• Stefanny (9/5): - The convenient location to where we were going to do our activities. However at night it looked dangerous Some blocks right next to the hotel were not as safe . therefore, we enjoyed to be outside in the daytime mainly.

Brak w pokoju szklanek i sztućców . Były tylko papierowe kubki . W hotelowej restauracji zamówiliśmy pizzę dla dzieci i przywieźli nam ją do stolika jeszcze częściowo zamrożoną.. basen na dachu hotelu był czynny tylko do godziny 18:00.
• Jocelyn (2/5): Not happy Jan! - Being an Accor gold member, i automatically boom Novotel expecting standardised service everywhere. One particular staff could not locate my booking. I showed her my booking confirmation. I was shocked when she told me “it’s not their problem” and to ring the company who we booked our rooms the next day. I expressed my feedback to another staff hoping this will be resolved. They found my booking and gave us a room but impression of service was already damaged!

The restaurant by the entrance (on the road) is great very small detail but it annoyed me lol – In the room there’s a small sign with a QR code to scan for room service menu and it says 7am to 11pm, and then when you scan it it says 12pm-11pm, but when I called at 12:10 they said the kitchen isn’t open until 2pm, bro what? Also had to guess which number to call because of course the number on the sign isn’t correct 🤷‍♀️

• hamza (8/5): - Otel çalışanı yardım sever. Kahvaltı beklentiyi karşılıyor, yeteri kadar çeşit yiyecek, meyve ve içecek mevcut. Odamız rahattı. Aile olarak rahat kalınabilecek bir otel. Belirli saatlerde şehir merkezine giden servisleri bulunmaktadır. Bulunduğu konum rahat bir mahalle değil. Gece gezmeleri için devamlı taksi kullanmamız gerekti. Şehir merkezinden biraz uzaktaydı.

• Barbara (8/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und fühlten uns wohl. Toller Dachpool&großartiges Frühstücksbuffet - Pool am Dach: super! Personal dort sehr nett. Leckere Drinks und sehr Kinderfreundlich. Frühstück: tolle und große Auswahl! Sehr lecker. Guter Mix aus traditionellem griechischen Essen, gesund, lecker und europäischen Essen. Zimmer: renovierungsbedürftig. Alter schmutziger Teppich, Bad recht alt und verbraucht. Kaum Verstaumöglichkeuten der Kleidung im Schrank. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Nicht Preis-Leistungsgerecht. Aber Pool, Hotellobby und sehr nettes Personal gleichen das aus.

Till och med taxichaufförerna rekommenderade oss att vara försiktiga. Vi tog därför bara Uber. Badrummet var inte särskilt rent och rummet var också väldigt litet för oss som bodde där i en hel vecka.

• Artur (10/5): - Very pleasant stay at the Novotel Athens! The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and very professional staff. The rooftop terrace and pool offer a beautiful view of Athens, especially at sunset. The breakfast was rich and fresh, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Excellent service and great value for money. Highly recommended! The area around the hotel is not the most attractive, especially at night.

Non ho usufruito dei loro servizi perché ho preferito visitare tutti i luoghi/bar/ristoranti della città. La posizione è a soli 10minuti a piedi da LARISSA STATION da dove partono metro e treno diretto per l'aeroporto. A 15minuti a piedi c'è poi la fermata dell' autobus HOP-ON-HOP-OFF. Bellissima la vista dell' Acropoli. Check-in disponibile dopo le 24:00. È un hotel di lusso ma purtroppo sorge in una zona della città dove vivono molto persone straniere ma che non danno nessuno fastidio. Bagno privo di bidè.

An embarrassment to the Novotel brand. Situated in an unsafe area, shabby rooms overlooking abandoned buildings and dumpsters. Dirty room, ripped linen, 40 year old "decor".

• Matthieu (8/5): Très bien - Excellent accueil et personnel très aimable. Excellent petit-déjeuner, très varié et copieux. Chambre très propre. A 10 -15 min des stations de métro. Parking souterrain : voiture à l'abri. Bonne literie pour le lit principal (mais pas pour le lit-canapé). L'hôtel est très beau mais dans un quartier horrible. Le roof-top inaccessible pour prendre les photos alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa vue. Vue depuis la fenêtre sur un quartier délabré avec un vieux terrain de basket transformé en décharge urbaine. Lors de notre arrivée, le lit-canapé n'était pas déplié et pas très confortable. La taille de la chambre vraiment limite pour 4 personnes avec bagages. Une des serviettes de douche avait un gros trou au milieu. Le petit-déjeuner servi qu'à partir de 7h alors que nous voulions partir tôt en visite...
• Matthieu (8/5): Très bien ! - Pour notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur l'Acropole, c'était joli (la première fois c'était la décharge urbaine). Le canapé-lit était déplié à notre arrivée, c'était mieux que notre premier séjour. L'hôtel est très beau, très propre et accueillant. Le personnel très sympathique. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux : très varié, bonne qualité et copieux. Stations de métro à 10-15 min de marche, c'est pratique. Parking souterrain, la voiture est à l'abri. Le quartier autour de l'hôtel est horrible (mais pas coupe-gorge). La taille de la chambre pour 4 personnes avec bagages est vraiment juste. Le canapé-lit pour les ados n'est pas hyper-confortable. Le roof-top non accessible alors que nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour ce point fort : cela devrait être mentionné à la réservation qu'il est en travaux.

• Alexandre (6/5): Hôtel pas au niveau 4* Novotel - Le niveau minimal de prestations de Novotel, dont le parking souterrain gratuit La décrépitude du quartier, peu conforme à l’image Novotel - la sécurité par carte de chambre désactivée pour l’accès au parking et aux étages - la fermeture de la piscine un 27 Avril par météo plus qu’agréable. L’accès peu contrôlé au parking a d’ailleurs failli nous bloquer en sortie, un genre de minibus s’étant installé juste après le portail du garage en empiétant sur la voie de descente au garage!

• Mark (9/5): A great stay in Athens City Centre - Comfort, Staff and location, all excellent. We had an issue in the fact the pool and rooftop was closed and we were not made aware of this, HOWEVER, the hotel and booking.com were very responsive and reacted accordingly which was appreciated.
