber trotzdem alles vorhanden.Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen ,aber trotzdem schön mit dem imposanten Berg im Hintergrund.

• Jacki (10/5): Lovely room, very convenient for the airport - We stayed very briefly overnight to make it easier to get to the airport early the next morning. The host arranged a car to take us to the airport but when the car wasn't able to come made alternative arrangements for us so we weren't late. We were very grateful for their assistance We didn't realise we were staying in one room of a two room apartment. It wasn't really a problem given our short stay though

• Tracey (10/5): - Have stayed several times now at Martanna. Great place to relax and only 2 stops from the airport.. That host us always very welcoming and very kind. Provides spotless clean accommodation and a great breakfast. We will return no doubt again on our next visit. Nothing. Just wish I had more time here.

La chambre est super et la literie incroyablement confortable. La piscine super, le jardin très beau , le lieu proche de l'aéroport dans un endroit calme. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

• Massino (9/5): Pienamente soddisfatti - Struttura bella e molto curata in tutti i particolari con un giardino spettacolare e parcheggio interno . Solo 2 camere completamente attrezzate e confortevoli con un grande terrazzo. Martanna è dotata di una Piscina meravigliosa con spogliatoio dedicato, bagni e docce annessi . Che dire della colazione: superlativa , molto ricca con frutta, dolce e salato, con prodotti freschissimi nel rispetto della migliore tradizione siciliana. Siccome La struttura non effettua la pulizia delle camere, soprattutto i bagni, non abbiamo trovato materiale per poter effettuarle in autonomia . Suggeriamo quindi di fornire agli ospiti tale materiale. A richiesta vengono cambiate le tovaglie per il bagno.

• Maria (8/5): Magnifique échappe près de l'aéroport - Magnifique piscine, jardin, chambre très propre, stylée et comfortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle, clim fonctionne bien, 10 min de l'aéroport Nous étions légèrement dessus du petit déjeuner : en effet,partant à 7h du matin, j'avais écrit en avance en demandant de me confirmer si nous aurons le petit déjeuner complet,ce qui a été fait. Néanmoins, on nous a laissé que des gâteaux et des yaourts. Ils étaient bons,mais après avoir vu tous les commentaires sur le "petit déjeuner incroyable", c'était pas ça ce qu'on attendait, surtout sachant que nous avons accordé ce service en avance et que le petit déjeuner initialement est inclut dans le prix.

• Rachael Lorna (9/5): Wonderful, quiet place by airport. - Wonderful place. Very helpful owner-manager, rooms recently decorated with efficient but quiet air conditioning, perfectly clean, generous breakfast and lovely pool. Great, inexpensive restaurant next door - Stop and Go. Don't be put off by the gas-station name! Location is not so convenient if you don't have a car. Trains are infrequent. It is about 30 min walk to seafront but there are limited sidewalks so it is quite a difficult walk even for those used to Italian traffic habits. No local taxi services either.

• Belinda (9/5): Great! - Lovely rooms with great bathrooms. Nice balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and the host is lovely. She waited up for us when our plane was delayed. Nothing. Sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool.

• Frances (10/5): Perfect stay 10 mins from the airport - It had everything we needed for a last stay before an early flight. The room was great, the pool very welcome on a hot day. Communication very good. Restaurant nearby. And they were able to organise a taxi at 4.30am for our trip to the airport. Nothing.

• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place only 6 min walk to the station and 2 stops to the airport. Everything was perfect. The most comfortable bed of the whole trip. Myself and my husband found it hard leave as we slept in. The room was beautful. The breakfast was fantastic with ample selection of sweet and savoury choice. Also fresh fruit and yougart. Good selection of coffee and Teas. The host was so kind. She left out a some treats for us to take for the airport for our early departure. The whole facility was better than a hotel. I spent the last day in the pool before my return home. Best place we have stayed in Sicily. We hope to return. Also next door has an excellent Resturant. Stop and go. Great food with plenty of choice from Pizza, pasta, vegan choices. Just so handy. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• Ana (10/5): Nice, clean room with amazing hosts close to the airport - The room was great, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect choice for staying near the airport. Hosts are very welcoming, warm and nice! I would absolutely recommend this place! It has nothing to do with accommodation or hosts itself, just something important to mention - we had to be at the airport around 6am and there was no train before 7am. Our hosts were really helpful and effecient in this situation, they managed to get us a taxi service to the airport, and everything went smoothly. This is just something to keep in mind, if you have very early flight, you might need to book a taxi service because train might not be an option.
• Michelle (10/5): A beautiful oasis! - I arrived after midnight, and the taxi driver had to call to get specific directions for their location (it's a little tricky). The owner and her daughter met me at the gate with a warm greeting and welcomed me into their beautiful oasis. They carried my bags up a spiral staircase to the most beautiful room, decorated to perfection! The attached bathroom was quite chic, with modern amenities. The garden is beautiful with a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was an abundant selection of pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. I visited with the family for a short while, and they offered to drive me to the airport. Before I left, they insisted I take a bagged lunch of delicious homemade sandwiches and two loaves of fresh bread! They knew I would be meeting my cousin later in the day, so they made enough for two! Their kindness was like a warm embrace of an old friend. It truly set the tone for the start of a wonderful vacation. Nothing! My stay was perfect!

• Tim (10/5): Outstanding! We will stay again! - The property was beautiful and well-maintained. It is family run and they are very friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant located next-door that has excellent food. It is also owned by the family. We would highly recommend eating there. We only stayed for one night because we had a flight out of Palermo the next morning, but the next time we are in Palermo, we will stay there for a few days to enjoy that part of the Palermo area. We love the property and there was nothing to dislike about it.

• Nancy (8/5): Martanna Rooms is convenient to the airport, with gracious hosts and is very clean and comfortable. - The room was pristine and very comfortable. And the location could not be better for getting to the airport. Our hosts also provided a delicious breakfast. Google maps put us in a nearby parking lot to the house and the entry gate was locked when we finally arrived. Though we communicated through Bookings.com I recommend using What’s App which should have been faster.

The breakfast was also really good and more than what we could eat. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely recommend.

We mentioned that we had an early morning flight, and she kindly offered to prepare a breakfast for us and eat before leaving.  Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good - it included a lot of pastry, yoghurts, jams and fresh fruit. We definitely recommend!

• Alberto (10/5): Comfortable, fell equipped, pool, peaceful and near the airport - The place is perfect for a relaxing day before leaving Sicily, and that's what I did. Good views of the mountain from the pool, I spent some hours there. Also the room is very comfortable, well equipped and decorated. Next to Martanna's there's a restaurant where you can eat your meals. The breakfast at Martanna was excellent. Finally, it'a located just five minutes away from my rent a car devolution parking, so the last day and morning in Sicily was comfortable, peaceful, relaxed and easy. Thank you!

Situated in a pleasant and quiet area, it offers an exceptional host, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The hotel is impeccably clean and boasts a lavish, varied breakfast with fruit, cakes, juice, coffe that leaves nothing to be desired. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience. Nothing bad. We could have used a larger refrigerator than the one provided. The supermarket was closed on Sunday when we arrived, so an option to buy snacks would have been useful. However, there is a pizzeria right next door where you can buy cake, wine, etc. This is only to highlight that Martanna Rooms is fantastic and lacks nothing.

• Kasjan (10/5): Exceptional - Hosts were absolutly amazing, the villa is so nice next to the restaurant - remote location allowing for peace and quite, view from the balcony at the mountains is breath taking. We were leaving very early morning but we still got served breakfast from what seemed a fresh local bakery - not to mention the help with transport to the airport on Sunday!

• Inna (10/5): Stylish, kind hosts - I recently stayed at an apartment and was thoroughly impressed. The hosts were incredibly kind, and everything in the apartment was new and stylish. While the experience was overall excellent, be aware that if you have an early flight and have already returned your rental car, the train service starts only at 7 AM, and a taxi for the 5-minute ride to the airport costs 60 euros.
• Kevin (10/5): Would be happy to return and recommend. Beautifully designed and equipped extension to large villa. - Beautiful bathroom, fabulous views outside, handy little fridge for water. Just round the corner within walking distance was a pizzeria which was excellent and saved a trip into town. A parking space was made available inside the gated building for our hired car. Very friendly greeting on arrival and departure by the mother of the owner. The spiral staircase was easy to manoeuvre with light luggage, less so with my large suitcase. Train from PMO to Martanna Rooms was only hourly Friday evening mid MAY 2024.

• Sheila (10/5): Near airport, faboulous room and bathroom ,friendly helpful hosts - We loved the room the bed and bathroom all so comfortable spacious and decorated beautifully. The hosts were friendly and very helpful finding us a taxi for an early morning flight and putting out lovely bits for breakfast so we could take some for the airport. We eat next door at the Stop and Go and it was very nice and so convient We didnt use the pool unfortunately we didnt have time but it looked very nice and clean.Fabulous property close to train for Palermo also Dogs barking nearby

• Tomasino (10/5): A home from home. - From the moment I got here, I felt at home. As soon as you enter the gates of the property it is absolutely beautiful. The hosts are amazing and speak great English. They are very accommodating and welcome you with open arms. My room was spectacular and very spacious. The interior was very modern and the cleanliness was 10/10. I sadly only stayed here for one night as I had a connecting flight. The airport is only a 7 minute drive from the property so you can make use of the great pool they have until you are ready to leave. Breakfast was lovely, and they cannot do enough for you. I highly recommend and will 100% be returning here / recommending family and friends to visit Martanna Rooms. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I could not fault it at all.
