• Miguel (10/5): Incredible value for money - This was by far the best value for money accomodation I have experienced during my travel through Central Asia. The rooms are great. The staff in friendly and helpfull. The location is good, close to shops and restaurants and a 15 min walk to the Old Town, during which you pass a beautiful little mosque that is skipped by guided tours. -

Сам встречает и сам провожает .. Всегда присутствует на завтраках . без внимания точно не останетесь . даже если проспите завтрак вам позвонят и поинтересуются ждать вас на завтрак или нет . каждому посетителю уделит внимание . Очень приятный человек в общении. Бухара был наш последний город по маршруту .проживали с 5 по 8 мая . до него посетили Самарканд Ташкент . и это единственный отель на нашем пути о котором захотелось оставить отзыв. Рекомендую не пожалеете ..

Красивый новый отель в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей Бухары, очень чистые номера с новой мебелью, не смотря на то что окна номера выходили на улицу в номере было тихо, никакие звуки извне отдыхать не мешали. Сам владелец отеля встретил нас при заселении, дал нужные рекомендации где купить сувениры, сладости, в каких заведениях кормят вкуснее, всегда помогал нам в решением наших вопросов. Так же есть контакты гидов по Бухаре, не надо никого искать, можно на месте все организовать Хочется отдельно отметить завтраки, на нашу компанию был накрыт разнообразный стол, когда все собрались нам включили фильм про Бухару А при выселении когда мы уезжали рано утром на поезд, каждому собрали ланч боксы Буду смело рекомендовать знакомым, и в следующий свой приезд, выберу именно этот отель 👍

Отличное соотношение цены и качества: за свою стоимость гостиница предлагает комфортные условия и приятную атмосферу. Отдельный плюс — расположение. Гостиница находится недалеко от основных достопримечательностей Бухары, поэтому удобно гулять пешком и не тратить время на дорогу. При этом она расположена на большой дороге, что делает её особенно удобной для тех, кто путешествует на машине — с парковкой никаких проблем нет. Персонал очень вежливый, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь, что делает пребывание ещё более комфортным. В целом — отличное место для проживания, особенно если вы ищете удобство, доступность и хорошее обслуживание. Рекомендую!

• Ulf (9/5): Schönes Touristenhotel am Rande der Altstadt - Schönes Hotel, fußläufig (ca.10 -15 Minuten) zur Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, der Besitzer hat extra für uns einen deutschsprachigen Stadtführer organisiert. Ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen am Tisch serviert. Die Betten sind sehr hart.

Очень понравилось. Персонал вежливый. Не забыли отдать чек и сдачу на следующий день. Напоминали про завтрак и кормили отменно🤌 обязательно приеду в Бухару ещё раз, но уже с женой и скорее всего остановлюсь тоже в Сулейман Был только 1 нюанс, это слабый нагрев горячей воды в душе. Предположу, что такая проблема может быть у всех отелей, в связи с энергопотреблением города, а так всё норм.

• Oana (9/5): Great team, perfect location, walking distance from the old city center. Amazing! - I reached the hotel late evening, around 10 pm and there was a power cut in the entire city! Imagine! No electricity ! However, the team at the hotel, the receptionist and the other man in charge were very accommodating and tried their very best to make me feel comfortable! They even order food for me via their mobile application! We all sit outside as it was cooler than sitting in the room without AC. The next day I had breakfast which was kindly prepared by the small team in the hotel. So personalised and so sweet of them to arrange everything as they did. This is not a known brand, is not a 5 star hotel however, the warmth of the people and the way they handle their guests exceeded my expectations! Well done team! In a world that expects so much from a hotel, and in which people complain about everything, you guys are amazing! Thank you very much for taking care of me as if I was your family! NA

At least they should show the price including tax when the booking is finalized. If I had known about this tax, I would never have booked this hotel.

• Fatima (8/5): Nice and clean place to stay near the historical attractions - Small hotel but with friendly and helpful stuff, Rooms was clean and got clean well. The size of my room was little bit smaller that I thought, but was fine for 3 day’s stay! , Some restaurants are around the hotel & supermarkets also , the historical attractions was very near by walking around 15-20 minutes which is nice if the weather is nice 😍. Breakfast is like a home breakfast, at least the food was warm and not cold this is great and service was nice Nothing

• Alexandru (1/5): Horrible stay, avoid it if you can - Decent location This hotel is a bad joke. I don’t understand how they got their previous reviews. Where should I start from? 1. Room was not cleaned properly, the coffee cups were still dirty from previous guests, even though our booking was for 2, they left only one set of towels, one pillow etc. They didn’t clean our room every day, not sure why. 2. They kept calling us every morning to come to the breakfast. Like why!!!??? They called 5 times at 9 o’clock, when we were sleeping. 3. The breakfast is terrible, I had it only once at it was enough. Besides its poor quaility, there was hair on a slice of salami (see picture) 4. Wifi / internet is really bad.

I didn’t receive any housekeeping during my 3 days. Perhaps I was supposed to request it, I’m not sure. The room was very warm even with the radiators turned off.
